Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an umbrella which is not damaged by wind pressure during use.
  • the demand for low-priced products is high recently, and the material of the bones is not sufficient, and when the strong wind blows, the bones are easily bent or flipped more and more cases are being inverted. It is dangerous as it inverts largely and hurts the surrounding people, and in particular, if the main bone is made of metal, the cross section is bent into a U-shape to maintain its strength, and once it is bent, it is original. It is difficult to put it back in place, it will be disposed of, and there are financial problems such as the burden on the recycle bin and the disposal site. And the connecting part of the secondary bone will be broken.
  • the umbrella cloth that receives wind pressure is fixed by the tip attached to the end of the pelvis, but many conventional low-cost umbrellas simply insert the tip without sewing, and when the umbrella is turned over, the tip is exposed There is also a possibility that an extremely dangerous situation may occur in which an integral umbrella cloth separates from the inverted parent bone, so that the pointed end of the parent bone is exposed. Therefore, for example, an umbrella provided with a means for passing the wind that has hit the umbrella cloth to the outside is presented in, for example, JP-A-2010-124883, but the means for passing the wind presented in these publications The umbrella has a complicated structure and can not be applied to an umbrella with an inexpensive configuration. Further, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No.
  • 2011-87887 discloses an umbrella in which a disconnected main bone is connected and the connecting portion is linearly held by the biasing force of a spring.
  • This umbrella maintains the open state by the tension of the umbrella cloth stretched over the parent bone, but this umbrella cushions the wind pressure by the biasing force of the spring, and if the coil spring is weak, the parent bone is connected If it is strong, it is not practical because contradiction that the wind pressure is received more than necessary is generated. In particular, when the spring is strong, the wind pressure over the setting and the reaction thereof act on the umbrella, which causes a very dangerous situation for the user.
  • Umbrellas having means for reversing the bones to prevent damage to the bones when there is a strong wind in advance are presented in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 6-132 and Utility Model Registration No. 3132596.

The umbrella has one or both of the following arranged on a primary rib (6) in the shaft direction of the primary rib (6) at a prescribed position nearer the tip in relation to the shaft-support position of a secondary rib (7): an outward-direction-reversal hinge (9) for holding a fastener which supports the primary rib (6) in a straight line when storing the umbrella, and capable of reverse-rotating the primary rib (6) outward when the umbrella fabric receives wind pressure of a prescribed pressure or more from the inward direction, during normal use of the umbrella with the primary rib (6) open and supported in a straight line; and an inward-direction-reversal hinge (10) for holding a fastener which adjusts the prescribed pressure and supports the primary rib (6) in a straight line when storing the umbrella, and capable of reverse-rotating the primary rib (6) inward when the umbrella fabric receives wind pressure of a prescribed pressure or more from the outward direction, during normal use of the umbrella with the primary rib (6) open and supported in a straight line.

Description

Umbrella not damaged by wind pressure
The present invention relates to an umbrella which is not damaged by wind pressure during use.
Recently, due to the influence of abnormal weather, a large amount of rainfall frequently strikes at one time, and under such circumstances, the arrangement of pressure changes rapidly, so strong winds are often accompanied as well as typhoons. And if you put an umbrella in such a typhoon or a strong wind, the umbrella cloth will be subjected to a large wind pressure, and the user may fall over with a large wind pressure or the umbrella will fly, causing damage to the body become. In addition, when a conventional umbrella receives wind pressure from the inside, it inverts in a so-called funnel shape, and when received from the outside, it may be bent and deformed inward.
In particular, the demand for low-priced products is high recently, and the material of the bones is not sufficient, and when the strong wind blows, the bones are easily bent or flipped more and more cases are being inverted.
Also, the umbrella cloth that receives wind pressure is fixed by the tip attached to the end of the pelvis, but many conventional low-cost umbrellas simply insert the tip without sewing, and when the umbrella is turned over, the tip is exposed There is also a possibility that an extremely dangerous situation may occur in which an integral umbrella cloth separates from the inverted parent bone, so that the pointed end of the parent bone is exposed.
