미용을 중시하는 현대사회에서 유전적 또는 환경적 탈모로 심각한 정신적 고통을 겪고 있는 남성 또는 여성들을 치료하고 발모를 촉진하기 위한 다양한 연구가 전세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다.

이와 같이 최근 탈모방지제 및 발모제에 대한 연구가 심화되어 여러 가지 제품이 개발되고 있으나 효능이 우수하고 안전한 탈모방지제는 미진한 실정이다. 현재 개발된 관련제품으로는 서구 중심의 미녹시딜, 프로페시아 발모의약품과 일본을 중심으로 한 한약추출물이 함유된 육모제 등이 있으나 그 효능 면에서 탈모 방지 및 모발 성장을 해결하기에는 아직 이른 실정이다.
한편, 두발의 스타일링을 부가하기 위하여 사용되는 헤어젤, 무스, 스프레이, 헤어토닉 등은 대부분 화학제품들이므로 이를 장기간 사용하는 경우 피부자극, 탈모 등이 발생하는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 본 발명의 해결하려는 과제는 피부자극 및 탈모를 방지하면서 스타일링 기능을 극대화시킬 수 있는 헤어 스타일링 기능이 우수한 탈모방지 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 헤어토닉을 제공하는 것이다.
상술한 과제를 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 a) 용제, b) 살리실산, 초산토코페롤, 니코틴산아미드, DL-판테놀 및 L-멘톨로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 제1성분 및 c) 폴리비닐카프롤락탐, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 및 4급화 폴리비닐이미다졸로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 제2성분을 포함하는 헤어 스타일링 기능이 우수한 탈모방지 조성물을 제공한다.
본 발명의 바람직한 일실시예에 따르면, 상기 용제는 알콜일 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 다른 일실시예에 따르면, 상기 제1성분은 살리실산, 초산토코페롤, 니코틴산아미드로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상의 성분이고, 제2성분은 폴리비닐피롤리돈일 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 또 다른 일실시예에 따르면, 전체 탈모방지 조성물에 대하여 살리실산 0.1 ~ 3중량%, 초산토코페롤 0.1 ~ 5 중량%, 니코틴산 아미드 0.1 ~ 3 중량% 및 폴리비닐피롤리돈 0.1 ~ 1 중량%를 유효성성분으로 포함일 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 또 다른 일실시예에 따르면, 전체 탈모방지 조성물에 대하여 실리실산 0.1 ~ 3중량%, 초산토코페롤 0.1 ~ 5 중량%, 니코틴산 아미드 0.1 ~ 3 중량%, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 0.5 ~ 5 중량%, 에탄올 8 ~ 20 중량%, 폴리옥시에틸렌 하이드로제 네이티드캐스터오일 0.3 ~ 0.5 중량%, 고삼추출물 0.2 ~ 0.4중량%, 작약추출물 0.2 ~ 0.4중량% 및 잔량의 정제수로 이루어질 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 또 다른 일실시예에 따르면, 전체 탈모방지 조성물에 대하여, 실리실산 0.1 ~ 3중량%, 초산토코페롤 0.1 ~ 5 중량%, 니코틴산 아미드 0.1 ~ 3 중량%, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 0.5 ~ 5 중량%, 에탄올 8 ~ 20 중량%, 폴리옥시에틸렌 하이드로제 네이티드캐스터오일 0.3 ~ 0.5 중량%, 고삼추출물 0.2 ~ 0.4중량%, 작약추출물 0.2 ~ 0.4중량% 및 잔량의 정제수로 이루어지며 상기 고삼 및 작약은 에탄올, 1.3 부틸렌글리콜, 정제수 또는 이들의 혼합액으로 추출하여 얻을 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 또 다른 일실시예에 따르면, 상기 탈모방지 조성물은 고삼추출물, 작약추출물, 인삼추출물, 검은콩추출물, 녹차추출물 및 당귀추출물 로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 컨디셔닝제를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 또 다른 일실시예에 따르면, 전체 탈모방지 조성물에 대하여 컨디셔닝제 0.1 ~ 20 중량%를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 또 다른 일실시예에 따르면, 상술한 본 발명의 탈모방지 조성물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 헤어토닉을 제공한다.
