技术领域
本发明涉及轻工业纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种抗病毒石墨烯的功能面料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,人们对生活品质的要求也越来越高。为了满足人们的不同需求,纺织品面料层出不穷、日益更新,当前市场上所拥有的面料产品,大多数只具备一些舒适性功能的特点,效果比较单一,无法满足用户的广泛使用要求。
目前,有部分面料在满足舒适度的同时增加了抗菌功能,其抗菌功能的实现具有以下几种方式,第一种方式是通过后序整理加抗菌助剂来实现抗菌的,然这种后整理添加的抗菌助剂不耐洗,洗后会溶出抗菌物质,对人体皮肤可能造成过敏而产生不适;第二种方式是原材料纱线通过纳米银离子、铜离子、氧化锌等来实现抗菌的,此类金属离子的抗菌更不适合婴幼童用品和成年人用作内衣内裤、文胸等,因为重金属会严重危害人体健康。市场现有的形形色色的抗菌抑菌产品,目前只具备抗菌功能,不具备抗病毒功能,尤其既能抗病毒防臭,又兼备保健保暖功能的面料产品更是一片空白。
发明内容
本发明解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供了一种抗病毒石墨烯功能面料,该抗病毒石墨烯面料,采用全天然环保纤维,永久性抗菌抗病毒,永久保健保暖。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种抗病毒石墨烯面料,包括自外至里依次设置的抗病毒珠地表层、面纱夹层、线纱连接层和石墨烯里层,所述面纱夹层呈网状结构,所述石墨烯里层表面设有众多微孔或沟槽,所述石墨烯里层设置在面纱夹层的反面,且石墨烯里层上的微孔或沟槽通过线纱连接层通向面纱夹层中以形成具有毛细管芯吸效应的导湿结构,所述线纱连接层用于连接石墨烯里层与面纱夹层,以使得面纱夹层通过毛细管芯吸效应将皮肤汗水向外层传导,被表层吸收后向外环境蒸发,以实现吸汗后快速速干。
本发明利用了抗菌抗病毒功能纱与石墨烯内暖纱的完美结合来织造面料,之后再把整个面料产品放入特制的量子能量舱内进行量子能量植入,从而让整体面料产品具有永久抗菌抗病毒、永久保健保暖等功能功效,也可以无需进行量子能量植入,对本发明并不影响其抗病毒抗菌、改善人体微循环。
作为本发明的进一步优选技术方案,所述面纱夹层、线纱连接层和抗病毒珠地表层均为全棉抗病毒纱线,所述石墨烯里层为含有石墨烯成份的内暖粘胶棉纱。
作为本发明的进一步优选技术方案,所述抗病毒珠地表层为纱支规格10S-60S的抗病毒抗菌精梳棉纱或为股线10S/2-60S/2的抗病毒棉纱与普通色纱或普通棉纱拼混而成的纱线。
作为本发明的进一步优选技术方案,所述面纱夹层、线纱连接层为纱支规格10S-60S的抗病毒抗菌精梳棉纱。
作为本发明的进一步优选技术方案,所述石墨烯里层为石墨烯内暖粘胶棉纱线,石墨烯含量1-10%,成份可以100%粘胶,也可界定为一定比例的粘胶纤维和一定比例的棉纤维混纺而成,纱支规格为20S-50S。
作为本发明的进一步优选技术方案,所所述袜线纱连接层为纱支规格为20S-50S的抗菌抗病毒精梳棉纱或者纱支规格为20S-50S的石墨烯内暖棉纱。
作为本发明的进一步优选技术方案,所述抗病毒珠地表层为蜂窝状结构或网眼状结构。也可采用电脑提花绣花,绣有不同的花纹图案,所述花纹图案为大方格、小菱形格、大小圆点或小动物图案等。面料的表层和石墨烯里层的组织结构格纹不受限制,即无论单面还是双面,无论是平纹还是罗纹、提花等都可。抗病毒珠地表层还可采用印花工艺印出各种时尚图案花型。
本发明的面料有益效果是:
(1)全天然环保纤维;
(2)永久抗菌抑菌抗病毒;
(3)双重改善微循环,达到加快微循环流量和流速,使得细胞有充足的氧气,养分供应,平衡身体电场,提高肌体综合免疫力;

抗病毒石墨烯面料包括自外至里依次设置的是抗病毒表层1、面纱夹层2、线纱连接层3和石墨烯里层4,所述面纱夹层2、线纱连接层3和珠地表层1均为全棉抗病毒纱线,所述石墨烯里层4为含有石墨烯成份的内暖粘胶棉纱,所述面纱夹层2呈网状结构,所述石墨烯里层4表面设有众多微孔或沟槽,使得里层4具有较高的比表面积,所述石墨烯里层4设置在面纱夹层2的反面,且石墨烯里层4上的微孔或沟槽通过线纱连接层3通向面纱夹层2中以形成具有毛细管芯吸效应的导湿结构,面纱夹层2通过毛细管芯吸效应将皮肤汗水向外层传导,被珠地表层1吸收后向环境蒸发,以实现吸湿透气。
具体实施中,所述石墨烯里层4是由生物质石墨烯与粘胶纤维复合而成的一种智能多功能纤维新材料,具有超越国际先进水平的低温远红外功能,集抗菌、抑菌、抗紫外线、吸湿透气等作用于一身。石墨烯里层4表面的众多微孔或沟槽,具有较高的比表面积,而线纱连接层3、面纱夹层2和抗病毒珠地表层1的全棉纱线具有很好的亲水性的,利用毛细管芯吸效应能够快速地吸湿、导湿、扩散和挥发,从而可迅速吸收皮肤表面湿气和汗水,并排放到外层蒸发。
具体实施中,所述抗病毒珠地表层1为蜂窝状结构或网眼状结构,以增加织物透气性和舒适感,具体地,其网眼状结构的网眼巨细和网眼深度是能够依据需要,经过调整针织机的针法编织的,如,常见主要有菱形、三角形、六角形,还有柱形、正方形、方形等等网形,具有强度高、重量轻、耐高、低温、吸湿作用好等特色。
