Abstract
Description
(i)無枠式鋳型造型機は、
(a)第1取付面をもつ第1ダイベースと第2取付面をもつ第2ダイベースと、
(b)第1ダイベースに設けられ第1金型を第1取付面に固定させるクランプ位置およびクランプを解除させて第1金型を第1取付面から離間させるアンクランプ位置に切り替え可能な第1クランプ要素と、
(c)第2ダイベースに設けられ第2金型を第2取付面に固定させるクランプ位置およびクランプを解除させて第2金型を第2取付面から離間させるアンクランプ位置に切り替え可能な第2クランプ要素とを具備し、
(ii)金型搬入装置は、
(a)第1ダイベースの第1取付面に向けて金型搬入方向に沿ってスライド可能に設けられ、第1金型を離脱可能に支持し且つ第1金型を高さ方向において位置決めさせる第1位置決め部をもつ第1可動プレートと、
(b)待機位置において第1可動プレートに対面して配置され、第2ダイベースの第2取付面に向けて金型搬入方向に沿って且つ第1可動プレートに対して独立してスライド可能に設けられ、第2金型を離脱可能に支持し且つ第2金型を高さ方向において位置決めさせる第2位置決め部をもつ第2可動プレートと、
(c)第1位置決め部で高さ方向に位置決めされた第1金型を第1可動プレートから離脱させて第1ダイベースの第1取付面に向けて金型搬入方向に沿って移動させて第1クランプ要素に支持させ、且つ、第2位置決め部で高さ方向に位置決めされた第2金型を第2ダイベースの第2取付面に向けて第1金型に対して独立して金型搬入方向に沿って移動させて第2クランプ要素に支持させる金型駆動源と、
(d)第1可動プレートおよび第2可動プレートのうちの少なくとも一方を他方に対して独立させて金型挿入方向と交差する方向に移動させる交差駆動源とを具備する。
(i)無枠式鋳型造型機は、
(a)第1取付面をもつ第1ダイベースと第2取付面をもつ第2ダイベースと、
(b)第1ダイベースに設けられ第1金型を第1取付面に固定させるクランプ位置CAおよびクランプを解除させて第1金型を第1取付面から離間させるアンクランプ位置CBに切り替え可能な第1クランプ要素と、
(c)第2ダイベースに設けられ第2金型を第2取付面に固定させるクランプ位置CAおよびクランプを解除させて第2金型を第2取付面から離間させるアンクランプ位置CBに切り替え可能な第2クランプ要素とを具備し、
(ii)金型搬入装置は、
(a)第1ダイベースの第1取付面に向けて金型搬入方向に沿ってスライド可能に設けられ、第1金型を離脱可能に支持し且つ第1金型を高さ方向において位置決めさせる第1位置決め部をもつ第1可動プレートと、
(b)待機位置において第1可動プレートに対面して配置され、第2ダイベースの第2取付面に向けて金型搬入方向に沿って且つ第1可動プレートに対して独立してスライド可能に設けられ、第2金型を離脱可能に支持し且つ第2金型を高さ方向において位置決めさせる第2位置決め部をもつ第2可動プレートと、
(c)第1位置決め部で高さ方向に位置決めされた第1金型を第1可動プレートから離脱させて第1ダイベースの第1取付面に向けて金型搬入方向に沿って移動させて第1クランプ要素に支持させ、且つ、第2位置決め部で高さ方向に位置決めされた第2金型を第2ダイベースの第2取付面に向けて第1金型に対して独立して金型搬入方向に沿って移動させて第2クランプ要素に支持させる金型駆動源と、
(d)第1可動プレートおよび第2可動プレートのうちの少なくとも一方を他方に対して独立させて金型挿入方向と交差する方向に移動させる交差駆動源とを具備する。
本発明の実施形態について図面を参照しつつ示す。平面視である図1において、金型交換装置は、鋳物砂で形成された無枠式の鋳型(以下、鋳型ともいう)を造型可能な第1金型11fおよび第2金型11sを搭載する無枠式鋳型造型機1と、造型機1を介して金型挿入方向(矢印X1方向)において互いに対向する金型搬入装置2および金型搬出装置5とを有する。金型搬入装置2は金型11f,11sを矢印X1方向に移動させて造型機1に搬入させるものである。金型搬出装置5は造型機1から矢印X4方向に搬出された金型を受けるものである。
なお、第1ダイベース12fは第2ダイベース12sと対向するものの、基本的には共通構造をもつ。第1ダイベース12fの第1クランプ要素14fは第2ダイベース12sの第2クランプ要素14sと対向するものの、基本的には共通構造をもつ。
上記したように旧第1金型11fpを金型搬出装置5に搬出すると共に、新しい第1金型11fを第1ダイベース12fに取り付けて交換することができる。
上記した本実施形態によれば、まず、第1金型11fを第1ダイベース12fに取り付けた後、第2金型11sを第2ダイベース12sに取り付けることにしているが、逆にしても良い。本発明は上記した実施形態のみに限定されるものではなく、要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において適宜変更して実施できるものである。例えば、流体圧を利用するシリンダ装置に代えて、モータ装置としても良い。
Claims (4)
- 無枠式鋳型を造型可能な第1金型および第2金型を搭載可能な無枠式鋳型造型機と、前記無枠式鋳型造型機を介して互いに対向して設けられた金型搬入装置および金型搬出装置とを具備する無枠式鋳型造型機における金型交換装置であって、
(i)前記無枠式鋳型造型機は、
(a)第1取付面をもつ第1ダイベースと第2取付面をもつ第2ダイベースと、