2011-87887 discloses an umbrella in which a disconnected main bone is connected and the connecting portion is linearly held by the biasing force of a spring. This umbrella maintains the open state by the tension of the umbrella cloth stretched over the parent bone, but this umbrella cushions the wind pressure by the biasing force of the spring, and if the coil spring is weak, the parent bone is connected If it is strong, it is not practical because contradiction that the wind pressure is received more than necessary is generated. In particular, when the spring is strong, the wind pressure over the setting and the reaction thereof act on the umbrella, which causes a very dangerous situation for the user.
In the conventional folding umbrella which has a structure similar to the structure presented in the above-mentioned publication, this applied a stretching force exceeding the tension generated by the parent bone and the umbrella cloth at the connecting part when opened. In this case, when a large wind pressure is applied, the drawing force is suddenly exceeded, and the connecting portion is bent and broken.
In addition, in the folding umbrella, the parent bone is configured to be folded in at least one place at a predetermined position for folding, but the position is located in the distal direction rather than the connection position with the minor bone of the parent bone As a result, the decompression effect is not sufficient, and it is impossible to avoid the damage of the connection between the parent bone and the accessory bone.
On the other hand, if it is reversed by strong wind. Umbrellas having means for reversing the bones to prevent damage to the bones when there is a strong wind in advance are presented in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 6-132 and Utility Model Registration No. 3132596.
However, the umbrella disclosed in this publication reverses by a strong wind to prevent damage, and is reversed with the proximal end of the parent bone as a base axis, and the parent bone is largely reversed at the time of inversion, so the danger to the surroundings is increased. In addition, it is impossible to solve the safety problem that a large reaction is handed off and can not be held and released, and the flying umbrella may injure the surrounding people.
In addition, although the known inverted umbrella is configured to be effective when the wind blows from the inside, there is also a problem that the strong bone from the outside can not be coped with and the main bone is bent inward. .
As the conventional dew point, for example, the one disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-326 or the like is known, and as shown in FIG. A round tip of the tip 601 is attached, and the proximal end 62 is pivotally attached to the outer periphery of the upper roller 3 disposed at the distal end of the center shaft 4 provided with the handle 1 at the proximal end so that opening and closing is possible. In the insertion hole 612 in which the umbrella cloth 8 is stretched over a plurality of parent bones 6 and a tip 601 formed of an appropriate elastic material on the tip part 621 of the tip part 61 of the parent bone 6 is formed in its base end 611 The tip end portion 621 of the relative bone 6 prevents damage to the body such as the hand or face by inserting and fixing it, but the dew point 601 in the conventional umbrella is formed at the base end portion 611 thereof. Insert the tip 621 of the parent bone 6 into the inserted insertion hole 612 For example, when the umbrella cloth 8 is loosened as in the case where the umbrella is folded or the strong wind is received, there is a problem that the dew point 601 is easily removed, as described above. Although there are cases in which bonding is performed using an adhesive, there is a problem that not only productivity is lowered due to an increase in the number of bonding steps but also the material cost is increased. In particular, when the main bone 6 is made of a synthetic resin In the case of metal, however, the adhesive effect can not be sufficiently exhibited.
Therefore, in the umbrella presented in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-61524 shown in FIG. 20, an umbrella is proposed in which a synthetic resin dew point 601 is fixed to the tip portion 621 of the parent bone 6, As shown in FIG. 20, the improved umbrella dew point 601 is formed in the proximal end portion 611 of the rounded end of the dew point 601 while forming the fitting recess 623 formed in the tip portion 621 of the parent bone 6 At the predetermined position of the fitting hole 612, a vertically movable fitting protrusion 610 fitted in the fitting recess 623 formed in the tip portion 621 of the parent bone 6 is provided, and the tip portion of the parent bone 6 inserted in the dew point 601 By fitting and fixing the fitting concave portion 623 formed in the fitting 621 to the fitting protrusion 610, the dew point 601 is fixed to the tip portion 621 of the parent bone 6, thereby preventing the falling point 601 from falling off. The fixed structure of the tip 601 is Not only does it have to be provided with a fitting projection 610 that can move up and down at the tip 601, and it becomes a complicated structure, so it is not suitable for mass production, and there is only one fitting recess 623 formed in the tip portion 621 of the main bone 6. Therefore, the fixation is extremely unstable, and it is sufficient to feel some looseness in normal use, but in strong winds, the parent bone 6 is reversed, and the dew point 601 may come off from the tip 621 In this case, since the tip portion 621 has a tip fine structure processed on the basis of the U-shaped metal master 6 formed in a U-shape, it is very dangerous and problematic that this portion is exposed. .

