　図３は、サーバ装置１０のハードウェア構成例を概念的に示す図である。サーバ装置１０は、いわゆるコンピュータであり、例えば、バスで相互に接続される、ＣＰＵ（Central Processing Unit）１１、メモリ１２、入出力インタフェース（Ｉ／Ｆ）１３、通信装置１４等を有する。メモリ１２は、ＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）、ＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）、ハードディスク等である。通信装置１４は、他のコンピュータや機器と通信を行う。通信装置１４には、可搬型記録媒体等も接続され得る。
　入出力Ｉ／Ｆ１３は、表示装置、入力装置等のユーザインタフェース装置（図示せず）と接続可能である。表示装置は、ＬＣＤ（Liquid Crystal Display）やＣＲＴ（Cathode Ray Tube）ディスプレイのような、ＣＰＵ１１やＧＰＵ（Graphics Processing Unit）（図示せず）等により処理された描画データに対応する画面を表示する装置である。入力装置は、キーボード、マウス等のようなユーザ操作の入力を受け付ける装置である。但し、入出力Ｉ／Ｆ１３には、表示装置や入力装置は接続されなくてもよい。サーバ装置１０のハードウェア構成は制限されない。
　顧客端末３０は、ＰＣ（Personal Computer）、携帯電話、スマートフォン、タブレット端末のようないわゆる携帯型コンピュータである。例えば、顧客端末３０は、図２及び図３に示されるようなハードウェア構成を有する。図２の例によれば、顧客端末３０は、ユーザインタフェース装置として、表示ユニット及びタッチセンサを含むタッチパネルユニット３１を有する。表示ユニットは、ＬＣＤ（Liquid Crystal Display）やＣＲＴ（Cathode Ray Tube）ディスプレイ等のようなモニタを含み、表示処理を行う。タッチセンサは、外部からの接触又は近接状態を感知することによりユーザからの操作入力を受け付ける。但し、顧客端末３０のハードウェア構成は制限されない。
　店舗側構成５０には、通信中継装置５１、店舗端末４０、スタンド５２、キャッシュドロア５３、レシートプリンタ５４、電子マネーリーダライタ５５、クレジットカードリーダライタ５６等が含まれる。スタンド５２は、店舗端末４０と、他の機器（キャッシュドロア５３、レシートプリンタ５４、電子マネーリーダライタ５５、クレジットカードリーダライタ５６等）とを通信可能に接続するための機器である。店舗端末４０とスタンド５２とは、例えば、Ｂｌｕｅｔｏｏｔｈ（登録商標）や赤外線通信等の短距離無線通信や無線ＬＡＮ等の無線通信、又は、ＵＳＢ（Universal Serial Bus）のような有線通信により接続される。スタンド５２と他の機器とは各種通信線又は無線により接続される。通信中継装置５１は、店舗端末４０を通信網５に接続し、店舗端末４０とサーバ装置１０との間の通信を可能とする。なお、これら各ノード間の通信形態は制限されない。店舗端末４０は、通信中継装置５１を介することなく、無線基地局等を介して３Ｇ回線等を用いて通信網５に接続されてもよい。キャッシュドロア５３、レシートプリンタ５４、電子マネーリーダライタ５５及びクレジットカードリーダライタ５６は、一般的なＰＯＳレジスタ装置が有する部分機器に相当する。
　店舗端末４０は、顧客端末３０と同様の携帯型コンピュータである。店舗端末４０は、サーバ装置１０と同様の据え置き型の汎用コンピュータであってもよい。例えば、店舗端末４０は、図２及び図３に示されるようなハードウェア構成を有する。図２の例によれば、店舗端末４０は、ユーザインタフェース装置として、表示ユニット及びタッチセンサを含むタッチパネルユニット４１を有する。但し、店舗端末４０のハードウェア構成は制限されない。
　〔処理構成〕
　図４は、第１実施形態におけるサーバ装置１０、顧客端末３０及び店舗端末４０の各処理構成例を概念的にそれぞれ示す図である。
　《サーバ装置》
　第１実施形態におけるサーバ装置１０は、情報取得部２１、表示処理部２２、顧客情報格納部２３、通知取得部２４、情報更新部２５等を有する。これら各処理部は、例えば、ＣＰＵ１１によりメモリ１２に格納されるプログラムが実行されることにより実現される。また、当該プログラムは、例えば、ＣＤ（Compact Disc）、メモリカード等のような可搬型記録媒体やネットワーク上の他のコンピュータから入出力Ｉ／Ｆ１３又は通信装置１４を介してインストールされ、メモリ１２に格納されてもよい。
　情報取得部２１は、上述の情報取得部１０１に相当する。情報取得部２１は、顧客情報格納部２３から、複数の顧客を示す複数の顧客情報を取得する。例えば、顧客情報格納部２３が、店舗毎に顧客情報を格納している場合、情報取得部２１は、対象店舗を指定することにより、対象店舗に関する複数の顧客情報を取得する。対象店舗の指定には、例えば、店舗の識別情報が利用される。