(b)前記第1ダイベースに設けられ前記第1金型を前記第1取付面に固定させるクランプ位置およびクランプを解除させて前記第1金型を前記第1取付面から離間させるアンクランプ位置に切り替え可能な第1クランプ要素と、
(c)前記第2ダイベースに設けられ前記第2金型を前記第2取付面に固定させるクランプ位置およびクランプを解除させて前記第2金型を前記第2取付面から離間させるアンクランプ位置に切り替え可能な第2クランプ要素とを具備し、
(ii)前記金型搬入装置は、
(a)前記第1ダイベースの前記第1取付面に向けて金型搬入方向に沿ってスライド可能に設けられ、前記第1金型を離脱可能に支持し且つ前記第1金型を高さ方向において位置決めさせる第1位置決め部をもつ第1可動プレートと、
(b)待機位置において前記第1可動プレートに対面して配置され、前記第2ダイベースの前記第2取付面に向けて前記金型搬入方向に沿って且つ前記第1可動プレートに対して独立してスライド可能に設けられ、前記第2金型を離脱可能に支持し且つ前記第2金型を高さ方向において位置決めさせる第2位置決め部をもつ第2可動プレートと、
(c)前記第1位置決め部で高さ方向に位置決めされた前記第1金型を前記第1可動プレートから離脱させて前記第1ダイベースの前記第1取付面に向けて金型搬入方向に沿って移動させて前記第1クランプ要素に支持させ、且つ、前記第2位置決め部で高さ方向に位置決めされた前記第2金型を前記第2ダイベースの前記第2取付面に向けて前記第1金型に対して独立して金型搬入方向に沿って移動させて第2クランプ要素に支持させる金型駆動源と、
(d)前記第1可動プレートおよび前記第2可動プレートのうちの少なくとも一方を他方に対して独立させて前記金型挿入方向と交差する方向に移動させる交差駆動源とを具備する無枠式鋳型造型機における金型交換装置。 - 請求項1において、前記金型搬入装置は、固定フレームと、前記固定フレームに前記金型搬入方向に沿ってスライド可能に設けられた前記第1可動フレームおよび前記第2可動フレームと、前記固定フレームに設けられ前記第1可動フレームを前記第2可動フレームに対して独立させて前記金型搬入方向に沿ってスライドさせる第1スライド駆動源と、前記固定フレームに設けられ前記第2可動フレームを前記第1可動フレームに対して独立させて金型搬入方向に沿ってスライドさせる前記第2スライド駆動源とを具備する無枠式鋳型造型機における金型交換装置。
- 請求項1または2において、前記第1クランプ要素は、
前記第1ダイベースに設けられ前記第1金型を前記第1取付面に固定させるクランプ位置およびクランプを解除させて前記第1金型を前記第1取付面から離間させるアンクランプ位置に切り替え可能な第1クランプ部材と、前記第1クランプ部材に設けられ前記第1金型の背面に設けた第1係合部を前記金型挿入方向に沿って案内させる第1案内溝と、前記第1クランプ部材をクランプ位置およびアンクランプ位置に切り替える第1クランプ駆動源とを具備しており、
前記第2クランプ要素は、
前記第2ダイベースに設けられ第2金型を前記第2取付面に固定させるクランプ位置およびクランプを解除させて前記第2金型を前記第2取付面から離間させるアンクランプ位置に切り替え可能な第2クランプ部材と、前記第2クランプ部材に設けられ前記第2金型の背面に設けた第2係合部を前記金型挿入方向に沿って案内させる第2案内溝と、前記第2クランプ部材をクランプ位置およびアンクランプ位置に切り替える第2クランプ駆動源とを具備する無枠式鋳型造型機における金型交換装置。 - 無枠式鋳型を造型可能な第1金型および第2金型を搭載可能な無枠式鋳型造型機に前記第1金型および前記第2金型を挿入させる金型搬入装置であって、
(i)前記無枠式鋳型造型機は、
(a)第1取付面をもつ第1ダイベースと第2取付面をもつ第2ダイベースと、
(b)前記第1ダイベースに設けられ前記第1金型を前記第1取付面に固定させるクランプ位置およびクランプを解除させて前記第1金型を前記第1取付面から離間させるアンクランプ位置に切り替え可能な第1クランプ要素と、
(c)前記第2ダイベースに設けられ前記第2金型を前記第2取付面に固定させるクランプ位置およびクランプを解除させて前記第2金型を前記第2取付面から離間させるアンクランプ位置に切り替え可能な第2クランプ要素とを具備し、
(ii)前記金型搬入装置は、
(a)前記第1ダイベースの前記第1取付面に向けて前記金型搬入方向に沿ってスライド可能に設けられ、前記第1金型を離脱可能に支持し且つ前記第1金型を高さ方向において位置決めさせる第1位置決め部をもつ第1可動プレートと、
(b)待機位置において前記第1可動プレートに対面して配置され、前記第2ダイベースの前記第2取付面に向けて前記金型搬入方向に沿って且つ前記第1可動プレートに対して独立してスライド可能に設けられ、前記第2金型を離脱可能に支持し且つ前記第2金型を高さ方向において位置決めさせる第2位置決め部をもつ第2可動プレートと、
(c)前記第1位置決め部で高さ方向に位置決めされた前記第1金型を前記第1可動プレートから離脱させて前記第1ダイベースの前記第1取付面に向けて金型搬入方向に沿って移動させて前記第1クランプ要素に支持させ、且つ、前記第2位置決め部で高さ方向に位置決めされた前記第2金型を前記第2ダイベースの前記第2取付面に向けて前記第1金型に対して独立して金型搬入方向に沿って移動させて第2クランプ要素に支持させる金型駆動源と、
(d)前記第1可動プレートおよび前記第2可動プレートのうちの少なくとも一方を他方に対して独立させて金型挿入方向と交差する方向に移動させる交差駆動源とを具備する無枠式鋳型造型機における金型搬入装置。