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
FIG. 1 shows a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and basically, a middle rod having a handle 1 attached to one end and an upper runner 3 attached to the other end via a stone stick 2 at the other end. A roller 5 is slidably mounted, and a plurality of parent bones 6 are pivotally supported at their proximal ends so as to be openable and closable around the upper roller 3, each parent bone 6 and the roller 4 An auxiliary bone 7 is formed to be pivotally supported at both ends between the two, and the umbrella cloth 8 is stretched over the plurality of parent bones 6 via a tip 601.
Then, in the present embodiment, the main bone 6 in which the main bone 6 is divided into the distal end portion 61 and the proximal end 62 at a predetermined position on the distal end side than the pivotal position of the auxiliary bone 7 is linearly held. When the umbrella cloth 8 is subjected to a wind pressure of a predetermined pressure or more from the inward direction in the use state in which the umbrella is opened, as shown in FIG. 2 (a) 9 and the inner direction reverse hinge 10 capable of turning the tip portion 61 of the main bone 6 inward when the umbrella cloth 8 is subjected to a wind pressure of a predetermined pressure or more from the outer side, as shown in FIG. Are juxtaposed in the axial direction of
Although FIG. 2 shows the case where both the outside direction reversing hinge 9 and the inside direction reversing hinge 10 are installed, it is sufficient if either one of the outside direction reversing hinge 9 and the inside direction reversing hinge 10 is installed. In general, the case where the outside direction reversing hinge 9 is installed is effective in that it is easy to arrange in consideration of the tension of the umbrella cloth 8 and the like.
Then, for example, in the case where the main bone 6 and the auxiliary bone 7 are joined by using the outward direction reverse hinge 9 according to the present invention, when the umbrella cloth 8 is subjected to a wind pressure of a predetermined pressure or more from the inside direction Before the joint between 7 and the parent bone 6 is damaged, the outward reverse hinge 9 is bent outward so that the wind pressure applied to the umbrella cloth 8 can be released.
Of course, when the reverse inward direction reverse hinge 10 is attached to the parent bone 6, it goes without saying that the wind pressure applied to the umbrella cloth 8 is released by the reverse action.
Further, in the present embodiment, the outward reversing hinge 9 is disposed on the proximal side, but the inward reversing hinge 10 may be disposed on the proximal side.
FIG. 3 shows a preferred embodiment of the outside direction reversing hinge 9 used in the present invention, in which the insertion groove 91 having a cylindrical shape made of an elastic material and having a width narrower than at least the diameter in the reversing direction is shown. It has a diameter which can be passed through the insertion groove 91 formed in the base 92 by being keyed on the keyhole-like base 92 and the base 92 which opened the two straight tips whose formed cross sections are parallel and which is open in the base 92 by a predetermined pressing force. The proximal end portion 62 and the distal end portion 61 of the main bone 6 which are formed from the cylindrical reversing member 93 and divided into the proximal end 95 of the base 92 and the proximal end 96 of the reversing member 93 are inserted and fixed, respectively. It is very easy.
