Definitions
- the present invention relates to an umbrella which is not damaged by wind pressure during use.
- the demand for low-priced products is high recently, and the material of the bones is not sufficient, and when the strong wind blows, the bones are easily bent or flipped more and more cases are being inverted. It is dangerous as it inverts largely and hurts the surrounding people, and in particular, if the main bone is made of metal, the cross section is bent into a U-shape to maintain its strength, and once it is bent, it is original. It is difficult to put it back in place, it will be disposed of, and there are financial problems such as the burden on the recycle bin and the disposal site. And the connecting part of the secondary bone will be broken.
- the umbrella cloth that receives wind pressure is fixed by the tip attached to the end of the pelvis, but many conventional low-cost umbrellas simply insert the tip without sewing, and when the umbrella is turned over, the tip is exposed There is also a possibility that an extremely dangerous situation may occur in which an integral umbrella cloth separates from the inverted parent bone, so that the pointed end of the parent bone is exposed. Therefore, for example, an umbrella provided with a means for passing the wind that has hit the umbrella cloth to the outside is presented in, for example, JP-A-2010-124883, but the means for passing the wind presented in these publications The umbrella has a complicated structure and can not be applied to an umbrella with an inexpensive configuration. Further, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No.
- 2011-87887 discloses an umbrella in which a disconnected main bone is connected and the connecting portion is linearly held by the biasing force of a spring.
- This umbrella maintains the open state by the tension of the umbrella cloth stretched over the parent bone, but this umbrella cushions the wind pressure by the biasing force of the spring, and if the coil spring is weak, the parent bone is connected If it is strong, it is not practical because contradiction that the wind pressure is received more than necessary is generated. In particular, when the spring is strong, the wind pressure over the setting and the reaction thereof act on the umbrella, which causes a very dangerous situation for the user.
- Umbrellas having means for reversing the bones to prevent damage to the bones when there is a strong wind in advance are presented in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 6-132 and Utility Model Registration No. 3132596.
- the umbrella disclosed in this publication reverses by a strong wind to prevent damage, and is reversed with the proximal end of the parent bone as a base axis, and the parent bone is largely reversed at the time of inversion, so the danger to the surroundings is increased.
- the known inverted umbrella is configured to be effective when the wind blows from the inside, there is also a problem that the strong bone from the outside can not be coped with and the main bone is bent inward.
- the conventional dew point for example, the one disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-326 or the like is known, and as shown in FIG. A round tip of the tip 601 is attached, and the proximal end 62 is pivotally attached to the outer periphery of the upper roller 3 disposed at the distal end of the center shaft 4 provided with the handle 1 at the proximal end so that opening and closing is possible.
- the tip end portion 621 of the relative bone 6 prevents damage to the body such as the hand or face by inserting and fixing it, but the dew point 601 in the conventional umbrella is formed at the base end portion 611 thereof. Insert the tip 621 of the parent bone 6 into the inserted insertion hole 612
- the umbrella cloth 8 is loosened as in the case where the umbrella is folded or the strong wind is received, there is a problem that the dew point 601 is easily removed, as described above.
- the improved umbrella dew point 601 is formed in the proximal end portion 611 of the rounded end of the dew point 601 while forming the fitting recess 623 formed in the tip portion 621 of the parent bone 6
- a vertically movable fitting protrusion 610 fitted in the fitting recess 623 formed in the tip portion 621 of the parent bone 6 is provided, and the tip portion of the parent bone 6 inserted in the dew point 601
- the dew point 601 is fixed to the tip portion 621 of the parent bone 6, thereby preventing the falling point 601 from falling off.
- the fixed structure of the tip 601 is Not only does it have to be provided with a fitting projection 610 that can move up and down at the tip 601, and it becomes a complicated structure, so it is not suitable for mass production, and there is only one fitting recess 623 formed in the tip portion 621 of the main bone 6. Therefore, the fixation is extremely unstable, and it is sufficient to feel some looseness in normal use, but in strong winds, the parent bone 6 is reversed, and the dew point 601 may come off from the tip 621 In this case, since the tip portion 621 has a tip fine structure processed on the basis of the U-shaped metal master 6 formed in a U-shape, it is very dangerous and problematic that this portion is exposed. .
