Abstract
Description
一局面に従うロック付開閉装置は、ハウジングに対して往復移動可能な引分け式の一対の引戸と、一対の引戸にそれぞれ取付けられた一対の開閉駆動機構と、一対の開閉駆動機構を駆動させる引戸のアクチュエータと、アクチュエータの駆動力が入力される入力部と、入力部に入力された駆動力を出力可能な第1出力部および第2出力部と、を有する1入力2出力機構と、ハウジングに設けられ、第1出力部および第2出力部からの出力に応じて、一対の引戸における各引戸に固定されたロック部材の移動をそれぞれ拘束することにより一対の引戸の動作を固定するロック機構と、一対の引戸の全閉位置における状態で、外部信号に基づいてロック機構のロック解除状態からロック状態への切換を規制するロック規制機構と、を備えるものである。
つまり、単一のアクチュエータで引戸の開閉及び閉鎖ロックを行うことができ、ロック機構により引戸は機械的にロックされるので、走行中に不用意に引戸が開くことも無く、安全性も損なわれない。
さらに、引戸が全閉状態になっても自動的にロックせず、外部信号に応じて、全閉状態の引戸をロックするタイミングを操作することができるので、引戸がロック状態になるまでは引戸をこじ開けることができ、バッグなどの荷物を容易に引き抜くこともできる。
ロック付開閉装置において、1入力2出力機構は、遊星歯車機構からなり、ロック規制機構は、外部信号により駆動するロック規制駆動部を備え、ロック規制駆動部は、一対の引戸の全閉位置における状態で、遊星歯車機構からロック機構への動力分配を制限するロック規制駆動力伝達機構を備える。
ロック付開閉装置において、ロック規制駆動力伝達機構は、遊星歯車機構の遊星歯車キャリアと連結され、遊星歯車機構の開口幅方向に延びる連結部と、ロック規制駆動部によって駆動され、連結部と係合可能なロック規制プレート部と、を含み、ロック規制駆動部は、遊星歯車機構の開口幅方向に配設されてもよい。
ロック付開閉装置において、ロック規制駆動力伝達機構およびロック規制駆動部は、一体に設けられてもよい。
ロック付開閉装置において、ロック規制プレート部は、一端部に引戸の開閉方向と直交する水平方向の軸を有し、当該軸を中心に回動可能に設けられ、他端部に引戸の開閉方向に直交する水平方向に中心を持つ円柱状部を備え、ロック規制駆動力伝達機構の連結部は、一端部に遊星歯車キャリアと連結され、他端部に、ロック規制プレート部の円柱状部と当接する爪部を備え、爪部は円柱状部の回動方向の移動を阻止する形状からなってもよい。
外部信号は、ロック付開閉装置が設けられる車両の速度に連動して車両より出力される速度信号であってもよい。
ロック規制機構は、外部信号にかえ、引戸が全閉してから所定時間経過するまで、ロック解除状態からロック状態への切換を規制するものであってもよい。

まず、図1はロック付開閉装置100を鉄道車両用開閉扉500に設置した一例を示す模式的正面図である。
図1に示す車両用開閉扉500は、鉄道車両等の車両の側壁に形成された開口部を開閉可能な扉として構成されている。車両用開閉扉500は、引分け式の左右一対の引戸901,902を備えている。一対の引戸901,902は、開口部の上方に水平に設置されたガイドレール910に沿って往復移動可能に設けられている。
以下、ロック付開閉装置100について詳細に説明する。図2はロック解除状態のロック付開閉装置100の構成を示す模式的正面図であり、図3は遊星歯車機構300およびラックピニオン機構280の伝達方式を説明するための模式的説明図である。
ラック271,272は、長手方向を水平(図1のガイドレール910と平行)に向けて配置されるとともに、当該長手方向(水平方向)に摺動可能となるよう、スライド支持部208(図1参照)によって支持されている。
なお、ラックピニオン機構280は、1つのピニオン290に対して複数のラック271,272を係合させているので、左右の引戸901,902同士を連結した状態にし、引戸901,902の対称的な開閉を実現する役割を果たす。
また、制御部800は、DCS(ドアクローズスイッチ)検知部810からの信号に基づいて、または電動モータ301からの信号に基づいて、当該電動モータ301の制御を行う。当該制御部800の詳細動作については、後述する。
次いで、ロック機構600について説明を行う。図4および図5は、ロック機構600の一例を説明するための模式図である。
さらに、遊星歯車機構300のキャリア340の上端部には、係止用軸390が設けられおり、当該係止用軸390は、後述するロック規制機構700の第2伝達部材750と係止されている。
次に、ロック規制機構700について説明を行う。図6および図7は、ロック規制機構700の一例を説明するための模式図である。
なお、作動時間させる時間が短いため、省エネを考慮してソレノイド710としては通電時作動型としたが、停電時作動型であっても、構わない。
次に、図を用いてロック付開閉装置100の制御部800の動作について説明する。図8は制御部800の動作の一例を説明するためのフローチャートである。