　また、顧客情報格納部２３に格納される顧客情報に、各店舗への来店状況情報が含まれる場合には、情報取得部２１は、対象店舗に現在来店していると推測される顧客、及び、対象店舗に来店予定の顧客の少なくとも１タイプの複数の顧客を示す複数の顧客情報を取得するようにしてもよい。この場合、情報取得部２１は、そのような少なくとも１タイプの顧客及び対象店舗に過去に来店した顧客を示す複数の顧客情報を取得するようにしてもよい。各店舗への来店状況情報の取得手法については後述する。
　顧客情報格納部２３は、顧客毎の顧客情報を格納する。顧客情報は、顧客の識別情報を含む。更に、顧客情報には、顧客が電子クーポンを所有している場合には、その電子クーポンの情報が含まれる。更に、電子クーポンの情報には、利用状況を示す情報が含まれている。例えば、顧客が電子クーポンの利用を宣言している場合には、その電子クーポンの情報が利用宣言状態に設定される。また、電子クーポンが利用された場合には、その電子クーポンの情報が利用済み状態に設定されてもよい。
　また、顧客情報は、上述のように、各店舗への来店状況情報を含むこともできる。この来店状況情報は、現在来店中、過去に来店した経験有、来店予定等の来店状況と、対象店舗の識別情報とを示す。このような来店状況情報は、図４に図示されない処理部によって取得され、顧客情報格納部２３に格納される顧客情報に反映される。顧客が対象店舗に現在来店しているという状況は、ＧＰＳ（Global Positioning System）や無線基地局等から得られる位置情報、ＳＮＳ（Social Network Service）のチェックイン機能やショップキック（登録商標）等から得られる店舗情報から決定され得る。例えば、位置情報が対象店舗の１００メートル（ｍ）以内であれば、その顧客は、その対象店舗に現在来店していると推定することができる。また、対象店舗への来店予定は、顧客による電子クーポンの利用宣言や顧客のスケジュール情報等から決定され得る。過去に来店した経験は、電子クーポンの利用実績や現在来店中又は来店予定となっていたという実績等から決定され得る。本実施形態は、このような各顧客の店舗への来店状況の取得手法を制限しない。
　表示処理部２２は、顧客情報格納部２３から取得される顧客情報に基づいて、顧客端末３０及び店舗端末４０に各種画面を表示させるのに必要なデータを取得し、このデータを顧客端末３０及び店舗端末４０に送信する。表示処理部２２により取得されるデータの形式は制限されない。例えば、ユーザインタフェースとしてＷＥＢシステムが利用される場合には、そのデータは、ＨＴＭＬ（HyperText Markup Language）形式のデータやＪＡＶＡ（登録商標）のデータのような描画データとして生成される。また、当該データは、顧客情報から表示対象として抽出される部分情報そのものであってもよい。
　表示処理部２２は、上述の表示処理部１０２に相当する。表示処理部２２は、情報取得部２１により取得された複数の顧客情報をリスト表示するためのデータを取得する。このとき、表示処理部２２は、情報取得部２１により取得された複数の顧客情報の中で、利用宣言状態となっている電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報を優先的にリスト表示するのに必要なデータを取得する。優先的リスト表示については上述したとおりである。更に、表示処理部２２は、電子クーポンの情報が利用済み状態とされた顧客情報をその優先的リスト表示の対象から除外する。
　表示処理部２２は、上述のように取得されたデータを通信装置１４を介して店舗端末４０に送信する。これにより、店舗端末４０では、そのデータに基づいて、顧客情報がリスト表示される。以降、店舗端末４０でリスト表示される画面を顧客リスト画面と表記する場合もある。
　表示処理部２２は、店舗端末４０のユーザに電子クーポンの利用受付操作を行わせるための画面データを店舗端末４０に送信することもできる。また、表示処理部２２は、顧客端末３０のユーザである顧客が所有する電子クーポンの情報を顧客端末３０にリスト表示させるためのデータを顧客端末３０に送信することもできる。更に、表示処理部２２は、その顧客に電子クーポンの利用宣言操作を行わせるための画面データを顧客端末３０に送信することもできる。顧客端末３０及び店舗端末４０に表示される画面については実施例の項において例示する。
　通知取得部２４は、顧客端末３０から、顧客による電子クーポンの利用宣言の通知を受ける。更に、通知取得部２４は、店舗端末４０から、電子クーポンの利用受付の通知を受ける。両通知は、顧客端末３０において電子クーポンの利用宣言操作が行われたことを示す通信データ、及び、店舗端末４０において電子クーポンの利用受付操作が行われたことを示す通信データである。
