図13は実施の形態5を示すもので、点灯装置4の構成部品が発する熱を放熱する機能を有する断面コ字型の筺体21に点灯装置4の構成部品を収納固定し、この筺体21の開口端に外向きに形成した鍔部を平面状の固定部位21aとし、この固定部位21aを接着剤やゴムシート等の防水部材19を介在させ、かつ、筺体21の開口端を覆う閉塞部材(プレート)22を重ねて、全体をネジ15でヘッドランプケース1の内壁に押圧固定した構成である。
図14は実施の形態6を示すもので、放熱機能を有する筐体21と、この筐体21の開口部を塞ぐ閉塞部材22を用いて構成し、筐体21の少なくとも一部をヘッドランプケース1に設けた開口18を貫通して外部に突出させた構成である。筐体21の材料は格納した構成部材の発する熱を放熱する熱伝導性の高いアルミ等を使用したもので、この筐体21の外側表面に放熱効果を高める放熱用のフィンを形成することもできる。なお、この筐体21の開口部を塞ぐ閉塞部材22としては、安価で成形性の良好な樹脂を使用し、ラジオノイズ減衰等のノイズ対策用部材としては、金属を使用することができる。
図15は実施の形態7を示すもので、実施の形態5,6に示した点灯装置4を収納した筺体21の一部をヘッドランプケース1の外側に突出する構成において、筺体21をネジを用いることなくヘッドランプケース1にスナップフィット形式で取り付け固定するようにしたもので、この実施の形態7ではヘッドランプケース1の開口縁と筺体21との間に介在させる固定部材23を設けたものである。
図18は実施の形態8を示すもので、筺体21をヘッドランプケース1にバヨネット形式で取り付け固定するようにしたもので、筺体21の外周面に複数個の係止用凸部24a,24b,24c(符号24cは図示せず)を設け、ヘッドランプケース1の開口縁には係止用凸部24a,24b,24cが通過する、切欠き25a,25b,25cを設けた構成である。
図19は実施の形態9を示すもので、ヘッドランプの後方直近まで該ヘッドランプを構成する部材以外の車載部材が配置される場合は、ヘッドランプケース1の前面開口部1aを形成する軸線方向に直交する(垂直な)内壁を確保することは困難なため、筐体21の一部が貫通する開口18をヘッドランプケース1の傾斜した内壁に形成し、ヘッドランプケース1に当接する筐体21の平面状の固定部位21aを該ヘッドランプケースの傾斜した内壁に沿わせながらも、図20に示すように、固定用のネジ15の締め付け軸線方向をヘッドランプケース1の前面開口部1aを形成する軸線方向にする。
図21~図23は実施の形態10を示すもので、構成部品を格納する筐体21と該筐体の開口部を塞ぐ閉塞部材22の間に防水部材19を備え、閉塞部材22に設けた平面状の固定部位22aをヘッドランプケース1に固定するネジ15の配置位置と、筐体21を閉塞部材22に固定するネジ15の配置位置をそれぞれ略円周上に配置し、筐体21を固定するネジ15を配置する角度と、閉塞部材22を固定するネジ15を配置する角度を互いに干渉しない異なる角度とした構成である。
実施の形態1から実施の形態10の点灯装置4によって点灯する光源としては、LEDを含む半導体光源を用いる。このLEDを光源とすると、長寿命で交換の必要がなく、組み付け性の高い点灯装置が有効である。
Claims (12)
- 前面ガラスを取り付けるヘッドランプケースに形成された前面開口部から該ヘッドランプケース内に光源を備えた光学部品とともに挿入し、ヘッドランプケースの内壁に沿わせて固定する平面状の固定部位を備えたことを特徴とするヘッドランプ用光源点灯装置。
- 構成部品が発する熱を放熱する機能を有する板部材を介在させて、ヘッドランプケースの内壁に沿わせて固定する平面状の固定部位を前記板部材に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のヘッドランプ用光源点灯装置。
- 板部材の少なくとも一部をヘッドランプケースに設けた開口から外側に露出させたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のヘッドランプ用光源点灯装置。
- 板部材の一部に放熱用の凸部を備え、この凸部をヘッドランプケースに設けた開口から外部に突出させたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のヘッドランプ用光源点灯装置。
- 構成部品を該構成部品が発する熱を放熱する機能を有する筺体に格納し、ヘッドランプケースの内壁に押圧して固定する平面状の固定部位を前記筺体の開口周縁部に設け、前記筐体の少なくとも一部をヘッドランプケースに設けた開口から外部に突出させたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のヘッドランプ用光源点灯装置。
- 構成部品を該構成部品が発する熱を放熱する機能を有する筐体に格納し、この筐体の開口を塞ぐ閉塞部材を備え、ヘッドランプケースの内壁に押圧して固定する平面状の固定部位を前記閉塞部材に設け、前記筐体の少なくとも一部を前記ヘッドランプケースに設けた開口から外側に突出させたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のヘッドランプ用光源点灯装置。
- 格納した構成部品の発する熱を放熱する機能を有する筐体の一部をヘッドランプケースの外側に突出させる構成とし、前記ヘッドランプケースの内壁に押圧して固定する平面状の固定部位を前記筺体に備え、前記ヘッドランプケースの外側に突出する部位に該ヘッドランプケースの外壁に当接する凸部あるいはヘッドランプケースの外側に備えた凸部が勘合する凹部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のヘッドランプ用光源点灯装置。
- 平面状の固定部位とヘッドランプケースの内壁間に防水部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のヘッドランプ用光源点灯装置。
- 閉塞部材に備えた平面状の固定部位とヘッドランプケースの間、構成部品を格納する筐体と該筐体の開口を塞ぐ閉塞部材の間に、防水部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項6記載のヘッドランプ用光源点灯装置。
- 筐体の開口を塞ぐ閉塞部材の平面状に固定部位をヘッドランプケースに固定する固定部材の取り付け方向と、前記筐体に前記閉塞部材を固定する固定部材の取り付け方向を、異なる方向としたことを特徴とする請求項6記載のヘッドランプ用光源点灯装置。
- 筐体に設けた平面状の固定部位をヘッドランプケースに固定する装着位置と、前記筐体を閉塞部材に固定する装着位置を、略同一円上の互いに干渉しない位置としたことを特徴とする請求項6記載のヘッドランプ用光源点灯装置。
- 光源は半導体光源であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のヘッドランプ用光源点灯装置。
