Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for mounting a poster, especially a large-format poster in the outdoor area. Furthermore, the invention relates to a poster mounting arrangement, comprising such a device and a poster with a piped edge, and an aid for mounting a poster on a poster clamping device.
- Such frame structures have an internally circulating, typically designed as a tube clamping abutment to which the poster is connected with expander ropes.
- eyelets are inserted into the reinforced edge of the poster, through which the expander rope or cables are led.
- the power required to hold the poster results from the restoring force of the expander ropes.
- Such frame structures can also be designed as so-called lifters, in which an upper transverse profile is pulled up by means of a pulling device for mounting the poster on a guide of the frame.
- Such frame structures are therefore in principle not suitable for mounting posters, which are to be changed more often.
- the eyelets used to prevent tearing of the expander ropes pulled through the poster appear. This is sometimes undesirable.
- Kederprofilkonstrutationen be used for mounting posters in the outdoor area.
- the poster itself must have a welt edge for this purpose, which must be pulled into a welt groove of a frame profile. Also in this concept, the mounting and replacing a poster is expensive.
- nen Scheme also used those in which the edge of the poster wearing a piping tape, which is pressed into a circumferential groove of a frame for mounting the poster.
- the central longitudinal plane of the circumferential groove of the frame profile is aligned perpendicular to the plane réellespan- to the poster.
- the clamping force resulting from the plastic material used for the poster itself As a poster fabric therefore preferably a fine-meshed network is used.
- a clamping system for holding a poster equipped with a piping tape edge can not be used.
- Silicone piping tapes are typically used in these systems, with the thickness of the edge of the poster together with the piping strip being greater than the inside width of the connecting groove of the frame profile (s). This serves the purpose that the inserted into such a connection groove edge of the poster is frictionally held therein.
- the achieved frictional engagement determines the pull-out force that is needed to pull the poster with its piping edge of such a connection groove can.
- the edge of such a poster is manual is to press in the connecting groove of the profile. This requires careful work and is powerful and time consuming. However, the frictional engagement achieved in this way is not sufficient, so that this is sufficient to withstand the outside wind loads.
- the present invention seeks to propose a Plakataufspannvortechnisch and a Plakataufspannan Aunt with such a poster chuck, which is particularly suitable for outdoor use and in the clamping of a poster or changing a poster to previously known, for the Outdoor used Posterspannspannvorraumen is improved. Furthermore, the invention has for its object to propose an aid for facilitating the Aufspannens and also changing a poster of such a poster clamping device.
- clamping profiles thus represent a clamping frame on which a poster can be kept stretched.
- connection groove is arranged such that the mouth of the same points in one of the other clamping profile of the clamping profile pair and thus in a direction away from the billboard direction.
- the central longitudinal plane encloses an angle of less than 90 ° with the poster plane.
- a Umlegkante or a Umlegkantenan extract is formed around which must be performed in the connection groove to be inserted edge of the poster, so that the thickened edge of the poster can be inserted into the connecting groove.
- the latter To insert the edge of the poster into the connection groove, the latter must therefore be folded over more than 90 ° with respect to the plane of the printed poster.
- the piping tape used in such a connection groove then encloses an acute angle with the plane of the profile.
- Wind loads acting on the poster which lead to movements, for example perpendicular to the poster plane, do not have the consequence in this design that the edge of the poster introduced into the connecting groove is pulled out of this poster.
- the previously used exclusively in interior piping edge design under the conditions mentioned in the outdoor area is used.
- Paspelband also stiffer, less compressible and less expensive materials than silicone, for example, PVC piping, which are held only with little or no clamping force in the connection groove.
- PVC piping When applying a tensile load on the poster they wedge within the connection groove. This possibility allows - A -
- the latter carries one or more Verklamm ceremoniesswülste projecting into the groove, the longitudinal extent of such a clamping profile following.
- the piping tape may have such Verklamm réelleswülste. This is particularly suitable for PVC piping tapes or piping tapes made of a corresponding material.
- Verklamm ceremoniesswülste a wedging is achieved by bringing about a positive connection of Paspelbandes within the connecting groove in case of a tensile load on the poster.
- the piping belt In the longitudinal extension of the clamping profile and thus in the longitudinal extent of a connecting groove, the piping belt, however, remains movable in the connecting groove.
- a poster clamping device is preferably at least one of two, each with respect to the réellespannenden poster opposite clamping profile relative to the other toward the other against the force of one or more return elements, such as springs or spring elements movable.
- a tensioning of the lovedsaufendes poster thus takes place when using springs as restoring elements, at least also with the participation of the spring-loaded clamping profiles. Therefore, this jig is also suitable for those posters that have no material or no appreciable elasticity due to the material.
- Such a material property is desirable in particular for posters which hang only for a short time, since then a cost-effective plastic carrier web can be used as a poster base.

- the roll holder 20 has at its lower end on a plate 21, on which a politicianspannende the poster 16 carrying roll core 22 stands up.
- the roller holder 20 designed as a roller bar is connected to a guide carriage 23, which can be moved in the horizontal direction and thus parallel to the longitudinal axis of the poster clamping device 1, parallel to the plane of the opened poster.
- the carriage 23 has two roller assemblies 24, 25 (see Figure 7).
- the roller assembly 24 is held in a guide rail 26 located above and behind the frame 5.
- the roller assembly 25 is supported on the front of the frame 5.
- the carriage 23 and the upper end of the roller holder 20 have over complementary connecting elements, so that the roller holder 20 can be connected to the guide carriage 23 like a bayonet.
- the clamping and also changing a poster on the Plakataufspannvorraum 1 is not insignificantly simplified and can be performed in particular by a single person in a short time.
- the assembly and disassembly process is supported by the conception of the intervention of the piping tape edge of the poster in the manner described in the clamping profiles.
- FIG. 8 shows a further tensioning profile 27, which differs from previously described tensioning profiles 2, 2.1; 3, 3.1 differs in terms of its cross-sectional geometry.
- the clamping profile 27, like the previously described clamping profiles, has a connecting groove 28 which has the same orientation or spatial position as the connecting groove 13 of the prestressing clamping profiles described above.