　情報更新部２５は、顧客情報格納部２３に格納される顧客情報における電子クーポンの情報を更新する。具体的には、情報更新部２５は、通知取得部２４で取得される利用宣言の通知に基づいて、顧客情報格納部２３に格納される、通知元の顧客の顧客情報に含まれる電子クーポンの情報を利用宣言状態に設定する。
　また、情報更新部２５は、通知取得部２４で取得される利用受付の通知に基づいて、顧客情報格納部２３に格納される当該電子クーポンの情報を利用済み状態に設定する。利用済み状態の設定は、対象の電子クーポンの情報に含まれる利用済みフラグをセットすることで実現されてもよいし、対象の電子クーポンの情報をその顧客情報から削除することで実現されてもよい。情報更新部２５は、利用受付の通知に含まれる電子クーポンの識別情報を用いて、利用済み状態に設定する電子クーポンの情報を顧客情報格納部２３の中から特定することができる。
　《携帯情報端末（顧客端末）》
　第１実施形態における顧客端末３０は、通知部３５、受付部３６、表示処理部３７等を有する。これら各処理部は、例えば、ＣＰＵ１１によりメモリ１２に格納されるプログラムが実行されることにより実現される。また、当該プログラムは、例えば、ＣＤ（Compact Disc）、メモリカード等のような可搬型記録媒体やネットワーク上の他のコンピュータから入出力Ｉ／Ｆ１３又は通信装置１４を介してインストールされ、メモリ１２に格納されてもよい。
　表示処理部３７は、サーバ装置１０から送られるデータに基づいて、電子クーポンの情報をタッチパネルユニット３１の表示ユニット（表示部）にリスト表示させる。上述のように、サーバ装置１０から送られるデータの形式は制限されない。例えば、描画データとしてＨＴＭＬデータがサーバ装置１０から送られる場合には、表示処理部３７は、ＷＥＢブラウザに相当する。また、このとき、顧客端末３０のユーザ（顧客）がサーバ装置１０において識別されており、顧客端末３０は、その識別されたユーザが所有する電子クーポンの情報を取得する。サーバ装置１０におけるユーザの識別は、ユーザログイン等のような周知の手法により実現可能である。
　受付部３６は、当該表示ユニットに表示される電子クーポンに対するユーザの利用宣言操作を受け付ける。例えば、表示処理部３７が、表示ユニットに、対象の電子クーポンの情報と共に利用宣言のためのボタンを表示させ、受付部３６は、タッチパネルユニット３１のタッチセンサにより検出される操作位置と、そのボタンの表示位置との関係から、当該対象の電子クーポンに対する利用宣言操作を受け付ける。但し、本実施形態は、電子クーポンに対するユーザの利用宣言操作自体を制限しない。
　通知部３５は、受付部３６により受け付けられた利用宣言操作に応じて、その電子クーポンの利用宣言をサーバ装置１０に通知する。この通知には、対象の電子クーポンの識別情報が含まれる。
　《店舗端末》
　第１実施形態における店舗端末４０は、通知部４５、検出部４６、精算指示部４７、表示処理部４８等を有する。これら各処理部は、例えば、ＣＰＵ１１によりメモリ１２に格納されるプログラムが実行されることにより実現される。また、当該プログラムは、例えば、ＣＤ（Compact Disc）、メモリカード等のような可搬型記録媒体やネットワーク上の他のコンピュータから入出力Ｉ／Ｆ１３又は通信装置１４を介してインストールされ、メモリ１２に格納されてもよい。
　表示処理部４８は、サーバ装置１０から送られるデータに基づいて、顧客リスト画面をタッチパネルユニット４１の表示ユニット（表示部）に表示させる。上述のように、顧客リスト画面のためのサーバ装置１０から送られるデータの形式は制限されない。例えば、描画データとしてＨＴＭＬデータがサーバ装置１０から送られる場合には、表示処理部４８は、ＷＥＢブラウザに相当する。また、サーバ装置１０の顧客情報格納部２３が店舗毎に顧客情報を格納している場合には、店舗端末４０のユーザの店舗がサーバ装置１０において識別されており、店舗端末４０は、その識別された店舗の顧客情報を取得する。
　検出部４６は、上記表示ユニットに表示される複数の顧客情報のリストの中から選択された一人の顧客の電子クーポンに対する利用受付操作を検出する。例えば、表示処理部４８が、表示ユニットに、利用受付のためのボタンを表示させ、検出部４６は、タッチパネルユニット３１のタッチセンサにより検出される操作位置と、そのボタンの表示位置との関係から、利用受付操作を検出する。このとき、検出部４６は、表示ユニットにリスト表示される複数の顧客情報の中から、ユーザにより選択操作された顧客情報の特定も行う。但し、本実施形態は、電子クーポンに対する利用受付操作自体を制限しない。ここで、電子クーポンの利用受付とは、店舗側が、顧客が電子クーポンを利用することを承諾することを意味する。よって、利用受付が行われると、店舗側は、その顧客にその電子クーポンに対応する報酬を与える処理を行うことになる。
