Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明にかかる工作機械の実施の形態の斜視図である。図2は、工作機械の上面図である。図3は、工作機械の側面図である。なお、図2、図3に関しては工作機械50の下部のみを図示している。工作機械50は、ベッド1、フレーム2、5、加工液タンク3、4を有し、図1はこれらを組み付けた状態を示している。ベッド1は、工作機械50の機械本体30を構成し、案内面を持つ台であり、例えば鋳造によって形成された鋳物である。ベッド1の上には、ベッド1とともに工作機械50の機械本体30を構成し、ワークを加工する加工機としての放電加工ユニット20が搭載される。放電加工ユニット20は、加工槽20a及びコラム20bを備えており、ベッド1の前寄りに位置する横部1a上には加工槽20aが搭載され、ベッド1の後寄りに位置する縦部1b上にはコラム20bが搭載される。なお、横部1a及び縦部1bへの加工槽20a及びコラム20bの配置は一例であり、これとは異なるレイアウトとすることも可能である。加工液タンク3、4は、放電加工ユニット20がワークを加工する際に用いる付随設備としてのユニットである。フレーム2、5は、加工液タンク3、4を搭載可能な搭載面15を有している。加工液タンク3、4は、伸縮可能な足8を有しており、フレーム2、5の上方に配置される。足8を伸縮させることにより、加工液タンク3、4は、フレーム2、5の上方で搭載面15と離間して自立する第1の状態と、搭載面15に載置される第2の状態とのいずれかの状態となる。

Claims (4)
- ベッドと、
前記ベッドに搭載されて、該ベッドとともに機械本体を構成する加工機と、
搭載面を有し、前記ベッドの側面に固定されるフレームと、
前記加工機が加工作業を行う際に使用され、前記フレームの上方で前記搭載面と離間して自立する第1の状態と、前記搭載面に載置される第2の状態とをとりうる付随設備と、
前記フレームの前記搭載面に載置された前記付随設備を前記フレームに固定する着脱可能な固定用部品とを備え、
前記加工機の運転時には、前記付随設備を前記第1の状態とし、かつ前記固定用部品を取り外し、
前記機械本体及び前記付随設備を移動させる際には、前記付随設備を前記第2の状態とし、かつ前記固定用部品を取り付けることを特徴とする工作機械。 - 前記フレームは、該フレームの下面が前記ベッドの下面よりも高い位置に配置されるように該ベッドに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記フレームは、前記ベッドに固定される側と反対側の中央近傍に、該フレームを構成する構造材が配置されない空間を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の工作機械。
- 前記フレームの傾きを調整するレベリング部品を前記フレームに着脱可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の工作機械。
