Abstract
Description
軸方向に延出する複数の電線を有する幹線部と、前記幹線部の延出方向途中で分岐する電線を有する分岐部とを備え、各電線が前記バンド部によって結束される位置は、前記分岐部が分岐される位置に対応している。これにより、幹線部に対する分岐部の位置ずれが防止され、分岐構造の信頼性が高められる。
本発明の実施例1を図1~図4によって説明する。
図1に示すように、ワイヤハーネスは、長さ方向(電線80の軸方向又は配索方向)に延出する複数本の電線80が配索された幹線部60と、幹線部60の長さ方向に間隔をあけた複数箇所において、幹線部60の各電線80のうちの一部の電線80が幹線部60と交差する方向に分岐して配索された分岐部50とを備えている。幹線部60の各電線80の外周にはバンド10が巻き付けられ、バンド10を介して各電線80が結束されている。幹線部60において、バンド10によって各電線80が結束される締結位置は、分岐部50が分岐される位置と対応しており、言い換えれば、分岐部50は、幹線部60におけるバンド10の締結位置から分岐されている。図示する場合、分岐部50は、幹線部60の各電線80を挟んだ径方向両側に枝状に分岐されているが、もちろん、各電線80の径方向片側のみに偏向して分岐されるものであってもよい。
まず、幹線部60の各電線80の外周にバンド10の基部11が押し当てられ、その状態で、バンド部12が各電線80の外周に沿って基部11側(結束動作の起点側)から離れる各電線80の長さ方向に沿った往き方向(図3を参照)にずれながら巻き付けられる。これにより、側面視において各電線80の長さ方向及びその長さ方向と直交する方向の両方向と交差する図3のA方向に沿った、往き方向の巻き部分14が形成される。往き方向の巻き部分14は、各電線80の外周を概ね一周する一波長分の長さを有し、往き方向の巻き部分14の先端部は、基部11から長さ方向に離れるとともに、各電線80を挟んだ径方向両側のうちの基部11が位置する側と同じ側に至ることになる。
以下、他の実施例を簡単に説明する。
(1)ワイヤハーネスには、上記バンドとともに、各電線の結束状態を維持可能な粘着テープやプロテクタ等の他の結束手段が混在して設けられていてもよい。
(2)基部に対するバンド部の連結方向が図3のA方向に予め向けられていてもよい。また、基部の係止孔の開口方向が図3のB方向に予め向けられていてもよい。
(3)上記実施例1の場合、バンド部は、各電線の外周に対し、往き方向の巻き部分で1周、戻り方向の巻き部分で1周、計2周に亘って巻回される構成であったが、本発明によれば、バンド部は、各電線の外周に対し、往き方向の巻き部分と戻り方向の巻き部分とで合わせて3周以上に亘って巻回される構成であってもよい。例えば、バンド部が各電線の外周に対して3周に亘って巻回される場合には、往き方向の巻き部分で2周、戻り方向の巻き部分で1周(往き方向の2波長分)、となるように巻回されるとよい。
(4)バンド部は、往き方向の巻き部分と戻り方向の巻き部分とに加え、各電線の長さ方向の同一位置で巻回される部分を含むものであってもよい。
(5)バンド部における往き方向の巻き部分と戻り方向の巻き部分とは、各電線の外周に対し、基部側(結束動作の起点側)を挟んだ左右両側に亘る範囲に形成されるものであってもよい。

Claims (5)
- 複数本の電線を帯状のバンド部によって結束するワイヤハーネス用バンドの結束構造であって、
前記バンド部は、前記各電線を束ねた状態で、前記各電線の外周に対し、結束動作の起点から離れるように、前記各電線の長さ方向に沿った往き方向にずれながら巻き付けられる巻き部分と、この往き方向の巻き部分と交差し、前記往き方向とは逆向きとなる前記起点へ向かう戻り方向にずれながら巻き付けられる巻き部分とを含んでいることを特徴とするワイヤハーネス用バンドの結束構造。 - 軸方向に延出する複数の電線を有する幹線部と、前記幹線部の延出方向途中で分岐する電線を有する分岐部とを備え、各電線が前記バンド部によって結束される位置は、前記分岐部が分岐される位置に対応していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のワイヤハーネス用バンドの結束構造。
- 前記各電線は、芯線の周りを耐油性の被覆で覆った形態であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のワイヤハーネス用バンドの結束構造。
- 前記被覆は、エチレン-テトラフルオロエチレン共重合体(ETFE)、テトラフルオロエチレン-ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体(FEP)等のフッ素樹脂、又はエンプラ材であることを特徴とする請求項3記載のワイヤハーネス用バンドの結束構造。
- 前記バンド部は、係止孔を有する基部と、その基部から延出する可撓性のバンド部とからなるタイバンドであって、前記各電線の外周に巻回された前記バンド部の先端部が、前記起点に設置された前記基部に挿入されて係止されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項記載のワイヤハーネス用バンドの結束構造。
