本发明公开了一种抗菌止血无纺布,包括:抗细菌纤维、止血纤维和粘胶纤维,所述抗细菌纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为15%~25%,所述止血纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为30%~45%,所述粘胶纤维在无纺布种所占重量百分比为25%~40%,所述无纺布中三种纤维经水刺法粘贴成型。通过上述方式,本发明提供了一种抗菌止血无纺布,采用功能性化纤,具有良好的抗菌,止血效果,多应用于医用布。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料领域,特别是涉及一种抗菌止血无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种,而且还有棉质的感觉,和棉织品相比,无纺布的袋子容易成形,而且造价便宜,由于无纺布经济实惠而且加工简单,所以市场上无纺布的应用很是广泛,包括包括医用、农用、家用服饰、汽车工业等等。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌止血无纺布,采用功能性化纤,具有良好的抗菌,止血效果,多应用于医用布。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗菌止血无纺布,包括:抗细菌纤维、止血纤维和粘胶纤维,所述抗细菌纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为15%~25%,所述止血纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为30%~45%,所述粘胶纤维在无纺布种所占重量百分比为25%~40%,所述无纺布中三种纤维经水刺法粘贴成型。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗细菌纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为25%,所述止血纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为45%,所述粘胶纤维在无纺布种所占重量百分比为30%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗细菌纤维是由莫代尔纤维为载体,添加抗菌剂制成的一种纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌剂为银活性炭或银羟基磷灰基抗菌剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述止血纤维为海藻纤维。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用功能性化纤,具有良好的透气性,抗菌、止血效果佳,多应用于医用布。

本发明实施例包括:
一种抗菌止血无纺布,包括:抗细菌纤维、止血纤维和粘胶纤维,所述抗细菌纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为15%~25%,所述止血纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为30%~45%,所述粘胶纤维在无纺布种所占重量百分比为25%~40%,所述无纺布中三种纤维经水刺法粘贴成型。
进一步的,所述抗细菌纤维是由莫代尔纤维为载体,添加抗菌剂制成的一种纤维,所述莫代尔纤维干强接近于涤纶,湿强要比普通粘胶提高了许多、光泽、柔软性、吸湿性、均优于纯棉产品,同时该纤维产品原料全部为天然材料,对人体无害。
进一步的,所述抗菌剂为银活性炭或银羟基磷灰基抗菌剂,所述银系列抗菌剂耐热性好(>600℃),抗菌谱广,有效抗菌期长,毒性低,不产生耐药性,安全性高。
进一步的,所述所述止血纤维为海藻纤维,所述海藻纤维由海藻中提取的藻酸用湿法纺丝成形,是一种多孔、柔软和吸水后具有优良粘性和凝血作用的纤维。
进一步的,所述抗细菌纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为25%,所述止血纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为45%,所述粘胶纤维在无纺布种所占重量百分比为30%。
本发明本发明采用功能性化纤,具有良好的透气性,抗菌、止血效果佳,多应用于医用布。

1.一种抗菌止血无纺布,其特征在于,包括:抗细菌纤维、止血纤维和粘胶纤维,所述抗细菌纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为15%~25%,所述止血纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为30%~45%,所述粘胶纤维在无纺布种所占重量百分比为25%~40%,所述无纺布中三种纤维经水刺法粘贴成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌止血无纺布,其特征在于,所述抗细菌纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为25%,所述止血纤维在无纺布中所占重量百分比为45%,所述粘胶纤维在无纺布种所占重量百分比为30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌止血无纺布,其特征在于,所述抗细菌纤维是由莫代尔纤维为载体,添加抗菌剂制成的一种纤维。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌止血无纺布,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为银活性炭或银羟基磷灰基抗菌剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌止血无纺布,其特征在于,所述止血纤维为海藻纤维。
