Description
特許文献2に開示される電子機器は、フロントカバーの裏面に設けた載置凹部に液晶表示ユニットを載置し、この状態で液晶表示ユニットの背面に液晶固定板を当接させて固定している。この電子機器においても、載置凹部の液晶表示ユニットを囲む周壁部に設けた係合穴と係合突部に対して液晶固定板に設けた係合突部と係合穴を係合固定している。
電子機器の製造ラインにおいて、組み立てた製品の内部検査や各種修正は必須であり、このとき製品を再び分解する必要がある。この場合に、押圧片によって強固に固定されていると、分解作業ができないか、作業が長時間化する可能性がある。
実施の形態1.
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係る電子機器を示す図であり、図1(a)は正面側斜視図であり、図1(b)は背面側斜視図である。この発明に係る電子機器1は、例えばナビゲーション装置などの車載機器あるいはディスプレイ付きのオーディオ機器である。図1(a)に示す電子機器1では、枠状収納部材2、表示モジュール3および固定用部材4を備え、枠状収納部材2の表面側の開口部から表示モジュール3の表示面が外部に露出している。固定用部材4は、図1(b)に示すように、枠状収納部材2の背面側および側壁2aの一部を覆う部材である。また、電子機器1の内部回路は、固定用部材4の背面側から露出するコネクタ5を介して外部回路と接続される。
次に、図3(c)に示すように、仮保持部材6が枠状収納部材2に対して傾斜した状態で、枠状収納部材2の内側から位置決め用突部6cを係合穴2cに係合させる。
すなわち、位置決め用突部6cの先端部を、枠状収納部材2の内側から挿入して係合穴2cの内壁に当接させる。これにより、仮保持部材6は側壁部2a-2に対して係合位置決めされる。
なお、片部6b-1は、基部と先端部の間隔が側壁部2a-1の厚さ程度となるようにU字状に湾曲させた片部である。
さらに、仮保持部材6の板状部6aにはその一部を下方に折り曲げてなる付勢部材6dが形成されている。
枠状収納部材2の側壁部2a-1の外周部には、仮保持部材6を係合固定するための係合突部2bが形成されている。
表示モジュール3を収納した枠状収納部材2に仮保持部材6を係合固定した構造体は、図5(a)に示すように、仮保持部材6の付勢部材6dにより、表示モジュール3が枠状収納部材2の設置代2a-3に付勢されている。このとき、位置決め用突部6cは、付勢部材6dの付勢に対する表示モジュール3からの反力を受けて、図5(b)に示すように係合穴2cの上面をa1方向に押した状態となる。
位置決め用突部6cが係合穴2cをa1方向に押しているので、図5(b)に示すようにa1方向とは逆の側に隙間ができても問題ない。
また、係合固定部6bおよび係合突部2bによる係合固定は一例であり、仮保持部材6を枠状収納部材2の側壁部2a-1に係合固定することができる構造であれば、他の構成であってもよい。例えば、側壁部2a-1側に係合穴があり、片部6b-1側に係合突部がある構造でもよい。
なお、電子基板7の固定は、ねじ止めに限らず、これ以外の様々な締結方法を適用してもよい。
次に、図7(b)に示すように、固定用部材4が枠状収納部材2に対して傾斜した状態で、枠状収納部材2の外側から位置決め用片部4bを係合穴2dに係合させる。
すなわち、位置決め用片部4bの先端部を、枠状収納部材2の外側から挿入して係合穴2dの内壁に当接させる。これにより、固定用部材4は側壁部2a-1に係合位置決めされる。
なお、位置決め用片部4bおよび係合穴2dによる係合位置決めは一例であり、固定用部材4を枠状収納部材2の側壁部2a-1で係合位置決めすることができる構造であれば、他の構成であってもよい。
枠状収納部材2に組み付けることで、固定用部材4は、図8(a)に示すように、枠状収納部材2の側壁部2a-1で係合位置決めされ、図8(b)に示すように、側壁部2a-1に対向する側壁部2a-2で係合固定される。
すなわち、固定用部材4が圧接して仮保持部材6は直接的に組み付け方向に押さえ付けられており、固定用部材4が枠状収納部材2に圧接して組み付け方向に押さえ付けられている。これにより、仮保持部材6と枠状収納部材2の係合固定部に外力が加わっても、固定用部材4の圧接により係合固定がアシストされるため、外力による外れを防止することができる。また、部材4,6が互いに接触した状態で固定されるため、部材同士が衝突して異音が発生することを防止できる。