　通知部４５は、検出部４６により検出された利用受付操作に応じて、電子クーポンの利用受付をサーバ装置１０に通知する。この通知には、対象の電子クーポンの識別情報が含まれる。
　精算指示部４７は、検出部４６により検出された利用受付操作に応じて、電子クーポンの情報を用いて、電子クーポンに対応する割引が適用された精算処理の実行を指示する。精算指示部４７による指示先は、周知のＰＯＳレジスタ機能を提供する処理部（図示せず）であり、その処理部は、店舗端末４０又はサーバ装置１０、若しくは、他のコンピュータにより実現される。この指示には、例えば、電子クーポンに対応する割引情報が付加される。
　〔動作例〕
　以下、第１実施形態における顧客情報処理方法について図５を用いて説明する。図５は、第１実施形態におけるＰＯＳシステム１の動作例を示すフローチャートである。以下では、サーバ装置１０、顧客端末３０又は店舗端末４０を各方法の実行主体として説明するが、実行主体は、ＰＯＳシステム１を構成する少なくとも１つのコンピュータであってもよい。
　サーバ装置１０は、店舗端末４０に対応する対象店舗の顧客情報を顧客情報格納部２３に格納している。各顧客情報は、顧客の識別情報及びその顧客が持つ電子クーポンの情報を含んでいる。顧客が複数の電子クーポンを持つ場合には、その顧客の顧客情報には、複数の電子クーポンの情報が含まれる。また、この時点で、サーバ装置１０は、顧客端末３０のユーザ（顧客）を識別し得る情報、及び、店舗端末４０に対応する対象店舗を識別し得る情報を既に取得している。
　顧客端末３０は、サーバ装置１０から得られるデータに基づいて、顧客端末３０のユーザ（顧客）が持つ電子クーポンの情報をリスト表示する。そのユーザは、顧客端末３０を操作することにより、その電子クーポン情報のリストから所望の電子クーポンを選択し、その電子クーポンに対する利用宣言操作を行う。顧客端末３０は、その利用宣言操作を受け付ける（Ｓ５１）。そして、顧客端末３０は、電子クーポンの利用宣言が行われたことをサーバ装置１０に通知する（Ｓ５２）。
　サーバ装置１０は、その通知（Ｓ５２）に基づいて、顧客情報格納部２３の中の、顧客端末３０のユーザ（顧客）の顧客情報及び利用が宣言された電子クーポンの情報を特定し、その電子クーポンの情報を利用宣言状態に設定する（Ｓ５３）。サーバ装置１０は、（Ｓ５２）の通知に含まれる電子クーポンの識別情報を用いて、対象となる電子クーポンの情報を特定できる。
　以上が、顧客端末３０のユーザによる電子クーポンの利用宣言に関わるＰＯＳシステム１の動作である。このような動作は、以降の動作とは非同期に、任意のタイミングで実行される。
　店舗端末４０は、サーバ装置１０に顧客情報を要求する（Ｓ５５）。
　サーバ装置１０は、その要求に応じて、顧客情報格納部２３から、要求元の対象店舗の顧客情報を取得する（Ｓ５６）。但し、サーバ装置１０が、自発的に、対象店舗の顧客情報を特定するようにしてもよい。例えば、サーバ装置１０は、電子クーポンの利用宣言状態が更新された顧客情報を検出し、その顧客情報を有する店舗を対象店舗として特定することができる。この場合には、（Ｓ５５）は不要となる。
　サーバ装置１０は、利用宣言状態に設定されている電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報が他の顧客情報よりも優先された状態で表示されるように、（Ｓ５６）で取得された顧客情報を店舗端末４０にリスト表示させる（Ｓ５７）。このとき、サーバ装置１０は、リスト表示のための描画データ（画面データ）を店舗端末４０に送信してもよいし、顧客情報そのものを店舗端末４０に送信してもよい。
　店舗端末４０は、サーバ装置１０の（Ｓ５７）の処理により、顧客リスト画面を表示する（Ｓ５８）。この顧客リスト画面では、利用宣言状態に設定されている電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報が他の顧客情報よりも優先された状態で表示される。このとき、顧客端末３０のユーザにより利用が宣言された電子クーポンが店舗端末４０が利用される対象店舗の電子クーポンであったと仮定する。この場合、店舗端末４０に表示される顧客リスト画面では、顧客端末３０のユーザの顧客情報が優先された状態で表示される。
　顧客端末３０のユーザは、対象店舗に行き、その電子クーポンの利用をその対象店舗の担当者に要求する。店舗端末４０のユーザ（対象店舗の担当者）は、その要求に応じて、（Ｓ５８）で表示される顧客リスト画面の中から、顧客端末３０のユーザの顧客情報を見つけ出す。このとき、店舗端末４０は、上述のように、顧客端末３０のユーザの顧客情報を優先的に表示しているため、当該担当者は、その顧客の顧客情報を容易に見つけることができる。
　当該担当者は、その顧客の顧客情報に含まれる電子クーポンに対する利用受付操作を行う。これにより、店舗端末４０は、電子クーポンに対する利用受付操作を検出する（Ｓ５９）。そして、店舗端末４０は、電子クーポンに対する利用受付が行われたことをサーバ装置１０に通知する（Ｓ６０）。
