Abstract
Description

2)容量・誘導結合している線路が2つなので、従来の4つの信号線路が相互に容量・誘導結合している場合に比べて結合系インピーダンスの整合を取ることが比較的易しくなる。3)送受信回路が備える可変抵抗を用いて整合終端できるので信号の反射が起こらない。
4)遠端クロストークが信号を強めるので、通信の信頼性が向上する。
5)結合器の両端に常に(+)と(-)の信号が加わるので、コモン信号が変化せず、不要輻射(ノイズ)が小さくなる。

第2絶縁性基板上に設けられた一方の端部に入出力接続線が接続されるとともに他方の端部に接地線或いは前記一方の端部に接続された入出力接続線に入力される信号の反転信号が入力される入出力接続線のいずれかが接続された第2結合器を有する第2モジュールとを、
前記第1結合器と前記第2結合器とがその少なくとも一部が積層方向から見て投影的に重なって前記第1結合器と前記第2結合器の間に容量結合および誘導結合を用いて信号結合が生じるように前記第1モジュールと前記第2モジュールとを積層したことを特徴とする方向性結合式通信装置。 - 前記第1結合器に接続された入出力接続線と前記第2結合器に接続された入出力接続線との信号結合が前記第1結合器と前記第2結合器との間の信号結合より弱くなる状態で前記第1モジュールと前記第2モジュールとを積層したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方向性結合式通信装置。
- 前記第1のモジュール及び前記第2のモジュールの少なくとも一方が、前記入出力接続線に接続された送受信回路を備えた半導体集積回路装置を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方向性結合式通信装置。
- 前記半導体集積回路装置に備えられた前記送受信回路の入出力端子にインピーダンス整合回路が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方向性結合式通信装置。
- 前記第1結合器の他方の端部に接続されるのが入出力接続線であり、