In the present embodiment, normally, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3C, the reversing member 93 is inserted into the base 92 in the axial direction, and both are held in a straight line to When the pressing force in the outward direction is applied to the member 93, as shown in FIG. 3B, the reversing member 93 is configured to rotate around the support portion 94 and beyond the insertion groove 91, and in the present embodiment, As shown in 1, when the umbrella is open, the outside direction reversing hinge 9 is in a state where the reversing member 93 is held in a fitted state at the semi-cylindrical base, and the main bone 6 is substantially straight It can be maintained and used in the same manner as a normal umbrella, and as shown in FIG. 2 (a), when wind pressure is applied to the umbrella cloth 8 from the inside, the main bone 6 can The reversing member 93 is reversed to the outside beyond the insertion groove 91 by the action. Thus, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), when a wind pressure of a predetermined level or more acts on the umbrella cloth 8 from the outside, the main bone 6 is deformed by the action of the inner direction reversing hinge 10, as shown in FIG. When the reversing member 93 is turned inward beyond the insertion groove 91, it is bent inward to prevent breakage of the main bone 6.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2A, when the wind force over the tension necessary for maintaining the open state by the parent bone 6 and the umbrella cloth 8 is received by the parent bone 6, the tip 61 portion of the parent bone 6 is inverted outward or inward. Therefore, the wind pressure on the umbrella cloth 8 can be reduced to prevent the damage to the bone 6 or the umbrella cloth 8.
As described above, by providing the outside direction reversing hinge 9 or the inside direction reversing hinge 10 at the predetermined position of the parent bone 6, the parent bone 6 holds the umbrella because it reverses without being forced against wind pressure. It is extremely safe, with no concern that it places an excessive load on people and without pulling or falling over the umbrella itself.
In this embodiment, the resistance of the reversing member 93 is determined by the elasticity of the base 92, the width and height of the wall of the insertion groove 91 formed in the base 92, and the diameters of the base 92 and the reversing member 93. The force for holding the distal end portion 61 and the proximal end portion 62 of the main bone 6 on a straight line can be appropriately adjusted, and when the inverted umbrella is reopened and restored again, the main bone is locked in the original state At the time of storage, the parent bone was made to be able to be held in the original linear shape.
Here, not only the outward reversing hinge 9 but also the inward reversing hinges 10 axially juxtaposed in the parent bone 6 can be used with the same configuration as the outward reversing hinge 9 with the front and back reversed However, since the tension of the umbrella cloth 8 does not act when holding the distal end portion 61 and the proximal end portion 62 in the normal use condition, the inward reverse hinge 10 needs a mechanism having a necessary holding force alone. Since the reverse start is caused by exceeding the pressing force of the locking portion, reverse adjustment different from that of the outward reverse hinge is required. Therefore, it is preferable to select or adjust different pressing forces at the start of reverse rotation of the inward reverse hinge 10 and the outward reverse hinge 9.
Furthermore, FIG. 4 is a combination of the inward reversing hinge 10 and the outward reversing hinge 9 shown in FIG. 3 as one combined base 97, and a cut piece (not shown) of the main bone 6 is provided on the way Since it is not necessary to hold it, the number of parts is small and the manufacture is easy.
FIG. 5 shows the operation of the embodiment of the hinge shown in FIG. 4 in use, and FIG. 5 (a) shows the normal state, and FIG. 5 (b) shows the inner bone 6 under wind pressure from the inside. FIG. 5 (c) shows the state of action when the wind force is applied from the outside and the main bone 6 is turned inside when the tip of the head is turned outward.
Furthermore, FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the outside direction inversion hinge 9 used in the present invention, and is formed of a hard synthetic resin material having appropriate elasticity, and the base end 62 of the main bone 6 is formed at the base end 96. The insertion groove 91 formed in the base 92 is axially fixed to the base 92 and the base 92 having a U-shaped top opening and a cross section having the insertion groove 91 formed on the upper surface and the insertion fixing. It is formed of a column-shaped reversing member 93 which is passable and has the proximal end 95 inserted and fixed to the distal end portion 61 of the parent bone 6. In particular, in the present embodiment, the insertion groove 91 formed in the base 92 is used. A pair of locking projections 921 and 921 are provided at predetermined positions on mutually opposing inner side surfaces, and the reversing member 9 is located at a position overlapping both the locking protrusions 921 on both side surfaces of the reversing member 93. Is inserted into the insertion groove 91 of the base 92, and the base 92 of the parent 6 and the base 62 of the parent 6 in the direction of the reversing member 93 are coaxial with the tip 62. Locking protrusions 931 and 931 which project over locking protrusions 921 and 921 protruding from the insertion groove 91 and are locked to each other are protrudingly provided on both side surfaces of the reversing member 93.