具体实施中,所述抗病毒石墨烯面料通过在量子能量加载舱内对面料进行量子植入,量子的高频共振性,与人体皮肤、穴位接触后,使量子能量场作用于人体穴位,通过量子共振原理,改善人体微循环,作用于人体经络,完全符合人体健康养生学,与传统中医针灸、灸疗有异曲同工之妙。量子能量应用到人体生物电场,利用频率共振原理,与人体生物电发生和谐共振,协调人体内的电流平衡,产生高达每秒上亿次的高频震动波,该高频震动波人体无法感受到,但可以抖落剥离微循环内壁的脂质斑块、毒垢、血栓,迅速改善微循环,打通经络,通则不痛,达到加快微循环流量和流速,使得身体所有细胞有充足的氧气,养分供应,毒素得以排除体外,恢复人体的自我疗愈功能。量子养生保健面料在使用过程中,可使人体部位享受等同传统中医针灸有异曲同工的效果,在生活工作中的同时让穴位处于放松状态,改善人体微循环,总体来说对人体更具有双重保健作用。
本发明通过接枝改性和化学修饰的方法,以化学键的方式把抗菌抗病毒基团牢固地结合在纤维表面上,制作了一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纤维纱线。经过接枝改性后的纤维带有正电,对带有负电的细菌和病毒有很强的吸附性,病菌病毒一旦接触到抗菌抗病毒基团就立即被杀灭,已达到抗菌抗病毒的作用。
石墨烯是由碳原子组成的只有一层原子厚度的二维晶体。是目前发现的最薄、强度最大、导电导热性能最强的一种新型纳米材料,是目前已知的唯一种集“声、光、电、热、力、磁”材料特性中四种以上特性于一身的“神奇材料”。石墨烯是以生物质秸秆中的纤维素为原料,采用“基因配位组装”法生态制成。其独特的原料与生产工艺,不仅具有石墨烯二维片成结构,还具有植物细胞独特的红外增强功能元素,极大地增强远红外性能。内暖纤维除具有一般纤维的常规特性外,还具备超越国际先进水平的强大体温远红外促进微循环功能,集抗菌抑菌、吸湿导湿、防静电等作用于一身,被誉为“划时代的革命性纤维”。石墨烯内暖纤维制品具有体温远红外,促进微循环的功效。
本发明采用抗病毒基团的棉纤维与石墨烯内暖纤维的完美结合,强化了棉纤维固有的吸湿性、透气性,织品光洁柔软,手感滑爽;同时,极佳地体现了生物质石墨烯的功效,最明显的是增强了体温远红外功效,即在20—35℃低温状态下,对6—14μm波长远红外光吸收率达88%以上。内暖纤维制品强大的体温远红外功能,改善了人体的微循环。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域熟练技术人员应当理解,这些仅是举例说明,可以对本实施方式做出多种变更或修改,而不背离本发明的原理和实质,本发明的保护范围仅由所附权利要求书限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种抗病毒石墨烯面料,其特征在于,包括自外至里依次设置的抗病毒珠地表层(1)、面纱夹层(2)、线纱连接层(3)和石墨烯里层(4),所述面纱夹层(2)呈网状结构,所述石墨烯里层(4)表面设有众多微孔或沟槽,所述石墨烯里层(4)设置在面纱夹层(2)的反面,且所述石墨烯里层(4)上的微孔或沟槽通过所述线纱连接层(3)通向所述面纱夹层(2)中以形成导湿结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗病毒石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述面纱夹层(2)、线纱连接层(3)和抗病毒珠地表层(1)均为全棉抗病毒纱线,所述石墨烯里层(4)为含有石墨烯成份的内暖粘胶棉纱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗病毒石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述抗病毒珠地表层(1)为纱支规格10S-60S的抗病毒抗菌精梳棉纱或为股线10S/2-60S/2的抗病毒棉纱与普通色纱或普通棉纱拼混而成的纱线。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗病毒石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述面纱夹层(2)、线纱连接层(3)为纱支规格10S-60S的抗病毒抗菌精梳棉纱。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗病毒石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述石墨烯里层(4)为石墨烯内暖粘胶棉纱线,纱支规格为20S-50S。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗病毒石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述袜线纱连接层(3)为纱支规格为20S-50S的抗菌抗病毒精梳棉纱或者纱支规格为20S-50S的石墨烯内暖棉纱。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种抗病毒石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述抗病毒珠地表层(1)为蜂窝状结构或网眼状结构。