この場合、電動モータ301からサンギア310、インターナルギア330、からラックピニオン機構280へ動力が伝わり、引戸901,902が閉方向に移動する。
なお、本実施例では閉動作指示を受けてからロック規制機構700をオンにしたが、これに限られず、開動作開始後から引戸(ドア)901,902が全閉位置に至るまでの間のいずれかのタイミングでオンするようにしてもよい。
この時点では、ロック規制機構700はオンであるため、引戸901,902は閉鎖状態にあるが、ロック機構600によりロックされていない状態である。
従って、電動モータ301により閉方向に付勢することで、不用意に引戸901,902が開かないようにすることができる。
なお、この間に、引戸901,902に鞄の紐等が挟まれて引き抜くために開かれたときは、DCS信号がOFFとなるため、閉動作が行なわれる(ステップ3)
図9は、図8に示した制御部800の動作の他の例を説明するためのフローチャートである。
この時点では、ロック規制機構700はオンであるため、引戸901,902は閉鎖状態にあるが、ロック機構600によりロックされていない状態である。
従って、電動モータ301により閉方向に付勢することで、不用意に引戸901,902が開かないようにすることができる。
なお、この間に、引戸901,902に鞄の紐等が挟まれて引き抜くために開かれたときは、DCS信号がOFFとなるため、閉動作が行なわれる(ステップ3)。
この場合、引戸901,902がロック状態になる時間を画一化することができる。さらに、制御部800に内蔵されたタイマーを用いる場合、車両側から信号線を別途、艤装する必要が無いので、艤装が容易となる。
また、ロック付開閉装置100に隣接配置された外部タイマーを用いる場合であっても、配線が短いため容易に信号を受信することができる。
Claims (7)
- ハウジングに対して往復移動可能な引分け式の一対の引戸と、
前記一対の引戸にそれぞれ取付けられた一対の開閉駆動機構と、
前記一対の開閉駆動機構を駆動させる引戸のアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータの駆動力が入力される入力部と、前記入力部に入力された駆動力を出力可能な第1出力部および第2出力部と、を有する1入力2出力機構と、
前記ハウジングに設けられ、前記第1出力部および前記第2出力部からの出力に応じて、前記一対の引戸における各引戸に固定されたロック部材の移動をそれぞれ拘束することにより前記一対の引戸の動作を固定するロック機構と、
前記一対の引戸の全閉位置における状態で、外部信号に基づいてロック機構のロック解除状態からロック状態への切り換えを規制するロック規制機構と、を備えること特徴とするロック付開閉装置。 - 前記1入力2出力機構は、遊星歯車機構からなり、
前記ロック規制機構は、外部信号により駆動するロック規制駆動部を備え、
前記ロック規制駆動部は、前記一対の引戸の全閉位置における状態で、前記遊星歯車機構から前記ロック機構への動力分配を制限するロック規制駆動力伝達機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のロック付開閉装置。 - 前記ロック規制駆動力伝達機構は、
前記遊星歯車機構の遊星歯車キャリアと連結され、前記遊星歯車機構の開口幅方向に延びる連結部と、
前記ロック規制駆動部によって駆動され、前記連結部と係合可能なロック規制プレート部と、を含み、
前記ロック規制駆動部は、前記遊星歯車機構の開口幅方向に配設されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のロック付開閉装置。 - 前記ロック規制駆動力伝達機構および前記ロック規制駆動部は、一体に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項3記載のロック付開閉装置。
- 前記ロック規制プレート部は、一端部に前記引戸の開閉方向と直交する水平方向の軸を有し、当該軸を中心に回動可能に設けられ、他端部に前記引戸の開閉方向に直交する水平方向に中心を持つ円柱状部を備え、
前記ロック規制駆動力伝達機構の連結部は、一端部に遊星歯車キャリアと連結され、他端部に、前記ロック規制プレート部の円柱状部と当接する爪部を備え、
前記爪部は、前記円柱状部の前記回動方向の移動を阻止する形状からなることを特徴とする請求項4記載のロック付開閉装置。 - 前記外部信号は、前記ロック付開閉装置が設けられる車両の速度に連動して前記車両より出力される速度信号であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のロック付開閉装置。
- 前記ロック規制機構は、外部信号にかえ、引戸が全閉してから所定時間経過するまで前記ロック解除状態から前記ロック状態への切換を規制すること特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のロック付開閉装置。
