Description
光出射面を有する光源と、
前記光出射面に対向し、かつ、前記光源から出射された光の少なくとも一部が通過するように配置された投影レンズと、
前記光源の点消灯を制御する回路を含む駆動回路基板と、
前記光源と前記駆動回路基板を支持し、かつ、前記投影レンズを収容する灯室の一部を区画するハウジングと、
を備えており、
前記光出射面の法線方向である第1方向と、前記駆動回路基板の主面の法線方向である第2方向は、交差している。
前記投影レンズを保持し、前記光源に対する位置が固定されたホルダと、
前記投影レンズと前記ホルダの一方に設けられ、前記投影レンズの光軸と交差する向きに延びる回動軸と、
前記投影レンズと前記ホルダの他方に設けられ、前記回動軸を保持する軸受と、
前記回動軸を中心として前記投影レンズを前記ホルダに対して回動させるエイミング機構と、
を備えている構成とされうる。
その一部が前記ハウジングの外側において回転操作可能とされているスクリューと、
前記スクリューの回転を、前記回動軸を中心に前記投影レンズを回動させる力に変換するジョイントと、
を備えている構成とされうる。
この場合、前記スクリューは、前記ハウジングの一部を貫通して延びており、前記駆動回路基板の前記主面は、前記スクリューの一部に対向している構成とされうる。
Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載される照明装置であって、
光出射面を有する光源と、
前記光出射面に対向し、かつ、前記光源から出射された光の少なくとも一部が通過するように配置された投影レンズと、
前記光源の点消灯を制御する回路を含む駆動回路基板と、
前記光源と前記駆動回路基板を支持し、かつ、前記投影レンズを収容する灯室の一部を区画するハウジングと、
前記投影レンズを保持し、前記光源に対する位置が固定されたホルダと、
前記投影レンズと前記ホルダの一方に設けられ、前記投影レンズの光軸と交差する向きに延びる回動軸と、
前記投影レンズと前記ホルダの他方に設けられ、前記回動軸を保持する軸受と、
前記回動軸を中心として前記投影レンズを前記ホルダに対して回動させるエイミング機構と、
を備えており、
前記光出射面の法線方向である第1方向と、前記駆動回路基板の主面の法線方向である第2方向は、交差しており、
前記エイミング機構は、
その一部が前記ハウジングの外側において回転操作可能とされているスクリューと、 前記スクリューの回転を、前記回動軸を中心に前記投影レンズを回動させる力に変換するジョイントと、
を備えており、
前記スクリューは、前記ハウジングの一部を貫通して延びており、
前記駆動回路基板の前記主面は、前記スクリューの一部に対向しており、
前記ハウジングは、前記第1方向から見て円形状の輪郭部分を有しており、
前記回路へ電力を供給する給電線を通す通路および前記灯室に連通する通気部が、前記ハウジングに形成されており、
前記スクリューは、前記通路と前記通気部の間において前記ハウジングを貫通して延びている、
照明装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、当該ハウジングとともに前記灯室を区画する透光カバーが装着される装着部を有しており、
前記装着部は、前記第2方向から見て前記駆動回路基板の前記主面を斜めに横切っている、
請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、複数の放熱板が一体成型された単一の金属部材であり、
前記灯室に連通する通気部が前記ハウジングに形成されている、
請求項1または2に記載の照明装置。 - 前記ジョイントは、前記投影レンズと一体に成形されている、
請求項1に記載の照明装置。