Therefore, normally, as shown in FIG. 6A, the base end 62 and the tip 61 of the intimate bone 6 are coaxial to form a use state, and for example, the locking projection 931 passes over the locking projection 921 from the inside. The locked state is released, the reversing member 93 is reversed, and the wind pressure is released to prevent damage to the parent bone 6.
In particular, in the case of the outside direction reversing hinge 9, in this embodiment, the locking degree of the locking projection 921 and the locking projection 931 is set in the vicinity of the tension of the parent bone 6 and the umbrella cloth 8 when the umbrella is opened. Thus, when the wind pressure exceeding the tension acts from the inside of the umbrella, the engagement between the locking projections 921 and the locking projections 931 is released.
Therefore, if the structure against the wind pressure stronger than the tension formed by the parent bone 6 and the umbrella cloth 8 when the extension strength of the bent portion is opened as in the conventional folding umbrella, for example, is bent when the set value is exceeded In this embodiment, when the tension of the umbrella itself is exceeded, the reversing member 93 is immediately reversed to release the wind pressure, so that an excessive load is imposed on the parent bone 6. There is no chance that the umbrella will be irreparably damaged.
Further, as described above, the locking degree between the locking projection 921 and the locking projection 931 is set to be equal to or lower than the tension of the main bone 6 and the umbrella cloth 8 when the umbrella is opened. Thus, as shown in FIG. 6 (b), the reversing member 93, once reversed, is simply re-engaged in the state shown in FIG. 6 (a) simply by opening the umbrella again. Is held in place. It is only necessary to open the umbrella as usual for reuse, which is extremely convenient.
The relationship between the tension and the wind pressure for reversing the reversing member 93 is the same as in the other embodiments of the present invention.
FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the outward reversing hinge 9 or the inward reversing hinge 10 according to the present invention, wherein the outward reversing hinge 9 and the inward reversing hinge 10 are each made of a hard synthetic material having appropriate elasticity. A pair of bottomed cylinders 12 and 13 made of resin and having a mounting opening 11 for the main bone 6 are formed by connecting them by a connector 14, and the locking holes 121 formed on the bottom of one of the cylinders 12 are The stepped projections 122 formed on the bottom surface of one of the cylinders 13 are connected so as to be insertable and removable.
Then, in a normal use state, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), the stepped projections 122 of the one cylindrical body 13 are fitted into the locking holes 121 of the other cylindrical body 12, and both the cylindrical bodies 12 and 13 are The distal end portion 61 and the proximal end portion 62 of the main bone 6 mounted in the mounting ports 11 and 11 in a linear shape are held in a substantially linear shape and brought into a normal use state, for example, Damage to the main bone 6 is prevented by the stepped projections 122 of the two cylindrical bodies 12 and 13 coming out of the locking holes 121 and bending around the coupling body 14.
Also, by fitting the stepped projection 122 of the cylindrical body 13 again to the locking hole 121 of the other cylindrical body 12 from the bent state, the parent bone 6 returns to the original substantially straight line.
The outward reversing hinge 9 and the inward reversing hinge 10 shown in the present embodiment have an extremely simple structure, can be integrally formed, and can be provided inexpensively by mass production, and are durable It is also excellent in sex.
FIG. 8 shows the case of the double hinge structure in which the outside direction inversion hinge 9 and the inside direction inversion hinge 10 shown in the embodiment of FIG. 7 are connected.
FIG. 9 is a partially enlarged view of the stepped projection 122 used for the embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, and the one shown in FIG. 9 (a) has a flange-like stepped portion. Although what was shown in FIG.9 (b) showed what has a spherical-shaped step part, of course, it is an illustration and it is not restricted to these shapes.