본 발명의 탈모방지 조성물은 헤어 스타일링 기능이 우수하면서도 피부에 자극을 주지않고, 탈모방지 및 양모효과를 극대화할 수 있다. 그 뿐 아니라 두피의 부스럼 및 비듬을 예방할 수 있으며 모발에 영양공급, 윤기부여, 모발손상 방지 및 모발의 부드러움을 부여할 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명을 보다 상세히 설명한다.
상술한 바와 같이 종래의 두발의 스타일링을 부가하기 위하여 사용되는 헤어젤, 무스, 스프레이, 헤어토닉 등은 대부분 화학제품들이므로 이를 장기간 사용하는 경우 피부자극, 탈모 등이 발생하는 문제가 있었다.
이에 본 발명에서는 a) 용제, b) 살리실산, 초산토코페롤, 니코틴산아미드, DL-판테놀 및 L-멘톨로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 제1성분 및 c) 폴리비닐카프롤락탐, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 및 4급화 폴리비닐이미다졸로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 제2성분을 포함하는 헤어 스타일링 기능이 우수한 탈모방지 조성물을 제공하여 스타일링 기능이 우수하면서도 동시에 탈모를 방지할 수 있는 탈모방지 조성물을 제공한다.
본 발명의 바람직한 일구현예에 따르면, 상기 용제는 통상적으로 탈모방지 조성물 및/또는 헤어 스타일링제에서 사용되는 종류의 것이면 제한없이 사용될 수 있지만 바람직하게는 알콜을 사용할 수 있고, 보다 바람직하게는 에탄올을 사용할 수 있으나 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 또한 상기 용제의 첨가량 역시 전체 조성물에서 5 ~ 20중량%가 포함될 수 있으나 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며 당업자가 적절하게 조절할 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 일구현예에 따르면, 상기 제1성분은 살리실산, 초산토코페롤, 니코틴산아미드, DL-판테놀 및 L-멘톨로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 탈모방지 성분일 수 있다. 한편, 본 발명에 사용되는 제1성분은 상술한 5개 성분 중 어느 하나를 포함하며, 만일 탈모방지성분이라 하더라도 다른 종류의 탈모방지 성분(아연피치리온, 쿠퍼펩타이드, 카페인, 비오틴 등)을 포함하는 경우에는 스타일링 기능이 현저하게 저하될 수 있다(표 4 참조).
나아가, 본 발명에서 사용될 수 있는 제1성분은 바람직하게는 살리실산, 초산토코페롤, 니코틴산아미드로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상의 성분을 선택하거나, 보다 바람직하게는 살리실산, 초산토코페롤, 니코틴산아미드를 혼합하여 사용하는 것이 스타일링 기능향상 및 탈모방지에 효과적이다(표 4 참조).
한편, 바람직하게는 전체 탈모방지 조성물에 대하여 살리실산 0.1 ~ 3중량%, 초산토코페롤 0.1 ~ 5 중량%, 니코틴산 아미드 0.1 ~ 3 중량%를 유효성분으로 포함할 수 있으며, 보다 바람직하게는 살리실산 0.4 ~ 0.6중량%, 초산토코페롤 1 ~ 3중량% 및 니코틴산 아미드 0.2 ~ 0.5 중량%를 포함할 수 있다. 만일 살리실산, 초산토코페롤 및 니코틴아미드 성분의 함량이 상기 범위를 벗어나면 스타일링 기능이 저하될 수 있다(표 4 참조).
본 발명의 바람직한 일구현예에 따르면, 상기 제2성분으로서 폴리비닐카프롤락탐, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 및 4급화 폴리비닐이미다졸로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 성분을 헤어 스타일링 성분으로 사용할 수 있으나, 바람직하게는 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 사용하는 것이 모발보호 및 탈모방지에 가장 효과적이다(표 4 참조). 이 경우 상기 제2성분은 전체 탈모방지 조성물에 대하여 0.1 ~ 1 중량%를 유효성분으로 포함될 수 있으며 보다 바람직하게는 0.4 ~ 0.7 중량%를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 또 다른 일실시예에 따르면, 상기 탈모방지 조성물은 고삼추출물, 작약추출물, 인삼추출물, 검은콩추출물, 녹차추출물 및 당귀추출물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 컨디셔닝제를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 또 다른 일실시예에 따르면, 전체 조성물에 대하여 컨디셔닝제 0.3 ~ 10 중량%가 더 포함될 수 있으며, 보다 바람직하게는 0.3 ~ 3중량%를 포함할 수 있다.
