- 압축선스프링을 지지하기 위한 다수개의 제1 V블록(115)이 구비된 한 쌍의 체인유닛(110,110`)이 서로 마주한 채 이격된 구조로 형성된 하부 체인 컨베이어(100);상기 제1 V블록(115)에 안착된 압축선스프링을 상부에서 가압하여 지지하기 위한 다수개의 제2 V블록(215)이 구비된 한 쌍의 체인유닛(210,210`)이 서로 마주한 채 이격된 구조로 형성된 상부 체인 컨베이어(200); 및상기 하부 체인 컨베이어(100)와 상부 체인 컨베이어(200)에 의해 이동하는 압축선스프링의 양끝 좌면에 대한 연마작업을 실시하는 다수개의 그라인딩 유닛(300)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 하부 체인 컨베이어(100)를 구성하는 한 쌍의 체인유닛(110,110`) 중 전방 체인유닛(110)은 압축선스프링의 길이에 따라 후방 체인유닛(110`)에 대하여 근접하거나 멀어지도록 이동가능하게 구성되고,상기 상부 체인 컨베이어(200)를 구성하는 한 쌍의 체인유닛(210,210`) 중 전방 체인유닛(210)은 압축선스프링의 길이에 따라 후방 체인유닛(210`)에 대하여 근접하거나 멀어지도록 이동가능하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 하부 체인 컨베이어(100)의 전방 체인유닛(110)은 후방 체인유닛(110`)을 관통하면서 수평방향으로 연장된 하나 이상의 제1 스크류축(130.130`)과 이송너트(140)를 매개로 결합되고,상기 상부 체인 컨베이어(200)의 전방 체인유닛(210)은 후방 체인유닛(210`)을 관통하면서 수평방향으로 연장된 제2 스크류축(230)과 이송너트(240)를 매개로 결합되며,상기 제1 스크류축(130.130`)과 제2 스크류축(230)은 밸트(150)를 매개로 서로 연결되어 연동하여 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 제2 스크류축(230)은 모터(250)와 연결되어 모터(250)의 구동에 의해 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 상부 체인 컨베이어(200)에는 체인(214)을 상부에서 가압하여 제2 V블록(215)이 압축선스프링에 견고히 밀착되도록 하는 다수개의 가압블록(260); 및상기 상부 체인 컨베이어(200)에 설치되어 가압블록(260)을 탄력적으로 지지하는 다수개의 스프링(270)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 다수개의 가압블록(260)은 핀(261)에 의해 서로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 상부 체인 컨베이어(200)를 상하로 이송시켜 제1 V블록(115)과 제2 V블록(215)의 간격을 조절하는 간극 조절 수단(500)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 간극 조절 수단(500)은,상기 상부 체인 컨베이어(200)와 결합된 승강 프레임(510);상기 승강 프레임(510)의 상단부에서 좌우 방향으로 연장된 구조를 갖도록 설치된 한 쌍의 레일(520);상기 레일(520)을 따라 이동하도록 설치되며, 상단부에 경사레일(531`,532`)이 형성된 한 쌍의 경사블록(531,532);상기 두 경사블록(531,532)을 관통하는 구조로 설치되며, 사용자의 핸들(543) 조작에 의해 회전하면서 두 경사블록(531,532)을 이동시키되, 두 경사블록(531,532)이 서로 근접하거나 멀어지도록 이동시키는 제5 스크류축(540); 및상기 두 경사블록(531,532)의 상부에 위치하도록 고정프레임(560)에 설치되고, 상기 경사레일(531`,532`)에 결합되어 경사블록(531,532)의 이동시 경사레일(531`,532`)의 기울기(θ)에 의하여 경사블록(531,532)이 하강하거나 상승하도록 유도하는 한 쌍의 고정블록(551,552)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 하부 체인 컨베이어(100)와 상부 체인 컨베이어(200)의 구동을 위한 동력을 제공하는 모터(400);상기 모터(400)와 연결되며, 2개의 출력축(411,412)을 갖는 감속기(410);상기 하부 체인 컨베이어(100)로부터 연장된 스플라인축(118)과 감속기(410)의 출력축(411)을 연결하는 제1 유니버셜 조인트(420); 및상기 상부 체인 컨베이어(200)로부터 연장된 스플라인축(218)과 감속기(410)의 출력축(412)을 연결하는 제2 유니버셜 조인트(430)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 다수개의 그라인딩 유닛(300)이 상면에 설치된 이송테이블(330);상기 이송테이블(330)의 저면에 고정된 이송너트(340); 및상기 이송너트(340)와 결합되며, 사용자의 조작에 의해 회전하면서 이송너트(340) 및 이송테이블(330)을 압축선스프링에 근접하거나 멀어지는 방향으로 이동시키는 제3 스크류축(350)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마장치.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 각각의 그라인딩 유닛(300)의 하단부에 설치된 고정판(360);상기 고정판(360)의 저면에 설치된 이송너트(370); 및상기 이송테이블(330)에 설치되고, 상기 이송너트(370)와 결합되며, 사용자의 조작에 의해 회전하면서 이송너트(370)를 이송시키는 제4 스크류축(380)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마장치.
- 하부 체인 컨베이어(100)와 상부 체인 컨베이어(200)에 구비된 제1 V블록(115)과 제2 V블록(215)으로 압축선스프링을 고정하고, 하부 체인 컨베이어(100)와 상부 체인 컨베이어(200)를 이용하여 압축선스프링을 수평방향으로 이송시키는 단계(S110); 및상기 S110 단계를 통해 이송되는 압축선스프링의 양끝 좌면을 그라인딩 유닛(300)을 이용하여 연마하는 단계(S120)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 S110 단계에 앞서, 압축선스프링의 길이에 따라 하부 체인 컨베이어(100)의 전방 체인유닛(110)과 후방 체인유닛(110`)의 사이거리 및 상부 체인 컨베이어(200)의 전방 체인유닛(210)과 후방 체인유닛(210`)의 사이거리를 조정하는 단계(S101)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 S110 단계에 앞서, 압축선스프링의 외경에 따라 상부 체인 컨베이어(200)의 높낮이를 조정하는 단계(S102)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축선스프링 연마방법.
