- the forward and backward movement of the piston 30 is controlled by detecting the position of the piston 30 by the first detection unit K1, the second detection unit K2, and the third detection unit K3. Operation can be performed.
- the 1st detection part K1, the 2nd detection part K2, and the 3rd detection part K3 are comprised by the Hall element 61 which detects the magnet 60 provided in the piston 30 side, it is a detection mechanism by simple means. The structure can be simplified accordingly.
- the actuator 40 includes a screw shaft 45 that can be rotated forward and backward by an electric motor 41 that can rotate forward and backward, and the rotation of the screw shaft 45 is transmitted to the piston 30 via the linkage member 47, so that the piston 30 is forced. Therefore, the piston 30 can be reliably operated, and the lubricant can be reliably supplied without being affected by the change in the viscosity of the lubricant. Furthermore, since the introduction port 16 and the outlet port 17 of the cylinder portion 15 are formed at the tip portion 15b of the cylinder portion 15, the piston 30 is pulled compared to the case where the introduction port 16 is provided in the middle of the cylinder portion 15. Since the negative pressure due to this immediately acts on the inlet 16, it is possible to smoothly suck the lubricating oil without being affected by the change in the viscosity of the lubricating oil.
- the actuator 40 includes the electric motor 41 and the screw shaft 45 mechanism.
- the actuator 40 is not necessarily limited thereto, and may be an air cylinder or the like. Another mechanism such as a cylinder device may be used, and it may be changed as appropriate.
- the first detection unit K1, the second detection unit K2, and the third detection unit K3 are Hall elements that detect the magnet 60 provided in the linkage member 47.
- the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto, and may be configured using a limit switch, an optical sensor, or the like, and may be appropriately changed.
- the lubricating oil to be used is not limited to the above-described grease, and can be applied to oil. Furthermore, it is needless to say that the lubricating oil pump device S according to the above embodiment can be applied not only to an injection molding machine but also to a lubrication system provided in other various machines such as a lathe.

Abstract
