- lithium sulfide and diphosphorus pentasulfide are weighed so as to have a molar ratio of 75Li 2 S ⁇ 25P 2 S 5 (Li 3 PS 4 , ortho composition). On the other hand, it measured so that lithium iodide might be 20 mol%.
- the weighed raw materials were mixed, 2 g of the mixture was put into a zirconia container (45 ml), 4 g of dehydrated heptane (moisture content of 30 ppm or less) and 53 g of zirconia balls ( ⁇ 5 mm) were added, and the container was completely sealed ( Argon atmosphere).
- This container was attached to a planetary ball mill machine (P7 made by Fritsch), and mechanical milling for 1 hour and 15 minutes of rest was repeated 40 times at a base plate rotation speed of 500 rpm. Then, the obtained sample was dried at 120 ° C. for 2 hours so as to remove heptane on a hot plate to obtain a sulfide solid electrolyte material.

Ar gas (flow rate 50 ml / min) was used as the carrier gas, and Tenax® GR was used as the adsorption tube.
- TD-100 (made by Markes) was used for the thermal desorption apparatus
- HP7890 / 5975C (made by Agilent) was used for GC / MS.
- DB-5MS (30 m ⁇ 0.25 mm ID, film thickness 1.0 ⁇ m, manufactured by JW) was used as a column, and He gas (flow rate 1.5 ml / min) was used as a carrier gas.
- He gas flow rate 1.5 ml / min
- toluene was used as a standard gas.
- the gas generation amount at the time of crystallization is calculated, and this is used in the crystallization step (step S3). It was calculated as “atmospheric concentration (ppm)” in Table 1 by dividing by the volume of the possible container.

Abstract
