本发明公开了一种医用复合无纺布的加工工艺,属于医疗用品领域。包括止血抗菌层、纺粘无纺布层,所述止血抗菌层包括20%~40%的抗菌纤维、20~40%吸水纤维和聚乙烯纤维30%~50%,所述抗菌纤维为添加30%~55%抗菌剂的聚丙烯纤维,所述抗菌剂包括银离子、铜离子、锌离子、壳聚糖和三七,上述百分比为质量百分比,所述的纺粘无纺布层设置在止血抗菌层的上方。该医用复合无纺布加工工艺制造出的无纺布具有便于消毒灭菌、卫生性好、可直接用于表面创伤、吸湿性好、可防止拉伸变形、易于敷用等优点,而且保持了现有的多元复合粉体制品所具有的改善人体微循环、消炎、消肿、促进创伤愈合的效果,同时,复合后的无纺布具有隔离效果好、透气性好、穿戴舒适等优点。

本发明公开了一种医用复合无纺布的加工工艺,属于医疗用品领域。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种,而且还有棉质的感觉,和棉织品相比,无纺布的袋子容易成形,而且造价便宜,如将无纺布用于医用领域,对无纺布的性能也有着新的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用复合无纺布的加工工艺,以解决现有技术中导致的功能较为单一等上述多项缺陷。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种医用复合无纺布的加工工艺,包括止血抗菌层、纺粘无纺布层,包括以下步骤:
a、混料:提供比例为20%~40%的抗菌纤维、20~40%吸水纤维和30%~50%聚乙烯纤维原料;
b、开松:通过开松机将混在一起的抗菌纤维、吸水纤维和聚乙烯纤维进行开松。
c、制网:开松后的纤维通过铺网机进行制网,制成棉网。
d、针刺:将棉网经针刺机成布
e、热轧:将布料通过热轧机热轧成型。
优选的,所述抗菌剂包括银离子10%~20%、铜离子2%~5%、锌离子2%~5%、壳聚糖10%~25%和三七10%~40%。
优选的,所述抗菌剂包括银离子15%、铜离子4%、锌离子4%、壳聚糖15%和三七35%。
优选的,所述吸水纤维为粘胶纤维或棉纤维。
优选的,所述止血抗菌层的克重为200~300g/㎡。
该发明的有益之处是,该医用复合无纺布加工工艺加工出的无纺布具有便于消毒灭菌、卫生性好、可直接用于表面创伤、吸湿性好、可防止拉伸变形、易于敷用等优点,而且保持了现有的多元复合粉体制品所具有的改善人体微循环、消炎、消肿、促进创伤愈合的效果,同时,利用纺粘无纺布层的强度,使复合后的无纺布具有隔离效果好、透气性好、穿戴舒适等优点。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
本发明提供的一种医用复合无纺布的加工工艺:一种医用复合无纺布的加工工艺,包括止血抗菌层、纺粘无纺布层,包括以下步骤:
a、混料:提供比例为20%~40%的抗菌纤维、20~40%吸水纤维和30%~50%聚乙烯纤维原料;
b、开松:通过开松机将混在一起的抗菌纤维、吸水纤维和聚乙烯纤维进行开松。
c、制网:开松后的纤维通过铺网机进行制网,制成棉网。
d、针刺:将棉网经针刺机成布
e、热轧:将布料通过热轧机热轧成型。
在本实施例中,所述抗菌剂包括银离子10%~20%、铜离子2%~5%、锌离子2%~5%、壳聚糖10%~25%和三七10%~40%,锌离子、铜离子的使用可以更好的激发银离子的抗菌活性。
在本实施例中,所述抗菌剂包括银离子15%、铜离子4%、锌离子4%、壳聚糖15%和三七35%,有利于提高各物质的抗菌活性。
在本实施例中,所述吸水纤维为粘胶纤维或棉纤维,在吸水的同时增加一定的使用强度。
在本实施例中,所述止血抗菌层的克重为200~300g/㎡。
基于上述,该医用复合无纺布加工工艺加工出的无纺布具有便于消毒灭菌、卫生性好、可直接用于表面创伤、吸湿性好、可防止拉伸变形、易于敷用等优点,而且保持了现有的多元复合粉体制品所具有的改善人体微循环、消炎、消肿、促进创伤愈合的效果,同时,利用纺粘无纺布层的强度,使复合后的无纺布具有隔离效果好、透气性好、穿戴舒适等优点。

1.一种医用复合无纺布的加工工艺,包括止血抗菌层、纺粘无纺布层,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、混料:提供比例为20%~40%的抗菌纤维、20~40%吸水纤维和30%~50%聚乙烯纤维原料;
b、开松:通过开松机将混在一起的抗菌纤维、吸水纤维和聚乙烯纤维进行开松。
c、制网:开松后的纤维通过铺网机进行制网,制成棉网。
d、针刺:将棉网经针刺机成布
e、热轧:将布料通过热轧机热轧成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用复合无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂包括银离子10%~20%、铜离子2%~5%、锌离子2%~5%、壳聚糖10%~25%和三七10%~40%。