　サーバ装置１０は、その通知（Ｓ６０）に基づいて、顧客情報格納部２３の中の、顧客端末３０の対象となる電子クーポンの情報を特定し、その電子クーポンの情報を利用済み状態に設定する（Ｓ６１）。サーバ装置１０は、（Ｓ６０）の通知に含まれる電子クーポンの識別情報を用いて、対象となる電子クーポンの情報を特定できる。これにより、サーバ装置１０は、以降、（Ｓ５７）を実行する際には、電子クーポンの情報が利用済み状態とされた顧客情報を優先的なリスト表示の対象から除外する。
　一方で、店舗端末４０は、電子クーポンに対する利用受付操作を検出すると（Ｓ５９）、その電子クーポンの情報を用いて、その電子クーポンに対応する割引が適用された精算処理の実行を指示する（Ｓ６２）。店舗端末４０は、店舗端末４０自身、又は、サーバ装置１０のような他のコンピュータにより実現される、周知のＰＯＳレジスタ機能を提供する処理部に対して当該指示を行う。これにより、利用が受付られた電子クーポンに付与されている割引が、顧客端末３０のユーザへの請求金額に適用される。
　〔第１実施形態の作用及び効果〕
　上述したように第１実施形態では、顧客端末３０では、ユーザによる電子クーポンに対する利用宣言操作が受け付けられ、この利用宣言操作に応じて、電子クーポンの利用宣言がサーバ装置１０に通知される。サーバ装置１０では、この通知に基づいて、通知元の顧客の顧客情報に含まれる電子クーポンの情報が利用宣言状態に設定される。以降、このように利用宣言状態に設定された電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報は、店舗端末４０に表示されるリスト表示の中で、他の顧客情報よりも優先された状態で表示される。
　従って、第１実施形態によれば、顧客は、顧客端末３０を用いることで、これから利用したい電子クーポンに対して利用宣言を行うことができる。これは、対象店舗に来店後に行われてもよいし、対象店舗に向かう途中で行われてもよい。一方で、対象店舗の担当者は、その顧客が、来店し、電子クーポンの実際の利用を要求した場合に、店舗端末４０の顧客リスト画面を参照することにより、その顧客の情報を容易に見つけることができ、その顧客情報により、その顧客がその電子クーポンの正当な保持者であることを即座に確認することができる。この確認は、顧客リスト画面に表示される顧客情報と、電子クーポンの利用を要求する顧客から口頭又は顧客端末３０の画面を用いて伝えられる情報とを比較することで、容易に実現することが可能である。
　このように、電子クーポンに関し利用宣言状態を設け、そのような電子クーポンの状態を、店舗端末４０の顧客情報のリスト表示に反映させることにより、第１実施形態によれば、正当な電子クーポンの円滑な利用を可能にし、ひいては、顧客及び店舗側の双方にメリットを与えることができる。顧客は、忘れずに、電子クーポンを利用することができ、電子クーポンによる報酬を確実に得ることができると共に、顧客端末３０を用いるだけで電子クーポンを簡単に利用することができる。店舗側は、店舗端末４０に対する簡易な操作及び確認で電子クーポンの正当性を確認でき、かつ、電子クーポンの利用が促進されることで、集客効果及び販売促進効果を得ることができる。更に、店舗側は、利用宣言状態に設定された電子クーポンの所持者であるユーザを、その店舗に現在来店している、又は、来店予定と推測することができる。
　更に、第１実施形態では、店舗端末４０における、店舗担当者による電子クーポンの利用受付操作を可能とする。サーバ装置１０では、店舗端末４０からの利用受付の通知を受け、その通知に基づいて、その電子クーポンの情報が利用済み状態に設定される。以降、このように利用済み状態に設定された電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報は、店舗端末４０に表示されるリスト表示の中の優先表示対象から除外される。このように、第１実施形態によれば、電子クーポンの利用状態を管理することができる。更に、店舗端末４０では、利用受付操作が行われた電子クーポンの情報を用いて、電子クーポンに対応する割引が適用された精算処理の実行が指示可能であるため、電子クーポンに対応する報酬処理をスムーズに行うことができる。
　以下に実施例を挙げ、上述の内容を更に具体化して説明する。但し、本発明は以下の実施例から何ら限定を受けない。以下の実施例では、顧客端末３０及び店舗端末４０において表示される具体的な画面が例示される。
　図６は、顧客リスト画面の例を示す図である。店舗端末４０は、サーバ装置１０からのデータに基づいて、図６に示されるような顧客リスト画面を表示する。各行に１顧客ずつ顧客情報が表示されている。図６の例では、顧客情報として、来店者名（顧客名）、ランク、状態及びクーポン情報が表示されている。この例では、来店者名が顧客の識別情報として利用されてもよいし、来店者名とは別に顧客情報に含まれる顧客ＩＤが顧客の識別情報として利用されてもよい。ランクは、対象店舗におけるその顧客のランクを示し、状態は、電子クーポンの利用状況（利用宣言状態及び利用済み状態）及び顧客の来店状況（店内など）を示す。クーポン情報は、電子クーポンの報酬内容及び有効期間を示す。但し、顧客情報はこのような情報に限定されない。
