Abstract
Description
カバーゴム層間に、接着ゴム層で被覆された亜鉛めっきスチールコードが芯体として配設されたコンベアベルトにおいて、前記接着ゴム層が上記本発明のゴム組成物で形成されていることを特徴とするコンベアベルトを提供する。
(1)ゴム成分100質量部中に、天然ゴムを1~10質量部、合成ゴムを80~30質量部含有する上記本発明のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物及びコンベアベルト。
(2)上記合成ゴムが、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、イソプレンゴム(IR)から選ばれる1種又は2種以上である上記(1)のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物及びコンベアベルト。
(3)フェノール樹脂を、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部含有する上記本発明のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物及びコンベアベルト。
(4)フェノール樹脂が、ヘキサメチレンテトラミンが内部添加されたものである上記(4)のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物及びコンベアベルト。
(5)β-ナフトールを、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部含有する上記本発明のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物及びコンベアベルト。
(6)硬化剤として、ヘキサメトキシメチル化メラミン及び/又はヘキサメチレンテトラミンを、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部含有する上記本発明のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物及びコンベアベルト。
(7)カバーゴム層間に、接着ゴム層で被覆された亜鉛めっきスチールコードが芯体として配設されたコンベアベルトにおいて、前記接着ゴム層が上記本発明のゴム組成物で形成されていることを特徴とするコンベアベルト。
下記表1及び2に示す配合のゴム組成物を調製し、下記方法により亜鉛めっきスチールコードとの接着力、加硫速度、ロール加工性、積層加工性を評価した。結果を表1及び2に示す。

a.試験片の作製
表1,2に示された各成分を配合し、バンバリーミキサーを用いて混練してゴム組成物を得た。得られた各ゴム組成物のシート(厚さ15mm)を作製し、一対のシート間に亜鉛めっきスチールコード(直径7mm)を挟み込んで170℃,40分の条件で加圧加硫を行い、試験片を作製した。
b.初期接着力
上記試験片から亜鉛めっきスチールコードを引き抜き、引き抜き力を測定した。この場合、引き抜き試験はDIN22131に準拠して行った。評価は表1の比較例4の引き抜き力を100として指数化した。数値が高いほど接着力が大きく良好であることを示す。
c.熱老化接着力
上記試験片を加圧プレスにて加圧(2MPa)した状態で、145℃×300分の条件で加熱した後、初期接着力試験と同様に各試験片から亜鉛めっきスチールコードを引き抜いて引き抜き力を測定し、同様に評価した。
d.耐水接着力
上記試験片を70℃で湿度95%の条件下に90日間放置した後、上記初期接着力試験と同様に各試験片からスチールコードを引き抜いて引き抜き力を測定し、同様に評価した。
JIS K6300-2に規定の方法により、155℃、Tc(90)の値を測定した。測定には日合商事(株)製の「キャラストメーターW型」を用い、比較例4の測定値を100として、Tc(90)の値が小さいほど数値が大きくなるようにIndex表示した。
(株)小平製作所製「RII-2CC」を用い、未加硫ゴムを500g、ゴム厚3mmとなるように調整し、3分間圧延作業を行い、ロール表面とゴムとの粘着度を評価した。評価は、良好◎、可○、不良×の三段階とした。
図1に示したコンベアベルトの形態に構成した未加硫ゴム積層体を試料として作製した。試料の作製は、まず下記組成のカバーゴム組成物をバンバリーミキサーで混練して調製し、このカバーゴム組成物で厚さ4mmのカバーゴム1,1を作製し、表1及び表2に示した各ゴム組成物で形成された厚さ2mmの接着ゴム層2,2間に直径4mmの亜鉛めっきスチールコード3を挟み、更にこれを一対の上記カバーゴム1,1で挟んで、ハンドローラーにより圧着させた。

老化防止剤RD(川口化学工業(株)「アンテージRD」)

老化防止剤6C(川口化学工業(株)「アンテージ6C」)

アロマオイル(出光興産(株)「ダイアナプロセスオイル AH-85」)

硫黄 2質量部
加硫促進剤(大内新興化学工業(株)「ノクセラー NS-F」)
0.7質量部
得られた各試料をカバーゴム/接着ゴム間で強制的に剥がし、十分な接着力があるものを○、接着力が不十分であったものを△として接着性を評価した。

Claims (8)
- ゴム成分100質量部に対して、ジメタクリル酸亜鉛を0.5~3質量部、ネオデカン酸コバルトホウ素化物を1.1~4.5質量部含有することを特徴とするコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- ゴム成分100質量部中に、天然ゴムを20~70質量部、合成ゴムを80~30質量部含有する請求項1記載のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- 上記合成ゴムが、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、イソプレンゴム(IR)から選ばれる1種又は2種以上である請求項2記載のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- フェノール樹脂を、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部含有する請求項1~3のいずれか1項記載のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- フェノール樹脂が、ヘキサメチレンテトラミンが内部添加されたものである請求項4記載のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- β-ナフトールを、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部含有する請求項1~5のいずれか1項記載のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- 硬化剤として、ヘキサメトキシメチル化メラミン及び/又はヘキサメチレンテトラミンを、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部含有する請求項1~6のいずれか1項記載のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- カバーゴム層間に、接着ゴム層で被覆された亜鉛めっきスチールコードが芯体として配設されたコンベアベルトにおいて、前記接着ゴム層が請求項1~7のいずれか1項記載のゴム組成物で形成されていることを特徴とするコンベアベルト。