なお、これ以外の方法で固定用部材4を外す場合は、位置決め用片部4bをせん断破壊することが考えられるが、係合突部2eから係合固定部6bを外す操作より困難である。
すなわち、片部6b-1の係合穴6b-2を側壁部2a-1の係合突部2bから外し、位置決め用突部6cと係合穴2cの係合部を支点として、仮保持部材6の係合固定部側を持ち上げ、この後に位置決め用突部6cを係合穴2cから引き抜いて、仮保持部材6を枠状収納部材2から取り外す。
このように、固定用部材4と仮保持部材6を枠状収納部材2からそれぞれ取り外すためには、側壁部2a-1,2a-2側で上記作業を交互に行う必要があり、固定用部材4と仮保持部材6は自然に加わる外力(振動など)で外れにくい構造となっている。
特に、表示モジュール3の表示面上にタッチパネルが搭載されている場合は、利用者が表示モジュール3の表示面を強く押下する場合もある。
一方、固定用部材4の係合固定部側は仮保持部材6と接触していないので、この外力が直接伝わらない。従って、固定用部材4の係合位置決め部の構造を破壊しない限り、固定用部材4の係合固定部を外すことは困難である。
また、表示モジュール3の重量が重くても、付勢部材6dを介して固定用部材4の係合位置決め部に重みが加わり、係合固定部には加わらないので、表示モジュール3の重量の影響を受けにくい組み付けが可能である。
また、電子機器1を生産ラインで分解する場合、作業者は、係合突部を係合穴から外す簡単な操作で固定用部材4の係合固定と仮保持部材6の係合固定を解除することができ、特殊な工具は不要である。
また、この発明は、係合突部と係合穴による係合固定を採用して、ねじ止め箇所を削減したので、作業費用や部品コストの低減を図ることができる。
このように、固定用部材4および仮保持部材6がともに係合突部を係合穴部に嵌合するような簡単な操作で係合位置決めおよび係合固定が可能であるため、電子機器1を容易に組み立ておよび分解することが可能である。
また、仮保持部材6と固定用部材4により表示モジュール3が二重に保持されるため、表示モジュール3を強固に保持することができる。
特に、固定用部材4と仮保持部材6を枠状収納部材2からそれぞれ取り外すためには、側壁部2a-1,2a-2側で交互に取り外し作業を行う必要があり、自然に加わる外力(振動など)で外れにくい構造となっている。
図11は、この発明の実施の形態2に係る電子機器を示す斜視図である。実施の形態2に係る電子機器1Bは、図11に示すように、実施の形態1と異なる係合固定部を有した固定用部材4Bを備えて構成される。固定用部材4Bには、図11に示すように、天面部の端辺に係合固定部4dが形成されている。また、枠状収納部材2の側壁部2a-2には係合固定用の係合穴2fが形成されている。
さらに、枠状収納部材2の側壁部2a-2には、固定用部材4Bを係合固定するための係合穴2fが形成されている。
これに対して、この実施の形態2では、固定用部材4Bを枠状収納部材2の一方向から組み付けるだけでよいので、実施の形態1と比べて組み付けの作業性を格段に向上させることが可能である。
図14は、この発明の実施の形態3に係る電子機器を示す図であって、図14(a)は正面側斜視図であり、図14(b)は背面側斜視図である。実施の形態3に係る電子機器1Cは、各部材2,4C,6を板金で形成したものである。
また、図14(a)に示すように、電子機器1Cは、枠状収納部材2の表面側の開口部から表示モジュール3の表示面が外部に露出している。固定用部材4Cは、図14(b)に示すように、枠状収納部材2の背面側および側壁2aの一部を覆う部材である。また、電子機器1Cの内部回路は、固定用部材4Cの背面側から露出するコネクタ5b,5cを介して外部回路と接続される。
次に、実施の形態1と同様に、仮保持部材6が枠状収納部材2に対して傾斜した状態で、枠状収納部材2の内側から位置決め用突部6cを係合穴2cに係合させる。
すなわち、位置決め用突部6cの先端部を、枠状収納部材2の内側から挿入して係合穴2cの内壁に当接させる。これにより、図17(a)に示すように、仮保持部材6は枠状収納部材2に対して係合位置決めされる。
なお、片部6b-1は、先端部と基部との高さ間隔が側壁部2a-1の厚さ程度となるように先端部を切り起こした片部である。
