本発明の一実施形態による設備管理装置として、中央管理装置となるコントローラ及びタブレット端末を用いた空調システムの構成について、図1を参照して説明する。本実施形態による空調システム1は、建物内に設置された複数の空調機10-1~10-nと、これらの空調機10-1~10-nに接続された中央管理装置としてのコントローラ20と、コントローラ20にハブ30を介して接続された無線通信のアクセスポイント40-1~40-4と、アクセスポイント40-1に無線接続されたタブレット端末50-1と、アクセスポイント40-2に無線接続されたタブレット端末50-2と、アクセスポイント40-3に無線接続されたタブレット端末50-3と、アクセスポイント40-4に無線接続されたパソコン50-4とを備える。コントローラ20、タブレット端末50-1~50-3、およびパソコン50-4は、当該空調システム1の管理者により操作される。この空調システムにおいては、建物内に設置された複数の空調機10-1~10-nが設備装置に該当する。
次に、本実施形態による空調システム1の動作について説明する。空調システム1は大型の商業施設に搭載され、当該空調システム1内では、コントローラ20により、必要に応じて空調機10-1~10-nの動作を制御するための動作制御情報が送信されるとともに、空調機10-1~10-nの稼動状態情報が所定時間間隔で取得され保持される。
Claims (5)
- 建物のフロア構成図内の複数の設備機器それぞれの設置場所に対応する位置に、前記設備機器を示す第1の表示サイズのアイコンが重畳された設備管理画面を表示する表示部と、
前記表示部に表示された設備管理画面上の操作を検出する操作検出部と、
前記複数の設備機器を、複数のグループに分類した機器分類情報を記憶する機器分類情報記憶部と、
前記表示部に表示された設備管理画面上でいずれかの設備機器を示すアイコンが操作されたことが前記操作検出部で検出されると、当該アイコンを、前記第1の表示サイズよりも大きい第2の表示サイズに変更するとともに、当該設備機器の設定を操作するための操作ボタンを前記設備管理画面の所定位置に重畳して表示させ、
前記操作されたアイコンに対応する設備機器が属するグループに関する表示を指定する操作が行われたことが前記操作検出部で検出されると、前記機器分類情報記憶部に記憶された機器分類情報に基づいて該当するグループに属するすべての設備機器を特定し、特定した設備機器に対応するアイコンを前記第2の表示サイズに変更するとともに、これらの設備機器それぞれの設定を操作するための操作ボタンを前記設備管理画面の所定位置に重畳して表示させ、当該グループに属さない設備機器に対応するアイコンを、前記第1の表示サイズよりも小さい第3の表示サイズに変更する表示情報生成部と
を備えることを特徴とする設備管理装置。 - 前記表示情報生成部は、前記表示部に表示された設備管理画面上で、指定されたグループに属する設備機器のアイコンが前記第2の表示サイズで表示されているときに、これらの中のいずれかのアイコンが操作されたことが前記操作検出部で検出されると、対応する操作ボタンを強調表示させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の設備管理装置。 - 前記表示情報生成部は、前記設備管理画面上に表示されたアイコンのうち、前記第1の表示サイズまたは前記第2の表示サイズで表示されたアイコンに対する操作、および表示されたすべての操作ボタンに対する操作を有効と判定し、これら以外の位置に対する操作を無効と判定し、
前記設備管理画面上に、指定されたグループに属する設備機器に対応するアイコンが表示されているときに、無効と判定する操作が行われると、当該グループに関する表示が指定される前の画面に戻す
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の設備管理装置。 - 前記表示情報生成部は、前記設備管理画面に前記操作ボタンを重畳させる際に、前記第2の表示サイズで表示されたアイコンが隠れないように前記設備管理画面をずらして表示させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3いずれか1項に記載の設備管理装置。 - 建物のフロア構成図内の複数の設備機器それぞれの設置場所に対応する位置に、前記設備機器を示す第1の表示サイズのアイコンが重畳された設備管理画面を表示する表示部と、
前記表示部に表示された設備管理画面上の操作を検出する操作検出部と、
前記複数の設備機器を、複数のグループに分類した機器分類情報を記憶する機器分類情報記憶部とを備える設備管理装置が、
前記表示部に表示された設備管理画面上でいずれかの設備機器を示すアイコンが操作されたことが前記操作検出部で検出されると、当該アイコンを、前記第1の表示サイズよりも大きい第2の表示サイズに変更するとともに、当該設備機器の設定を操作するための操作ボタンを前記設備管理画面の所定位置に重畳して表示させ、
前記操作されたアイコンに対応する設備機器が属するグループに関する表示を指定する操作が行われたことが前記操作検出部で検出されると、前記機器分類情報記憶部に記憶された機器分類情報に基づいて該当するグループに属するすべての設備機器を特定し、特定した設備機器に対応するアイコンを前記第2の表示サイズに変更するとともに、これらの設備機器それぞれの設定を操作するための操作ボタンを前記設備管理画面の所定位置に重畳して表示させ、当該グループに属さない設備機器に対応するアイコンを、前記第1の表示サイズよりも小さい第3の表示サイズに変更する
ことを特徴とする設備管理画面生成方法。