　図６の例では、利用宣言状態に設定されている電子クーポンを含む顧客情報（太郎２７、すし次郎、菜食家の顧客情報）が、リストの上位に表示されている。これにより、店舗端末４０のユーザは、リストの上位を確認することで、電子クーポンの利用を要求する顧客の顧客情報を容易に見つけ出すことができる。この場合、店舗端末４０のユーザは、電子クーポンの利用を要求する顧客に、来店者名（顧客名）を言わせることで、要求されている電子クーポンを特定し、かつ、その電子クーポンの正当性を確認することができる。
　図７は、電子クーポンの利用受付画面の例を示す図である。店舗端末４０は、顧客リスト画面において或る顧客情報が選択された場合、その顧客情報に含まれる電子クーポンの情報を用いて、図７の例に示される画面を表示する。電子クーポン情報の表示領域には、報酬内容、利用条件、有効期限などのような電子クーポンの内容が表示される。報酬確認の表示領域には、その電子クーポンに対応する報酬が適用された精算情報が表示される。例えば、店舗端末４０は、報酬の適用先となる精算情報をＰＯＳレジスタ機能を実現する処理部から取得することができる。図７の例では、店舗端末４０は、電子クーポンの利用受付操作として、報酬確認の表示領域内の「クーポン利用受付及び精算」ボタンが押下されたことを検出する。この検出により、店舗端末４０は、電子クーポンの利用受付をサーバ装置１０に通知すると共に、その精算処理を上記処理部に指示する。この例によれば、店舗端末４０上で、電子クーポンの利用受付と、その電子クーポンに対応する報酬の適用を含む精算処理とが実行される。
　図８及び図９は、電子クーポンの利用宣言画面の例を示す図である。顧客端末３０は、リスト表示している電子クーポン情報の中の１つの電子クーポンが選択されると、その選択された電子クーポンの情報を用いて、図８に示される画面を表示する。図８の例では、その電子クーポンを利用できる店舗情報（店舗名；デリシャスレストランなど）、その電子クーポンの内容（報酬内容、利用条件、有効期限など）が表示されている。顧客端末３０は、「クーポン利用」ボタンが押下されたことを検出すると、図９に示される画面を表示する。顧客端末３０のユーザは、図９の画面の「ＯＫ」ボタンを押下することにより、電子クーポンの利用宣言を確定させる。即ち、この例では、顧客端末３０は、図９の画面で「ＯＫ」ボタンが押下されたことを検出することで、電子クーポンに対する利用宣言操作を受け付ける。顧客端末３０は、この利用宣言操作の受け付けに伴い、その電子クーポンの利用宣言をサーバ装置１０に通知する。本実施例では、顧客端末３０は、図８及び図９の例のように、２つの画面の２つの操作により、利用宣言操作を受け付けるが、図８の画面の「クーポン利用」ボタンの押下により、利用宣言操作を受け付けてもよい。
　また、図６及び図７で示されるように、利用宣言状態に設定されている電子クーポンには、数字が付されている。具体的には、図６において、状態列における「利用宣言」の表示の下に、「１５」、「１３」及び「１２」の数字が表示されている。これらは、利用宣言状態に設定されている電子クーポンの識別情報である。
　図１０は、実施例における店舗端末４０の処理構成例を概念的に示す図である。この場合、店舗端末４０は、上述の各実施形態の構成に加えて、識別付与部２６を更に有する。識別付与部２６についても他の処理部と同様に実現される。識別付与部２６は、新たに利用が宣言された電子クーポンに対して、既に利用が宣言されている他の電子クーポンとは異なる新たな識別情報を付与する。情報更新部２５は、顧客情報格納部２３に格納される対象の電子クーポンの情報にその新たな識別情報を設定する。
　この実施例によれば、店舗側の担当者は、電子クーポンの利用を要求する顧客から得られる識別情報と、参照する店舗端末４０の顧客リスト画面に表示される識別情報とを比較することで、電子クーポンの正当性を容易に確認することができる。また、顧客は、自身の名称（顧客名など）を伝える必要はなく、利用を宣言した電子クーポンの識別情報を店舗側の担当者に提示するだけで、その電子クーポンを利用することができる。
　［変形例］
　上述の第１実施形態では、サーバ装置１０が店舗側構成５０外に存在する例が示されが、サーバ装置１０は店舗側構成５０内の１装置として実現されてもよい。同様に、顧客端末３０も、店舗側構成５０内の１装置として実現されてもよい。この場合、顧客は、店舗からその顧客端末３０を貸し出してもらい、顧客端末３０を利用する。また、顧客端末３０は、店舗側構成５０内の通信中継装置５１を介して通信網５に接続されてもよい。
