本发明公开了一种抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法,具体步骤包括:(100)、制备防水层;(210)、调配抗菌剂:将硝酸银溶液和壳聚糖混合,调配成抗菌剂;(220)、制备抗菌纤维:将制备好的抗菌剂加入聚丙烯酸溶液中混合均匀,抗菌剂的添加量为10%~15%,然后进行纺丝,形成抗菌纤维;(230)、制备抗菌层:将30~60%的抗菌纤维和40%~70%吸水纤维混合均匀,次经开松、梳理、铺网和针刺形成抗菌层;(240)复合:对聚乙烯膜的一面进行加热,成半熔融状态,然后直接和抗菌层的一面复合形成抗菌复合无纺布。本发明抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法,步骤简单,所制备的抗菌复合无纺布,抗菌性能好无副作用。

一种抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布领域,特别是涉及一种抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。
现在无纺布可用于各种领域,特别是用于医用领域,因此对无纺布的功能性也提出了新要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法,步骤简单,所制备的抗菌复合无纺布抗菌性能好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
(100)、制备防水层:聚乙烯颗粒经过熔融挤出、流延成膜、冷却和收卷,得到聚乙烯膜;
(210)、调配抗菌剂:将硝酸银溶液和壳聚糖混合,调配成抗菌剂;
(220)、制备抗菌纤维:将制备好的抗菌剂加入聚丙烯酸溶液中混合均匀,抗菌剂的添加量为10%~15%,然后进行纺丝,形成抗菌纤维;
(230)、制备抗菌层:将30~60%的抗菌纤维和40%~70%吸水纤维混合均匀,次经开松、梳理、铺网和针刺形成抗菌层;
(240)复合:对聚乙烯膜的一面进行加热,成半熔融状态,然后直接和抗菌层的一面复合形成抗菌复合无纺布;
上述百分比均为质量百分比。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌剂包括银离子3%~8%和壳聚糖5%~10%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌剂包括银离子5.5%和壳聚糖6.5%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吸水纤维为粘胶纤维、棉纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(240)中,加热温度为110~120℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法,步骤简单,所制备的抗菌复合无纺布,抗菌性能好无副作用。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
(100)、制备防水层:聚乙烯颗粒经过熔融挤出、流延成膜、冷却和收卷,得到聚乙烯膜;
(210)、调配抗菌剂:将硝酸银溶液和壳聚糖混合,调配成抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂包括银离子3%~8%和壳聚糖5%~10%;
(220)、制备抗菌纤维:将制备好的抗菌剂加入聚丙烯酸溶液中混合均匀,抗菌剂的添加量为10%~15%,然后进行纺丝,形成抗菌纤维;
(230)、制备抗菌层:将30~60%的抗菌纤维和40%~70%吸水纤维混合均匀,次经开松、梳理、铺网和针刺形成抗菌层;
(240)复合:对聚乙烯膜的一面进行加热,成半熔融状态,然后直接和抗菌层的一面复合形成抗菌复合无纺布;
上述百分比均为质量百分比。
实施例一
首先将聚乙烯颗粒经过螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,然后经流延成膜、冷却和收卷,得到聚乙烯膜;将硝酸银溶液和壳聚糖混合,调配成抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂包括银离子5.5%和壳聚糖6.5%;将制备好的抗菌剂加入聚丙烯酸溶液中混合均匀,抗菌剂的添加量为12%,然后进行纺丝,形成抗菌纤维;将40%的抗菌纤维和60%吸水纤维混合均匀,次经开松、梳理、铺网和针刺形成抗菌层;对聚乙烯膜的一面进行加热成半熔融状态,,加热温度为115℃然后直接和抗菌层的一面复合形成抗菌复合无纺布。
实施例二
首先将聚乙烯颗粒经过螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,然后经流延成膜、冷却和收卷,得到聚乙烯膜;将硝酸银溶液和壳聚糖混合,调配成抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂包括银离子6%和壳聚糖8%;将制备好的抗菌剂加入聚丙烯酸溶液中混合均匀,抗菌剂的添加量为14%,然后进行纺丝,形成抗菌纤维;将35%的抗菌纤维和65%吸水纤维混合均匀,次经开松、梳理、铺网和针刺形成抗菌层;对聚乙烯膜的一面进行加热成半熔融状态,,加热温度为110℃然后直接和抗菌层的一面复合形成抗菌复合无纺布。
本发明抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法,步骤简单,所制备的抗菌复合无纺布,抗菌性能好无副作用。

1.一种抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤包括:
(100)、制备防水层:聚乙烯颗粒经过熔融挤出、流延成膜、冷却和收卷,得到聚乙烯膜;
(210)、调配抗菌剂:将硝酸银溶液和壳聚糖混合,调配成抗菌剂;
(220)、制备抗菌纤维:将制备好的抗菌剂加入聚丙烯酸溶液中混合均匀,抗菌剂的添加量为10%~15%,然后进行纺丝,形成抗菌纤维;
(230)、制备抗菌层:将30~60%的抗菌纤维和40%~70%吸水纤维混合均匀,经开松、梳理、铺网和针刺形成抗菌层;
(240)复合:对聚乙烯膜的一面进行加热,成半熔融状态,然后直接和抗菌层的一面复合形成抗菌复合无纺布;
上述百分比均为质量百分比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂包括银离子3%~8%和壳聚糖5%~10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂包括银离子5.5%和壳聚糖6.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述吸水纤维为粘胶纤维、棉纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(240)中,加热温度为110~120℃。
