建物の間取り図を表した表示画面を前記ディスプレイに表示させ、前記間取り図を表した表示画面上に前記一以上の対象機器の各々を表した機器アイコンを表示させ、前記機器アイコンは移動可能であり、
前記間取り図に含まれるいずれかの一の部屋に相当する領域において前記一以上の対象機器の中のいずれか一の対象機器を表した機器アイコンの選択を検知すると、前記間取り図を表した表示画面上にオーバラップさせて前記検知された機器アイコンに対応する一の対象機器の操作又は状態確認のいずれかのための制御画面を前記ディスプレイに表示させ、前記一の部屋に設置された対象機器を表した機器アイコンを前記制御画面の表示領域外に退避させ、
前記制御画面の操作に基づき、前記一の対象機器に対応する対象機器の操作又は状態確認の少なくともいずれかのための制御コマンドを前記ネットワークに出力させる、