　上述の第１実施形態では、利用宣言状態に設定された電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報が、店舗端末４０に表示されるリスト表示の中で、他の顧客情報よりも優先された状態で表示され、利用済み状態に設定された電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報が、店舗端末４０に表示されるリスト表示の中の優先表示対象から除外される。但し、利用宣言状態に設定された電子クーポンが利用されない場合もあり得る。そこで、サーバ装置１０は、電子クーポンの情報が示す利用宣言状態を解除することで、その電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報を優先表示対象から除外するようにしてもよい。
　この場合、情報更新部２５は、顧客端末３０を用いたユーザによる利用宣言のキャンセル操作の通知に応じて、利用宣言状態を解除することができる。また、情報更新部２５は、利用宣言状態の継続時間を計測し、この継続時間が所定時間を超えた場合に、その利用宣言状態を解除することもできる。また、情報更新部２５は、顧客の位置情報から、利用宣言状態を解除してもよい。また、顧客情報格納部２３に格納される電子クーポンの情報が更新されることなく、表示処理部２２が、該当する電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報を優先表示対象から除外するようにしてもよい。この場合、表示処理部２２は、電子クーポンの情報が利用宣言状態に設定されていたとしても、顧客情報に含まれる顧客の来店状況や位置がその店舗から離れたことを示す場合に、その電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報を優先表示対象から除外するようにしてもよい。
　上述の内容の一部又は全部は、以下の付記のようにも特定され得る。但し、上述の内容が以下の記載に限定されるものではない。

　顧客情報格納部から複数の顧客を示す複数の顧客情報を取得する情報取得部と、
　前記情報取得部により取得される複数の顧客情報を表示部にリスト表示させる表示処理部と、
　を備え、
　前記表示処理部は、前記情報取得部により取得される複数の顧客情報の中で、顧客により利用が宣言された電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報を優先的にリスト表示させる、
　顧客情報処理装置。

　顧客による電子クーポンの利用宣言の通知を受ける通知取得部と、
　前記利用宣言の通知に基づいて、前記顧客情報格納部に格納される該通知元の顧客の顧客情報に含まれる電子クーポンの情報を利用宣言状態に設定する情報更新部と、

　前記検出部により検出される利用受付操作に応じて、前記電子クーポンの利用受付を前記顧客情報処理装置に通知する通知部と、
　前記検出部により検出される利用受付操作に応じて、前記電子クーポンの情報を用いて、前記電子クーポンに対応する割引が適用された精算処理の実行を指示する精算指示部と、
　を備える店舗側処理端末。

　少なくとも１つのコンピュータにより実行される顧客情報処理方法において、
　顧客情報格納部から複数の顧客を示す複数の顧客情報を取得し、
　前記取得された複数の顧客情報を表示部にリスト表示させる、

　前記リスト表示は、前記取得された複数の顧客情報の中で、顧客により利用が宣言された電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報を優先的にリスト表示させる、

　電子クーポンの利用受付の通知を受け、

　電子クーポンの情報が利用済み状態とされた顧客情報を前記優先的なリスト表示の対象から除外する、
　ことを更に含む付記１０又は１１に記載の顧客情報処理方法。

　電子クーポンの前記利用宣言状態の継続時間に応じて、前記顧客情報格納部に格納される前記電子クーポンの情報が示す前記利用宣言状態を解除し、
　電子クーポンの情報が示す前記利用宣言状態が解除された顧客情報を前記優先的なリスト表示の対象から除外する、
　ことを更に含む付記１０から１２のいずれか１つに記載の顧客情報処理方法。

　前記取得される複数の顧客情報は、対象店舗に現在来店していると推測される顧客、及び、該対象店舗に来店予定の顧客の少なくとも１タイプの複数の顧客を示す前記複数の顧客情報、又は、該少なくとも１タイプの顧客及び該対象店舗に過去に来店した顧客を示す、
　付記９から１３のいずれか１つに記載の顧客情報処理方法。
　（付記１５）
　前記表示部に表示される複数の顧客情報のリストの中から選択された一人の顧客の電子クーポンに対する利用受付操作を検出し、
　前記検出された利用受付操作に応じて、前記電子クーポンの情報を用いて、前記電子クーポンに対応する割引が適用された精算処理の実行を指示する、
