一施力部和第二施力部的作用是提供给拆装工具进行施力的部位, 使得拆装方便并且 提高拆装效率。 在一种优选的实施例中, 结合参见图 4至图 5, 第一施力部为用于插入第一拆卸 棒 100的径向第一施力孔 151a, 第二施力部为用于插入第二拆卸棒 300的径向第二施 力孔 17a。 此处径向第一施力孔 151a和径向第二施力孔 17a—般为圆孔, 也可以是方 孔、椭圆孔等, 只要便于与第一拆卸棒 100和第二拆卸棒 300配合施力即可。优选地, 径向第一施力孔 151a和径向第二施力孔 17a均为多个, 并且, 径向第一施力孔 151a 沿凸台 151的周向均匀分布, 径向第二施力孔 17a沿锁环 17的周向均匀分布。第一拆 卸棒 100和第二拆卸棒 300便于用手握持进行施力, 将轴套 15和锁环 17快速拧紧或 拆卸, 这样, 有效地提高了拆装效率。 在一种优选的实施例中, 如图 2所示, 通用定位组件还包括: 在通用定位支座 11 的第一侧上沿水平方向设置有托板 19, 其中, 托板 19位于定位板 13的下方。托板 19 上设有竖直定位孔 191, 竖直定位孔 191中可调节地穿设有柱形支撑件 193。通过调节 柱形支撑件 193在竖直定位孔 191中的位置, 就可以进行被定位工件的耳铰 3的竖直 方向的定位。从而有效解决了现有技术中竖直方向定位调整不方便、操作复杂的问题。 优选地, 竖直定位孔 191为螺纹通孔, 柱形支撑件 193外表面具有螺纹。 螺纹通 孔和柱形支撑件 193外表面的螺纹配合实现了柱形支撑件 193在竖直定位孔 191中位 置的调节, 同时螺纹配合可以很好的起到微调的效果。 优选地, 柱形支撑件 193为螺 栓或螺杆。 如图 2所示,本实施例的通用定位组件的定位板 13为一个; 竖直定位孔 191包括 两组, 分别对称地分布在定位板 13的两侧。 优选地, 每组竖直定位孔 191为多个。 这 样, 使得通用定位组件可以适应被定位工件的两个耳铰板之间距离的变化, 进一步扩 大了通用性的范围。 优选地, 每组竖直定位孔 191包括沿水平定位孔 131的轴向平行 设置的多排。使得本实施例的通用定位组件还可以同时适应被定位工件的长度的变化, 增强稳定性。 在另一种优选的实施例中, 如图 7所示, 与图 2中所示出的实施例的区别在于, 本实施例的通用定位组件包括: 两个定位板 13, 该两个定位板 13上分别设有轴套 15 和锁环, 并且, 两个轴套 15和锁环同轴设置。 在本实施例中, 轴套 15具有凸台 151 的端面作为定位面。 另外, 在一种未示出的实施例中, 与实施例二结构相似, 定位面 可以为锁环的端面。
在上述实施例的基础上再做出进一步的改进,优选地, 竖直定位孔 191包括一组, 分布在两个定位板 13之间。 优选地, 一组竖直定位孔 191为多个。 优选地, 一组竖直 定位孔 191包括沿水平定位孔 131的轴向平行设置的多排。 使得本实施例的通用定位 组件可以适应被定位工件的两个耳铰板之间距离的变化以及被定位工件的长度的变 化。 在另一种优选的实施例中, 如图 8所示, 托板 19呈折弯形, 包括: 沿水平方向设 置的第一托板 19a和从第一托板 19a向下倾斜延伸的第二托板 19b, 第二托板 19b上 设有多个竖直定位孔 191。优选地, 第一托板 19a上设有多个竖直定位孔 191。 该定位 装置可以适应两种形状 (参见图 3和图 8 ) 的被定位工件。 从而节约了成本。 本发明还提供了一种定位装置, 结合参见图 2、 图 3和图 7所示, 包括: 架体 1, 沿竖直方向布置, 该架体 1上安装有通用定位组件 10, 通用定位组件 10用于与被定 位工件的耳铰 3配合, 通用定位组件 10为上述通用定位组件。 优选地, 架体 1上具有多个第一安装孔 la, 通用定位组件 10的通用定位支座 11 上具有多个第二安装孔 11a; 架体 1通过第一安装孔 la形成有多个第一安装位置, 通 用定位支座 11通过第二安装孔 11a可拆卸地安装在第一安装位置上。该结构有利于定 位装置的通用性, 具体说, 当所需定位的工件的截面产生变化时, 只需要移动通用定 位支座 11在定位装置的架体 1上的位置即可,使定位装置具有一定的通用性。优选地, 第一安装孔 la的孔距大于第二安装孔 11a的孔距; 优选地, 第一安装孔 la的孔距为 第二安装孔 11a的孔距的整数倍。第一安装孔 la的孔距和第二安装孔 11a的孔距设计 有利于通用定位支座 11在架体 1上位置的微调。 为了进一步便于微调, 优选地, 第二 安装孔 11a包括多排平行设置的第二通孔。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种通用定位组件, 其特征在于, 包括:
通用定位支座 (11);
定位板(13), 沿竖直方向设置在所述通用定位支座(11) 的第一侧, 所述 定位板 (13) 上设有水平定位孔 (131);
轴套 (15), 穿设在所述水平定位孔 (131) 中, 所述轴套 (15) 的第一端 具有凸台 (151);
锁环 (17), 与所述轴套 (15) 的第二端可拆卸地连接;