In addition, FIGS. 10 (a) and 10 (b) show the outward reversing hinges 9 and the inward reversing hinges 10 according to the embodiments shown in FIGS. The distal end portion 61 and the proximal end portion 62 of the main bone 6 are integrally formed of the same material.
According to the present embodiment, since the main bone 6 of the umbrella can be integrally formed, the assembling operation is unnecessary, and the productivity, the strength and the durability are also advantageous.
The inward reversing hinge 10 and the outward reversing hinge 9 described here are one example, and if it is a reversible hinge that can be attached to the parent bone 6 and has a predetermined functional structure, a conventionally known hinge should be used. It goes without saying that you can
In addition, although the present embodiment has been described with respect to the non-folding umbrella, the present invention is also applied to the folding umbrella, in particular, to the structure in which the folding main bone 6 is fixed in the stretched state when opened. It is possible (not shown), and the action and effect of the present invention can be exhibited by practicing the present invention on the tip side of the folded structure of the parent bone 6.
FIG. 11 shows an embodiment of a preferred tip 601 for practicing the present invention, and the configuration of the entire umbrella is the same as that of the conventional general umbrella shown in FIG. The umbrella cloth 8 is stretched over a plurality of parent bones 6 pivotally attached to the outer periphery of the upper roller 3 disposed at the tip of the center shaft 4 equipped with the upper and lower cover 3 so as to be openable and closable. In the insertion hole 612 formed in the base end portion 611 of the tip 601 of the tip 61 rounded off the tip formed of a synthetic resin material having an appropriate elasticity, for example It is inserted and fixed.
Further, in the present embodiment, the main bone 6 is formed of a synthetic resin material such as glass fiber having appropriate elasticity and rigidity, for example, and formed at the tip end portion 621 of the base end portion 611 of the dew point 601. A pair of locking convex portions 622 and 622 for locking when the tip portion 621 is inserted into the fitting insertion hole 612 are vertically opposed to each other across the axis line, When the end portion 622 of the parent 6 is inserted into the wall surface of the fitting hole 612, the locking concave portions 613 and 613 formed of through holes into which the locking convex portions 622 and 622 respectively fit are peripheral walls of the dew point 601 It is formed to penetrate.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the locking convex portions 622 and 622 formed on the tip portion 621 of the parent bone 6 simply by inserting the tip portion 621 of the parent bone 6 into the insertion hole 612 of the dew point 601 As it is fitted and locked in the locking concave portions 613 and 613 formed in the fitting insertion hole 612, it is firmly fixed.
In particular, as shown in FIG. 12, in the present embodiment, in the locking projections 622 622 provided in the main bone 6 in the distal end direction, the inclined surface 6221 is formed forward and the base end is the vertical surface 6222. It is a triangular frustum that is formed and has a flat tip and is thin in the tip direction, and exerts an effect and effect that it is easy to enter into the locking concave portions 613 and 613 and difficult to be removed.
Further, in the present embodiment, since the locking convex portions 622 and 622 formed on the main bone 6 and the locking concave portions 613 and 613 of the dew point 601 are disposed opposite to each other at symmetrical positions across the axis, It can be securely fixed without rattling as in the conventional example of the structure of locking later in one place. Further, by adjusting the positions of the locking convex portion 622 of the main bone 6 and the locking concave portion 613 of the dew point 601 to provide a sufficient insertion margin, the main bone 6 is shaken with the portion of the locking convex portion 622 as a fulcrum. Since it does not move, it is possible to fix the tip portion 621 and the tip 601 more securely.
In addition, although the main bone 6 and the tip 601 are both formed of a synthetic resin having elasticity in the present embodiment, the main bone 6 is relatively hard because of the function of stretching the umbrella cloth 8. It is necessary that the tip 601 be able to insert the parent bone 6 and that the tip should not damage the body even if hit, and it is preferable to select one that is softer than the parent bone 6.
