本发明公开了一种医用无纺布的制备方法,具体步骤包括:(10)、调配抗菌剂:将壳聚糖加入溶剂中混合成溶液,然后加入三七粉搅拌均匀,最后加入硝酸银溶液混合,调配成抗菌剂;(20)、制备抗菌纤维:将制备好的抗菌剂加入聚丙烯酸溶液中混合均匀,抗菌剂的添加量为10%~15%,然后进行纺丝,形成抗菌纤维;(30)、制备抗菌层:将30~60%的抗菌纤维、35%~60%吸水纤维和5%~10%聚乙烯纤维混合均匀,经开松、梳理、铺网和针刺形成抗菌层。本发明医用无纺布的制备方法,工艺简单,制备而成的医用无纺布可止血抗菌防粘结。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布领域,特别是涉及一种医用无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。
现在无纺布可用于各种领域,特别是用于医用领域,因此对无纺布的功能性也提出了新要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种本发明医用无纺布的制备方法,工艺简单,制备而成的医用无纺布可止血抗菌防粘结。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种医用无纺布的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
(10)、调配抗菌剂:将壳聚糖加入溶剂中混合成溶液,然后加入三七粉搅拌均匀,最后加入硝酸银溶液混合,调配成抗菌剂;
(20)、制备抗菌纤维:将制备好的抗菌剂加入聚丙烯酸溶液中混合均匀,抗菌剂的添加量为10%~15%,然后进行纺丝,形成抗菌纤维;
(30)、制备抗菌层:将30~60%的抗菌纤维、35%~60%吸水纤维和5%~10%聚乙烯纤维混合均匀,经开松、梳理、铺网和针刺形成抗菌层;
上述百分比均为质量百分比。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌剂包括银离子10%~20%、壳聚糖10%~25%和三七10%~40%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌剂包括银离子15%、壳聚糖20%和三七30%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吸水纤维为粘胶纤维或棉纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述止血抗菌层的克重为150-250g/㎡。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明医用无纺布的制备方法,工艺简单,制备而成的医用无纺布可止血抗菌防粘结。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种医用无纺布,具体步骤包括:
(10)、调配抗菌剂:将壳聚糖加入溶剂中混合成溶液,然后加入三七粉搅拌均匀,最后加入硝酸银溶液混合,调配成抗菌剂;所述抗菌剂包括银离子10%~20%、壳聚糖10%~25%、三七10%~40%和其他溶剂等成分。
(20)、制备抗菌纤维:将制备好的抗菌剂加入聚丙烯酸溶液中混合均匀,抗菌剂的添加量为10%~15%,然后进行纺丝,形成抗菌纤维;
(30)、制备抗菌层:将30~60%的抗菌纤维、35%~60%吸水纤维和5%~10%聚乙烯纤维混合均匀,经开松、梳理、铺网和针刺形成抗菌层;
上述百分比均为质量百分比。
实施例一
首先将硝酸银溶液、壳聚糖、三七粉和水混合,调配成抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂包括银离子15%、壳聚糖20%和三七30%;将制备好的抗菌剂加入聚丙烯酸溶液中混合均匀,抗菌剂的添加量为45%,然后进行纺丝,形成抗菌纤维;将40%的抗菌纤维、55%吸水纤维和5%聚乙烯纤维混合均匀,次经开松、梳理、铺网和针刺形成止血抗菌层。
实施例二
首先将硝酸银溶液、壳聚糖、三七粉和混合,调配成抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂包括银离子12%、壳聚糖25%和三七35%;将制备好的抗菌剂加入聚丙烯酸溶液中混合均匀,抗菌剂的添加量为40%,然后进行纺丝,形成抗菌纤维;将50%的抗菌纤维、40%吸水纤维和10%聚乙烯纤维混合均匀,次经开松、梳理、铺网和针刺形成止血抗菌层。
实施例三
首先将硝酸银溶液、壳聚糖、三七粉和混合,调配成抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂包括银离子18%、壳聚糖15%和三七20%;将制备好的抗菌剂加入聚丙烯酸溶液中混合均匀,抗菌剂的添加量为45%,然后进行纺丝,形成抗菌纤维;将60%的抗菌纤维、32%吸水纤维和8%聚乙烯纤维混合均匀,次经开松、梳理、铺网和针刺形成止血抗菌层。

1.一种医用无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤包括:
(10)、调配抗菌剂:将壳聚糖加入溶剂中混合成溶液,然后加入三七粉搅拌均匀,最后加入硝酸银溶液混合,调配成抗菌剂;
(20)、制备抗菌纤维:将制备好的抗菌剂加入聚丙烯酸溶液中混合均匀,抗菌剂的添加量为10%~15%,然后进行纺丝,形成抗菌纤维;
(30)、制备抗菌层:将30~60%的抗菌纤维、35%~60%吸水纤维和5%~10%聚乙烯纤维混合均匀,经开松、梳理、铺网和针刺形成止血抗菌层;
上述百分比均为质量百分比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂包括银离子10%~20%、壳聚糖10%~25%和三七10%~40%。
