面料的舒适性和卫生保健性能主要是指保暖性、透气性、散湿性、吸水性、干燥性能等,要求婴儿内衣的面料柔软、质轻、有弹性、保湿、保暖和透气,能吸附皮肤上的污垢,但是不沾身,对婴儿的皮肤无刺激,并具有耐洗、耐晒、防霉、抗菌等性能。婴儿用纺织品是专门为新生婴儿开发,适合其特殊生理特点的纺织品。随着科学技术的进步和人们对自身健康保护意识的增强,婴儿用纺织品已经从最初要求的100%纯棉,开始向功能性能、细分化、系列化、生产工艺过程绿色化发展。
但现有的婴儿内衣面料的功能性不是十分理想,很难在亲肤、透气、抗菌、透湿性能方面获得统一。

(4)将所述抗菌粘液涂覆于所述机织面料上形成抗菌涂层,烘干后水洗预缩得到所述亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料。
优选的,按重量份计,所述纬纱中含有壳聚糖纤维50~60份、超细旦竹原纤维20~30份和铜氨纤维20~30份。

本发明制备的亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料,选用水溶性壳聚糖、苏木提取物和海藻酸钠作为制备抗菌粘液的原料,对人体安全无害。海藻酸钠为天然多糖,溶于水后形成透明胶状粘液,能够使水溶性壳聚糖和苏木提取物分散均匀,并紧密附着在织物表层,形成耐水洗的抗菌面料。

(2)将所述经纱和纬纱以平纹组织作为织物组织,以经密550根/10cm,纬密350根/10cm的密度织造形成机织面料;
(3)按重量份计,将12份脱乙酰化程度为80%的水溶性壳聚糖和6份苏木提取物溶于120份水中,加入40份海藻酸钠,混合均匀,形成抗菌粘液;
(4)将所述抗菌粘液涂覆于所述机织面料上形成厚度为0.18mm的抗菌涂层,烘干后水洗预缩得到克重为160g/m2的亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料。
实施例5
一种亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料的制备方法,所述方法包括步骤如下:
(1)按重量份计,将55份壳聚糖纤维、25份超细旦竹原纤维和30份铜氨纤维混纺形成纬纱,将50份天丝纤维、20份超细旦竹原纤维和40份大豆蛋白纤维混纺形成经纱;其中,所述壳聚糖纤维、铜氨纤维和天丝纤维的纤度均为1.10dtex,所述超细旦竹原纤维的纤度为0.15dtex,所述大豆蛋白纤维的纤度为1.55dtex。
(2)将所述经纱和纬纱以平纹组织作为织物组织,以经密580根/10cm,纬密400根/10cm的密度织造形成机织面料;
(3)按重量份计,将12份脱乙酰化程度为75%的水溶性壳聚糖和6份苏木提取物溶于100份水中,加入35份海藻酸钠,混合均匀,形成抗菌粘液;
(4)将所述抗菌粘液涂覆于所述机织面料上形成厚度为0.16mm的抗菌涂层,烘干后水洗预缩得到克重为162g/m2的亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料。
实施例6
一种亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料的制备方法,所述方法包括步骤如下:
(1)按重量份计,将55份壳聚糖纤维、25份超细旦竹原纤维和30份铜氨纤维混纺形成纬纱,将50份天丝纤维、20份超细旦竹原纤维和40份大豆蛋白纤维混纺形成经纱;其中,所述壳聚糖纤维、铜氨纤维和天丝纤维的纤度均为1.18dtex,所述超细旦竹原纤维的纤度为0.15dtex,所述大豆蛋白纤维的纤度为1.52dtex。
(2)将所述经纱和纬纱以平纹组织作为织物组织,以经密580根/10cm,纬密350根/10cm的密度织造形成机织面料;
(3)按重量份计,将12份脱乙酰化程度为75%的水溶性壳聚糖和6份苏木提取物溶于100份水中,加入35份海藻酸钠,混合均匀,形成抗菌粘液;
(4)将所述抗菌粘液涂覆于所述机织面料上形成厚度为0.16mm的抗菌涂层,烘干后水洗预缩得到克重为158g/m2的亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料。
根据GB/T 20944纺织品抗菌性能的评价标准,进行抗菌性能试验,将本发明的面料按GB/T12490-1990水洗50次后测试抗菌性能,其抗菌性能如下:

根据GB/T2912.1-1998测定以上实施例中面料的甲醛含量(mg/kg),测定结果为均未检出;根据GB/T17592-2006测定以上实施例中面料的可分解芳香胺染料含量(mg/kg),测定结果为均未检出。
根据GB/T5457-1997测定上述实施例中面料的透气性以及测定上述面料的吸湿率,检测结果如下:

Claims (10)

1.一种亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括步骤如下:
(1)将壳聚糖纤维、超细旦竹原纤维和铜氨纤维混纺形成纬纱,将天丝纤维、超细旦竹原纤维和大豆蛋白纤维混纺形成经纱;
(2)将所述经纱和纬纱以平纹组织作为织物组织,以经密460~580根/10cm,纬密320~400根/10cm的密度织造形成机织面料;
(3)按重量份计,将水溶性壳聚糖8~15份和苏木提取物5~8份溶于100~150份水中,加入海藻酸钠30~40份,混合均匀,形成抗菌粘液;
(4)将所述抗菌粘液涂覆于所述机织面料上形成抗菌涂层,烘干后水洗预缩得到所述亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述纬纱中含有壳聚糖纤维50~60份、超细旦竹原纤维20~30份和铜氨纤维20~30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述经纱中含有天丝纤维40~60份、超细旦竹原纤维20~30份和大豆蛋白纤维30~40份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖纤维、铜氨纤维和天丝纤维的纤度均为1.10~1.25 dtex。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述超细旦竹原纤维的纤度为0.15~0.18 dtex。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述大豆蛋白纤维的纤度为1.48~1.55 dtex。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水溶性壳聚糖的脱乙酰化程度为75%~80%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌涂层的厚度为0.15~0.20 mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤抗菌的婴儿内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述婴儿内衣面料的克重为152~165 g/m2