- the present invention solves the problems of the conventional umbrella which is not damaged by wind pressure, and of course the wind pressure is said to be the inner direction of the umbrella cloth, as well as providing simple and inexpensive operation without complicated construction.
- the task is to provide a safe umbrella that prevents its own breakage.
- the lower roller is slidably mounted on a central rod having a handle at one end and an upper roller at the other end through a stone stick.
- a plurality of bones are pivotally supported at their proximal ends so as to be openable and closable around the upper wheel, and sub bones are axially supported at both ends between the respective bones and the wheel.
- the umbrella cloth stretches over the plurality of relative bones through the tip fixed to the tip of the relative bone, and the relative bone is a predetermined position on the tip side of the supporting position of the minor bone
- the umbrella is used in a state in which the parent bone in a state of being divided into the distal end portion and the proximal end portion is held in a straight line, and the umbrella cloth is subjected to a wind pressure of a predetermined pressure or more from the inside direction.
- Outward-turning hinge that allows the tip of the head to turn outward It is an umbrella used by holding in a straight line the parent bone in a state of being divided into the end part and the base part, wherein the umbrella cloth is turned inside when the wind pressure is applied from outside direction to the umbrella cloth It is characterized in that at least one of the possible inward reversing hinges is provided in a part in the axial direction.
- the outward reversing hinge or the inward reversing hinge is a cylindrical member formed of a material having elasticity, and is pivotally attached to the base on which the insertion groove having a width narrower than at least the diameter is formed in the reversing direction.
- the inward groove formed in the base portion is formed by a cylindrical reversing member having a diameter that can pass by a predetermined pressing force, or the outward reversing hinge and the inward reversing hinge are made of an elastic material.
- the tubular member formed of a base formed with insertion grooves in the reverse direction and a cylindrical inversion member pivotally mounted on the base and having a diameter capable of passing through the insertion grooves formed in the base Elastic locking projections are formed on the mutually facing inner side surfaces of the insertion groove formed as described above and the outer side surface of the reversing member. It is preferable that the construction is made.
- the outside direction reversing hinge or the inside direction reversing hinge is formed by connecting a pair of bottomed cylinders that are freely detachable with each other and made of a hard synthetic resin having an appropriate elasticity, It has a configuration in which the stepped projection formed on the bottom surface of the other cylinder is detachably engaged with the locking hole formed on the bottom surface so that the outward direction is reversed.
- At least one of the hinges or the inward direction inversion hinge is a separate body from the parent bone, and a configuration is also possible in which a holding portion for inserting and holding the tip of the cutting piece of the parent bone is formed in the base or the inversion member.
- At least one of the direction reversing hinge or the inward direction reversing hinge may be integrally formed with the parent bone. Furthermore, when the end of the main bone is inserted into the insertion hole of the main bone formed at the base end of the dew point, a locking recess is formed in which a locking convex portion protruding from the front end of the main bone fits.
- the pair of the locking convex portion and the locking concave portion is provided across the axis, the locking concave portion is a through hole, and the plastic tip has an appropriate elasticity as the dew point. It is also preferred that the construction be made.
- a locking recess is formed in which a locking convex portion protruding from the front end of the main bone fits.
- the dew point is provided such that a pair of the locking convex portion and the locking concave portion sandwich the axis, the structure in which the locking concave portion is a through hole, and the dew point is suitably elastic. It is preferable to use a structure made of synthetic resin.
- the present invention it is possible not only to form a complicated configuration but also to provide simple and inexpensive operation, and also to cope with cases where the wind pressure is applied from outside as well as the inside of the umbrella. It is possible to provide a safe and durable umbrella that is not damaged by wind pressure.
- a wind pressure exceeding the tension for tensioning the umbrella cloth by the parent bone and the umbrella cloth is applied to the outer reverse hinge from inside or is divided into the distal end and the proximal end.
