本発明では、図8乃至図10に示した取外治具100を使用して、図1乃至図4に示した感知器10を分解して感知器カバー12から感知器本体14を所謂ワンタッチ操作で取外すことを可能とする。

Claims (12)
- 一端に開口が形成された感知器カバー、及び、前記感知器カバーの内部に着脱自在に配置される感知器本体を備える感知器と、
前記感知器本体を前記感知器カバーから取外す取外治具と、
を備え、
前記感知器が、前記感知器カバーの前記内部に前記感知器本体を取付ける取付構造を備え、
前記取外治具が、前記感知器カバーの前記内部から前記感知器本体を取外す取外構造を備え、
前記取外構造では、前記取外治具を前記感知器カバーの前記開口から前記感知器本体に向けて押し込むことにより、前記感知器カバーの前記内部から前記感知器本体が取外される
ことを特徴とする感知器システム。 - 前記感知器の前記取付構造が、
前記感知器カバーの前記内部に設けられ、前記感知器カバーの前記開口に向けて延出する嵌合受け部材と、
前記感知器本体に設けられ、前記感知器本体を前記感知器カバーの前記内部の取付け位置に挿入した場合に前記嵌合受け部材に嵌合する嵌合爪部材と、
を備え、
前記取外治具の前記取外構造が、
前記嵌合受け部材と前記嵌合爪部材との嵌合状態を、前記嵌合受け部材と前記嵌合爪部材との間に押し込むことにより解除する取外爪部材
を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の感知器システム。 - 前記取外治具を押し込むことにより、前記感知器の前記取付構造による前記感知器カバーと前記感知器本体との取付けを解除した場合に、前記取外治具と前記感知器本体とを着脱自在に連結する連結構造
を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の感知器システム。 - 前記連結構造が、
前記感知器本体に設けられる連結爪部材と、
前記取外治具に設けられる連結受け部材と、
を備え、
前記取外治具を前記感知器本体に向けて押し込んだ場合に、前記連結爪部材を前記連結受け部材に嵌合して連結し、
前記連結爪部材と前記連結受け部材との連結状態を、前記感知器本体と前記取外治具とを相対回転して解除する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の感知器システム。 - 前記取外治具の前記連結受け部材が、先端側に逆L形、又はL形に延在した片持ち構造の連結受け部を備え、
前記取外治具を前記感知器本体に向けて押し込んだ場合に、前記連結爪部材を前記連結受け部に嵌合して連結し、
前記連結爪部材と前記連結受け部との連結状態を、前記感知器本体と前記取外治具とを相対回転して解除する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の感知器システム。 - 一端に開口が形成された感知器カバーと、
前記感知器カバーの内部に配置される感知器本体と、
前記感知器カバーの前記内部に前記感知器本体を着脱自在に取付ける取付構造と、
を備え、
前記感知器カバーの前記開口から前記内部に配置された前記感知器本体に向けて取外治具を押し込むことで、前記取付構造による取付けが解除される
ことを特徴とする感知器。 - 前記感知器の前記取付構造が、
前記感知器カバーの前記内部に設けられ、前記感知器カバーの前記開口に向けて延出する嵌合受け部材と、
前記感知器本体に設けられ、前記感知器本体を前記感知器カバーの前記内部の取付け位置に挿入した場合に前記嵌合受け部材に嵌合する嵌合爪部材と、
を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の感知器。 - 前記取外治具を押し込んで、前記取付構造による前記感知器カバーと前記感知器本体との取付けを解除した場合に、前記取外治具と前記感知器本体とを着脱自在に連結する連結構造
を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の感知器。 - 一端に開口が形成された感知器カバーと、前記感知器カバーの内部に配置される感知器本体と、前記感知器カバーの前記内部に前記感知器本体を着脱自在に取付ける取付構造と、を備える感知器を、前記取付構造による取付けを解除して、前記感知器カバーから取外す取外治具であって、
前記感知器カバーの前記開口から前記感知器本体に向けて押し込むことで、前記感知器の前記取付構造による取付けを解除して、前記感知器カバーから前記感知器本体を取外す取外爪部材を備える
ことを特徴とする取外治具。 - 前記取外爪部材により前記感知器カバーから前記感知器本体を取外した場合に、前記取外治具と前記感知器本体とを着脱自在に連結する連結構造を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の取外治具。 - 前記連結構造が連結受け部材を備え、
前記取外治具を前記感知器本体に向けて押し込んだ場合に、前記感知器本体に設けられた連結爪部材を前記連結受け部材に嵌合して連結し、
前記連結爪部材と前記連結受け部材との連結状態を、前記感知器本体と前記取外治具とを相対回転して解除する
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の取外治具。 - 前記取外治具の前記連結受け部材が、先端側に逆L形、又はL形に延在した片持ち構造の連結受け部を備え、
前記取外治具を前記感知器本体に向けて押し込んだ場合に、前記感知器本体の前記連結爪部材を前記連結受け部に嵌合して連結し、
前記連結爪部材と前記連結受け部との連結状態を、前記感知器本体と前記取外治具とを相対回転して解除する
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の取外治具。
