Claims (1)
- シリンダのピストン両側に設けた各室と、流体
タンク及び流体供給先との間に、夫々方向制御弁
を介在せしめると共に、前記ピストンのロツドに
連結したナツトを、サーボモータにより回転され
るボールネジに螺着し、且つサーボモータの駆動
操作及び前記方向制御弁の切換操作を行う制御装
置を備えてなることを特徴とする流体定量供給装
置。