定位销 (30), 穿设在所述轴套 (15) 的内孔中。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的通用定位组件, 其特征在于, 所述轴套 (15) 的内孔的 两端均具有内止口 (153a、 153b)。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的通用定位组件, 其特征在于, 所述轴套 (15) 的第二端 具有外螺纹,所述锁环(17)具有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹; 所述凸台(151) 的外侧面沿周向设有第一施力部, 所述锁环 (17) 的外侧面沿周向设有第二施 力部。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的通用定位组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一施力部为用于插 入第一拆卸棒的径向第一施力孔(151a),所述第二施力部为用于插入第二拆卸 棒的径向第二施力孔 (17a)。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的通用定位组件,其特征在于,所述径向第一施力孔( 151a) 和径向第二施力孔(17a)均为多个, 并且, 所述径向第一施力孔(151a)沿所 述凸台 (151) 的周向均匀分布, 所述径向第二施力孔(17a)沿所述锁环 (17) 的周向均匀分布。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的通用定位组件, 其特征在于, 还包括: 托板(19), 沿水 平方向设置在所述通用定位支座 (11) 的第一侧, 并位于所述定位板 (13) 的 下方, 所述托板(19)上设有竖直定位孔(191), 所述竖直定位孔(191) 中可 调节地穿设有柱形支撑件 (193)。
根据权利要求 6所述的通用定位组件, 其特征在于, 所述竖直定位孔(191)为 螺纹通孔, 所述柱形支撑件 (193) 外表面具有螺纹。
8. 根据权利要求 1至 7中任一项所述的通用定位组件, 其特征在于, 所述定位板
(13)为一个; 所述竖直定位孔(191)包括两组, 分别对称地分布在所述定位 板 (13) 的两侧。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的通用定位组件,其特征在于,每组所述竖直定位孔(191) 为多个。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的通用定位组件,其特征在于,每组所述竖直定位孔(191) 包括沿所述水平定位孔 (131) 的轴向平行设置的多排。
11. 根据权利要求 1所述的通用定位组件, 其特征在于, 所述定位板(13)为两个, 两个所述定位板(13)上分别设有所述轴套 (15)和锁环 (17), 并且, 两个所 述轴套 (15) 和锁环 (17) 同轴设置。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的通用定位组件, 其特征在于, 所述竖直定位孔 (191) 包括一组, 分布在两个所述定位板 (13) 之间。
13. 根据权利要求 12所述的通用定位组件,其特征在于,一组所述竖直定位孔( 191 ) 为多个。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的通用定位组件,其特征在于,一组所述竖直定位孔(191) 包括沿所述水平定位孔 (131) 的轴向平行设置的多排。
15. 根据权利要求 6所述的通用定位组件, 其特征在于, 所述托板(19)呈折弯形, 包括: 沿水平方向设置的第一托板 (19a) 和从所述第一托板 (19a) 向下倾斜 延伸的第二托板(19b),所述第二托板(19b)上设有多个所述竖直定位孔(191)。
16. 根据权利要求 15所述的通用定位组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一托板 (19a) 上 设有多个所述竖直定位孔 (191)。
17. 一种定位装置, 包括: 架体 (1), 沿竖直方向布置 , 其特征在于, 所述定位装 置还包括:
通用定位组件 (10), 安装在所述架体 (1) 上, 所述通用定位组件为权利 要求 1至 16中任一项所述的通用定位组件。
18. 根据权利要求 17所述的定位装置, 其特征在于, 所述架体 (1 ) 上具有多个第 一安装孔(la), 所述通用定位组件(10) 的通用定位支座 (11 )上具有多个第 二安装孔; 架体(1 )通过所述第一安装孔(la)形成有多个第一安装位置, 所 述通用定位支座(11 )通过第二安装孔(11a)可拆卸地安装在所述第一安装位 置上。
19. 根据权利要求 18所述的定位装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一安装孔(la) 的孔距 大于所述第二安装孔(11a) 的孔距; 并且, 所述第一安装孔(la) 的孔距为所 述第二安装孔 (11a) 的孔距的整数倍。
20. 根据权利要求 19所述的定位装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二安装孔 (11a) 包括 多排平行设置的第二通孔。