또한 본 발명의 탈모방지 조성물은 통상의 헤어 스타일링제에 사용되는 pH 조절제, 보습제, 향, 색소, 방부제, 용해보조제 및 자외선 차단제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종이상의 성분을 더욱 포함할 수 있으며, 상술한 용제, 제1성분, 제2성분, 컨디셔닝제 및/또는 기타성분을 제외한 나머지 잔량은 물(정제수)일 수 있다. 예를 들어 용제 20중량%, 제1성분 3중량%, 제2성분 1중량%, 컨디셔닝제 3중량%, 첨가제 1중량%를 포함하는 경우 나머지 72중량%는 정제수일 수 있는 것이다.
본 발명의 바람직한 또 다른 일실시예에 따르면, 상술한 본 발명의 탈모방지 조성물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 헤어토닉을 제공한다. 그리고, 본 발명의 조성물을 헤어토닉으로 사용하는 경우 헤어 스타일링을 수행할 수 있도록 적당량을 도포하나, 일반적으로 1일 성인 기준 1 내지 30mg의 양으로 도포하는 것이 바람직하다.
이하, 바람직한 실시예를 들어 본 발명을 더욱 상세히 설명하지만, 본 발명이 이에 의해 제한되는 것은 아니다.
<실시예 1 ~ 비교예 4>
하기 표 1 ~ 표 3에 기재된 바와 같이 전체 조성물의 합계 100중량%를 기준으로 상온에서 배합하여 실시예 1 ~ 17 및 비교예 1 ~ 4의 헤어토닉 제제를 제조하였다[초산토코페롤(로슈 비타민사, BP170), 살리실산(덕산화학, 니코틴산아미드(Amsal Chem. Pvt. Ltd. (A-1/401/402/403,G.I.D.C.,Ankleshwar, Gujarat State, India.), DL-판테놀(DSM Nutritional Products LTD. <실험예>
상기 실시예 1 ~ 17 및 비교예 1 ~ 4에서 제조된 헤어토닉에 대하여 하기와 같은 실험을 실시하여 그 결과를 표 4에 나타내었다.
1. 경시 안정성
헤어토닉을 유리제 샘플병에 충전하고, 50 ℃에서 1 개월간 방치한 후, 육안으로 조성물의 상태를 관찰했다.
[평가 기준]
○: 전혀 변화가 보이지 않는다.
△: 약간의 물 분리가 인식된다.
×: 명확히 분리가 인식된다.
2. 모발 도포시 발림성 시험
임의로 50명을 피시험자로 선정하였고, 각 헤어토닉을 상온에서 3회 처리한 후 모발에 도포시 발림성을 평가하도록 하였다. 모발 도포시 발림성 평가는 하기 5점 척도 평가 기준에 의거하여 피시험자가 주관적으로 점수를 매긴 후, 이들의 평균으로 집계하였다.
[평가 기준]
5점: 거품상이 모발에 도포시 매우 잘 발리고 감촉이 매우 좋다.
4점: 거품상이 모발에 도포시 잘 발리고 감촉이 좋다.
3점: 거품상이 모발에 도포시 발림성과 감촉이 보통이다.
2점: 거품상이 모발에 도포시 잘 안 발리고 감촉이 좋지 않다.
1점: 거품상이 모발에 도포시 매우 잘 안 발리고 감촉이 매우 좋지 않다.
3. 스타일링 평가
임의로 50명을 피시험자로 선정하였고, 각 헤어토닉을 3회씩 사용하게 한 후 모발의 정발력, 고정력 지속정도, 모발의 윤기, 모발보호효과를 10점 만점으로 평가하게 하고 이를 평균하여 그 결과를 표 4에 나타내었다.
4. 피부자극 평가
임의로 50명을 피시험자로 선정하였고, 각 헤어토닉을 6개월간 사용하게 한 후 피부자극정도를 평가하였다.
5점 : 피부자극이 전혀 없다
4점 : 피부자극이 거의 없다
3점 : 피부자극이 약간 있다.
