Abstract
Description
得られた試験片の動的粘弾性を、東洋精機製作所社製粘弾性スペクトロメーターを用いて、初期歪み10%、振幅±2%、周波数20Hzで測定し、雰囲気温度0℃および60℃におけるtanδを測定した。得られた結果は、比較例1の値をそれぞれ100とする指数で表わし表1,2の「ウェット性能」の欄にtanδ(0℃)、「発熱性」の欄にtanδ(60℃)を示した。ウェット性能の値が大きいほどウェット性能が優れることを意味する。また発熱性の値が小さいほど転がり抵抗が小さく燃費性能が優れることを意味する。
得られた試験片をJIS K6264に準拠して、ランボーン摩耗試験機(岩本製作所社製)を使用して、温度20℃、荷重15N、スリップ率50%、時間10分の条件で摩耗量を測定した。得られた結果は、比較例1の値の逆数を100とする指数で表わし表1,2の「耐摩耗性」の欄に示した。この指数が大きいほど耐摩耗性に優れることを意味する。
得られた試験片を偏平円柱状の台ゴムに貼り付け、インサイドドラム型氷上摩擦試験機を用いて、測定温度-1.5℃、荷重5.5kg/cm2、ドラム回転速度25km/hの条件で氷上摩擦係数を測定した。得られた結果は、比較例1の値を100とする指数で表わし表1,2の「氷上性能」の欄に示した。この指数が大きいほど氷雪上性能が優れることを意味する。
・SBR-1:溶液重合スチレンブタジエンゴム、JSR社製JSR HP755B、スチレン成分を41重量%、ビニル成分を24重量%含有し、スチレンブタジエンゴム100重量部に油展成分37.5重量部を配合した油展製品。
・SBR-2:溶液重合スチレンブタジエンゴム、LANXESS社製BUNA VSL 5025-2、スチレン成分を25重量%、ビニル成分を50重量%含有し、スチレンブタジエンゴム100重量部に油展成分37.5重量部を配合した油展製品。
・SBR-3:溶液重合スチレンブタジエンゴム、旭化成社製TUFDENE F3420、スチレン成分を36重量%、ビニル成分を26重量%含有し、スチレンブタジエンゴム100重量部に油展成分25重量部を配合した油展製品。
・SBR-4:乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製SBR Nipol 1502、スチレン成分を23.5重量%、ビニル成分を11.5重量%含有する非油展製品。
・BR-1:ブタジエンゴム、日本合成ゴム社製Nipol BR1220、ビニル成分を1重量%含有する。
・BR-2:ブタジエンゴム、日本合成ゴム社製Nipol BRX5000、ビニル成分を1重量%含有するプリブレンドブタジエンゴム、重量平均分子量が600000であるポリブタジエン71重量%と、重量平均分子量が50000であるポリブタジエン29重量%を、溶媒シクロヘキサン中で混合したプリブレンド品。
・NR:天然ゴム、SIR20
・シリカ-1:シリカ、Rhodia Operations社製Zeosil 1115MP、CTAB比表面積が110m2/g
・シリカ-2:シリカ、Rhodia Operations社製Zeosil PREMIUM 200MP、CTAB比表面積が210m2/g
・カーボンブラック:キャボットジャパン社製N339
・カップリング剤:シランカップリング剤、エボニック社製Si69
・アルキルシラン:オクチルトリエトキシシラン、信越化学工業社製KBE-3083
・テルペン樹脂:芳香族変性テルペン樹脂、ヤスハラケミカル社製YSレジンTO-125
・オイル:昭和シェル石油社製エキストラクト4号S

Claims (6)
- ブタジエンゴムを40重量%以上およびスチレンブタジエンゴムを含むジエン系ゴム100重量部に、CTAB比表面積が150~250m2/gであるシリカを80~150重量部配合し、長鎖アルキル基を有するシラン化合物を前記シリカ量の1~10重量%配合したゴム組成物であって、前記ジエン系ゴム中のスチレン成分が15~20重量%、ジエン系ゴム中のビニル成分が18~28重量%、ジエン系ゴムの平均ガラス転移温度が-55℃以下であることを特徴するタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ブタジエンゴムの少なくとも一部が、重量平均分子量が500,000~1,000,000である高分子量ポリブタジエン60~80重量%および重量平均分子量が6,000~60,000である低分子量ポリブタジエン20~40重量%を溶媒中で混合したプリブレンドブタジエンゴムであることを特徴する請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ジエン系ゴム100重量部に対し、テルペンフェノール樹脂を除く芳香族変性テルペン樹脂を3~20重量部配合することを特徴する請求項1または2に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記長鎖アルキル基を有するシラン化合物が、炭素数7~20のアルキル基を有するアルキルトリエトキシシランであることを特徴する請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ジエン系ゴムが、さらに天然ゴムを含有することを特徴する請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記シリカのCTAB比表面積が180~250m2/gであることを特徴する請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