さらに、仮保持部材6の板状部6aにはその一部を下方に折り曲げてなる付勢部材6dが形成されている。枠状収納部材2の側壁部2a-1の外周部には、仮保持部材6を係合固定するためのダボである係合突部2bが形成されている。
このとき、片部6b-1の湾曲部分に側壁部2a-1が徐々に挿入されていき、最終的に係合穴6b-2に係合突部2bが嵌合係合する。これにより、図18(b)および図18(c)に示すように、仮保持部材6が側壁部2a-1に係合固定される。
また、仮保持部材6には、側壁部6fから外側に切り曲げられた沈み防止片部6eが形成される。沈み防止片部6eは、図18(d)に示すように、仮保持部材6が組み付けられたときに側壁部2a-1に当接する。これにより、固定用部材4Cに圧接されても、仮保持部材6が規定位置よりも沈まないように規制することができる。
なお、電子基板7の固定は、ねじ止めに限らず、これ以外の様々な締結方法を適用してもよい。
固定用部材4Cを枠状収納部材2に組み付ける場合、まず、固定用部材4Cの位置決め用片部4bを側壁部2a-1の係合穴2gに挿入して、固定用部材4Cを側壁部2a-1に係合位置決めする。このとき、図25(a)に示すように、位置決め用片部4bの折り曲げのコーナー部分4b-1を係合穴2gの内壁部2g-1に当接させる。
この状態で、図26(b)に示すように、固定用部材4Cを、位置決め用片部4bと係合穴2gとの当接部を支点としてb方向に回転させる。この後、係合固定部を側壁部2a-2に係合固定することにより、図26(c)に示すように、固定用部材4Cは枠状収納部材2に組み付けられる。
なお、位置決め用片部4bの折り曲げのコーナー部分4b-1は、係合穴2gの厚み分の内壁部2g-1に当接しており、固定用部材4Cは、この位置決め部を支点として滑らかに回転することができる。これにより、実施の形態1と比べて組み付けの作業性を格段に向上させることが可能である。
図30(b)に示すように、H1部分では、固定用部材4Cの天面部が、突部6f-1を介して仮保持部材6を矢印方向に押して圧接した状態となっている。また、H2部分においては、枠状収納部材2の係合穴2gが、固定用部材4Cの位置決め用片部4bを矢印方向に押して圧接している。すなわち、固定用部材4Cが圧接して仮保持部材6は直接的に組み付け方向に押さえ付けられており、固定用部材4Cが枠状収納部材2に圧接して組み付け方向に押さえ付けられている。
なお、固定用部材4Cが仮保持部材6に圧接しても、図18(d)で示した沈み防止片部6eが側壁部2a-1に当接しているため、仮保持部材6は、規定位置以上に矢印方向に沈むことはない。
Claims (5)
- 収納対象物と、
少なくとも一面が開口し、前記開口の側壁で囲まれた空間に前記収納対象物を収納する収納部と、
前記収納対象物を覆うように前記収納部に組み付けられる第1の部材と、
前記第1の部材を覆うように前記収納部に組み付けられる第2の部材とを備え、
前記第1の部材は、前記収納部の対向する第1および第2の側壁部のうち、前記第2の側壁部に係合位置決めされ、前記第1の側壁部に係合固定されて前記収納部に組み付けられ、
前記第2の部材は、前記第1の側壁部に係合位置決めされ、前記第2の側壁部に係合固定されて前記収納部に組み付けられることを特徴とする電子機器。 - 前記第1の部材は、前記収納対象物を付勢する付勢部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子機器。
- 前記第2の部材は、前記第1の部材が前記収納部に係合固定された側の前記第1の部材および前記収納部の一部に圧接することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子機器。
- 前記第2の部材は、前記収納部の一方向から組み付けることにより、前記第1の側壁部に係合位置決めされ、前記第2の側壁部に係合固定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子機器。
- 前記第2の部材は、前記第1の側壁部に係合位置決めした部分を支点として、係合固定する側を前記収納部に向けて回転させて組み付けることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子機器。