　ことを更に含む付記９から１４のいずれか１つに記載の顧客情報処理方法。
　（付記１６）
　付記９から１５のいずれか１つに記載の顧客情報処理方法を少なくとも１つのコンピュータに実行させるプログラム。
　（付記１７）
　電子クーポンの情報を表示部に表示させ、
　前記表示部に表示される電子クーポンに対する利用宣言操作を受け付け、
　前記受け付けられた利用宣言操作に応じて、前記電子クーポンの利用宣言を他のコンピュータに通知する、
　ことをコンピュータに実行させるプログラム。

　付記１６又は１７に記載のプログラムを記録したコンピュータが読み取り可能な記録媒体。

Claims (10)

  1. 　顧客情報格納部から複数の顧客を示す複数の顧客情報を取得する情報取得部と、
    　前記情報取得部により取得される複数の顧客情報を表示部にリスト表示させる表示処理部と、
    　を備え、
    　前記表示処理部は、前記情報取得部により取得される複数の顧客情報の中で、顧客により利用が宣言された電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報を優先的にリスト表示させる、
    　顧客情報処理装置。
  2. 　顧客による電子クーポンの利用宣言の通知を受ける通知取得部と、
    　前記利用宣言の通知に基づいて、前記顧客情報格納部に格納される該通知元の顧客の顧客情報に含まれる電子クーポンの情報を利用宣言状態に設定する情報更新部と、
    　を更に備える請求項１に記載の顧客情報処理装置。
  3. 　新たに利用が宣言された電子クーポンに対して、既に利用が宣言されている他の電子クーポンとは異なる新たな識別情報を付与する識別付与部、
    　を更に備え、
    　前記情報更新部は、前記電子クーポンの情報に前記新たな識別情報を設定する、
    　請求項２に記載の顧客情報処理装置。
  4. 　前記通知取得部は、電子クーポンの利用受付の通知を更に受け、
    　前記情報更新部は、前記利用受付の通知に基づいて、前記顧客情報格納部に格納される前記電子クーポンの情報を利用済み状態に設定し、
    　前記表示処理部は、電子クーポンの情報が利用済み状態とされた顧客情報を前記優先的なリスト表示の対象から除外する、
    　請求項２又は３に記載の顧客情報処理装置。
  5. 　前記情報更新部は、電子クーポンの前記利用宣言状態の継続時間に応じて、前記顧客情報格納部に格納される前記電子クーポンの情報が示す前記利用宣言状態を解除し、
    　前記表示処理部は、電子クーポンの情報が示す前記利用宣言状態が解除された顧客情報を前記優先的なリスト表示の対象から除外する、
    　請求項２から４のいずれか１項に記載の顧客情報処理装置。
  6. 　前記情報取得部は、対象店舗に現在来店していると推測される顧客、及び、該対象店舗に来店予定の顧客の少なくとも１タイプの複数の顧客を示す前記複数の顧客情報、又は、該少なくとも１タイプの顧客及び該対象店舗に過去に来店した顧客を示す前記複数の顧客情報を取得する、
    　請求項１から５のいずれか１項に記載の顧客情報処理装置。
  7. 　請求項１から６のいずれか１項に記載の顧客情報処理装置と通信可能な携帯情報端末において、
    　電子クーポンの情報を表示する表示部と、
    　前記表示部に表示される電子クーポンに対する利用宣言操作を受け付ける受付部と、
    　前記受付部により受け付けられる利用宣言操作に応じて、前記電子クーポンの利用宣言を前記顧客情報処理装置に通知する通知部と、
    　を備える携帯情報端末。
  8. 　請求項１から６のいずれか１項に記載の顧客情報処理装置と通信可能な店舗側処理端末において、
    　前記表示部と、
    　前記表示部に表示される複数の顧客情報のリストの中から選択された一人の顧客の電子クーポンに対する利用受付操作を検出する検出部と、
    　前記検出部により検出される利用受付操作に応じて、前記電子クーポンの利用受付を前記顧客情報処理装置に通知する通知部と、
    　前記検出部により検出される利用受付操作に応じて、前記電子クーポンの情報を用いて、前記電子クーポンに対応する割引が適用された精算処理の実行を指示する精算指示部と、
    　を備える店舗側処理端末。
  9. 　少なくとも１つのコンピュータにより実行される顧客情報処理方法において、
    　顧客情報格納部から複数の顧客を示す複数の顧客情報を取得し、
    　前記取得された複数の顧客情報を表示部にリスト表示させる、
    　ことを含み、
    　前記リスト表示は、前記取得された複数の顧客情報の中で、顧客により利用が宣言された電子クーポンの情報を含む顧客情報を優先的にリスト表示させる、
    　顧客情報処理方法。
  10. 　請求項９に記載の顧客情報処理方法を少なくとも１つのコンピュータに実行させるプログラム。