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the dew point 601 is formed of a thermoplastic resin, and a projecting piece 614 for fastening of the umbrella cloth 8 is integrally formed along the base end portion 611 by an integral molding. Although it has the advantage that the cloth 8 can be fixed by welding, as another embodiment, a seam hole can be formed in the projection 614 to correspond to the cloth umbrella cloth 8. (Not shown).
FIGS. 13 and 14 show different embodiments of the present invention, and a circular flange shape in which the locking convex portion 622 of the tip portion 621 formed on the main bone 6 is provided over the periphery at a predetermined position of the main bone 6. , And is formed by fixing one formed integrally or separately with the parent bone 6, and is engaged and locked in an annular locking recess 613 formed in the insertion hole 612 of the dew point 601, Since it fits over the entire circumference of the predetermined position of the parent bone 6, there is no fear that the tip 601 will come off even if force is applied to the parent bone 6 from any direction.
Furthermore, FIGS. 15 and 16 show different embodiments of the tip 601 and the tip portion 621 of the present invention, and the tip 601 is substantially the same as the embodiment shown in FIGS. 11 to 14 described above. There is, however, a difference in that the main bone 6 is metal having a cylindrical shape, and the locking convex portion 622 is disposed at a predetermined position of the tip portion 621 thereof.
The actions and effects of the present embodiment are substantially the same as those of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 11 to 14, and in particular, only by inserting the metallic main bone 6 whose effect of the adhesive is not sufficient, it is firmly fixed. It is useful because it can.
FIGS. 17 and 18 show still another embodiment of the tip 601 and tip 621 of the present invention, and the main bone 6 is made of a synthetic resin material having appropriate elasticity and rigidity such as glass fiber, for example. A locking convex portion 622 formed of a spherical bulging portion is formed in the tip portion 621 so as to protrude, and a plastic resin or hard rubber dew point 601 is a protrusion of an umbrella cloth at the base end portion 611. The piece 614 is formed to project by integral molding, and the main body is formed with a locking recess 613 for inserting, inserting and locking the tip portion 621 of the main bone 6 including the locking convex portion 622 of the main bone 6.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the locking recess 613 is a space 6131 having a length and a width such that the tip portion 621 of the main bone 6 having the locking convex portion 622 of the main bone 6 can move in the axial direction. The axial hole 6132 communicating with the base 6131 and communicating with the proximal end 611 of the dew point 601 and having a width wider than the diameter of the stem 6 of the main bone 6 and penetrating the proximal end 611 is narrower than the locking projection 622. An insertion groove 6133 which is formed and has substantially the same shape as the tip portion 621 of the main bone 6 is formed in communication with the space 6131 on the surface side.
In the present embodiment, an umbrella cloth (not shown) is fixed by welding or a thread to a projecting piece 614 of an umbrella cloth wearing that is provided protruding from the proximal end 611 of the dew point 601, and The tip portion 621 including the locking convex portion 622 of the main bone 6 is loosely fitted in the space portion 6131 by inserting and inserting into the insertion groove 6133, and the tip portion 621 of the main bone 6 is fitted in the axial hole 6132. At this time, since the dew point 601 is pulled to the base end side of the parent bone 6 by the tension of the umbrella cloth welded to the projecting piece 614 of the umbrella cloth wearing, the locking convex portion 622 is on the front end side of the space 6131 of the dew point 601 By moving, the position of the locking convex portion 622 moves from the insertion groove 6133 and is not pulled out, and the dew point 601 is fixed to the parent bone 6.
Further, in the present embodiment, the space 6131 is formed not only at the end of the locking recess 613 of the insertion groove 6133 but also on the base side, so that, for example, the locking protrusion is also obtained when the main bone 6 is reversed. 622 does not move out proximally. Furthermore, although the insertion groove 6133 is formed on the surface in the present embodiment, it is further difficult to be removed if formed on the side surface (not shown).
Incidentally, by intentionally aligning the position of the locking convex portion 622 with the insertion groove 6133, it is possible to easily remove from the main bone 6 the dew tip 601 integral with the projecting piece 614 on which the umbrella cloth 8 is welded or sewn. The cloth 8 can be easily removed.