2점 : 피부자극이 있다.
1점 : 피부자극이 심하다.
5. 탈모방지효과
초기 탈모 현상이 있는 피검자 35명을 대상으로 탈모 방지 효과에 관한 실험을 6개월간 진행하였다. 상기 실시예 2, 8, 12의 헤어토닉을 1일 2회씩 8주간 사용하고. 8주가 경과한 후 다음 머리를 감을 때 다시 탈락모를 수집하여 개수를 세어 그 결과를 표 4에 나타내었다.

표 4에 나타난 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예 1 ~ 실시예 17의 헤어토닉 조성물이 비교예 1 ~ 4의 헤어토닉 조성물에 비하여 경시안정성, 발림성, 정발력, 지속력, 모발윤기 등 헤어 스타일링 효과가 현저하게 우수하였다. 또한, 살리실산, 초산토코페롤 및 니코틴산아미드를 적절하게 혼합한 실시예 8의 헤어토닉 조성물의 효과가 가장 우수한 것으로 확인되었다. 나아가, 헤어스타일링 성분으로서 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 단독으로 사용한 실시예 8이 다른 종류의 헤어 스타일링 성분을 사용한 실시예 12 ~ 14에 비하여 모발보호, 피부자극 및 탈모방지 효과가 현저하게 우수한 것을 확인할 수 있다.

고삼 추출물은 건조된 고삼 500g에 중량(㎏)비 4배량의 70% 에탄올을 가한 후, 80℃ 에서 2시간 가열하여 유효성분을 추출하였다. 이를 하루 동안 상온에서 방치하여 불순물을 침전시킨 후, 여과지를 이용하여 2회 여과한 여액을 감압 증발기를 사용하여 완전히 증발시켜 농축하여 검은콩 추출물을 제조하였다. 검은콩, 작약, 인삼, 녹차 및 당귀추출물도 고삼 추출물과 동일한 함량 및 방법을 통해 추출물을 제조하였다.
본 발명은 헤어 스타일링 기능 및 탈모방지 효과를 동시에 달성할 수 있으므로 헤어 스타일링 산업에 대단히 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 전체 탈모방지 조성물에 대하여, 살리실산 0.1 ~ 3중량%, 초산토코페롤 0.1 ~ 5 중량%, 니코틴산 아미드 0.1 ~ 3 중량%, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 0.1 ~ 1 중량%, 에탄올 8 ~ 12 중량%, 폴리옥시에틸렌 하이드로제 네이티드캐스터오일 0.3 ~ 0.5 중량%, 고삼추출물 0.2 ~ 0.4중량%, 작약추출물 0.2 ~ 0.4중량% 및 잔량의 정제수로 이루어지며, 상기 고삼추출물은 건조된 고삼에 에탄올을 가하고, 80℃에서 2시간 가열하여 유효성분을 추출한 후, 하루동안 상온에서 불순물을 침전시키고, 2회 여과한 후, 여액을 감압증발기를 사용하여 증발시키고 이를 농축하여 제조하며, 상기 작약추출물은 건조된 작약에 에탄올을 가하고, 80℃에서 2시간 가열하여 유효성분을 추출한 후, 하루동안 상온에서 불순물을 침전시키고, 2회 여과한 후, 여액을 감압증발기를 사용하여 증발시키고 이를 농축하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어 스타일링 기능이 우수한 탈모방지 조성물.

  3. 전체 탈모방지 조성물에 대하여, 실리실산 0.1 ~ 3중량%, 초산토코페롤 0.1 ~ 5 중량%, 니코틴산 아미드 0.1 ~ 3 중량%, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 0.5 ~ 5 중량%, 에탄올 8 ~ 20 중량%, 폴리옥시에틸렌 하이드로제 네이티드캐스터오일 0.3 ~ 0.5 중량%, 고삼추출물 0.2 ~ 0.4중량%, 작약추출물 0.2 ~ 0.4중량% 및 잔량의 정제수로 이루어지며 상기 고삼 및 작약은 에탄올, 1.3 부틸렌글리콜, 정제수 또는 이들의 혼합액으로 추출하여 얻은 추출물로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어스타일링 기능이 우수한 탈모방지 조성물.
