Abstract
Description
図1乃至図5を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る吸収性物品の製造方法について説明する。
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る製造方法によれば、レッグギャザーを形成する際に用いる弾性部材束40として、分線強度が所定範囲にあるもののみを用いるため、分線器100を介してMD方向に供給する際に弾性部材束40が切断されてしまうという不具合を低減することができ、安定した生産及び歩留まりの改善に資することができる。
Claims (5)
- 所定の曲線上に複数本の弾性部材が配置される吸収性物品の製造方法であって、
所定の測定方法で測定された分線強度が所定範囲にある弾性部材束を、分線器を介して搬送方向に供給することによって、複数本の弾性部材に分線する工程と、
連続搬送されているウエブ上に、少なくとも前記所定の曲線上に接着剤を塗工する工程と、
分線された状態の前記複数本の弾性部材を、前記搬送方向に交差する方向に揺動させながら、前記ウエブ上に載置する工程とを有し、
前記弾性部材束は、1本の弾性部材原反を前記複数本の弾性部材に分割し、該複数本の弾性部材を束ねて加圧することによって生成され、
前記弾性部材束の分線強度は、該弾性部材束を構成する前記複数本の弾性部材の各々を分線するために必要な力を示すことを特徴とする吸収性物品の製造方法。 - 前記吸収性物品は、前胴回り領域、後胴回り領域、及び、該前胴回り領域と該後胴回り領域との間に位置する股下領域を有する使い捨てオムツであり、
前記複数本の弾性部材は、前記股下領域に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸収性物品の製造方法。 - 前記測定方法は、
測定対象の弾性部材及び残りの前記弾性部材束のいずれか一方を固定し、他方を所定速度で引っ張る工程と、
前記測定対象の弾性部材が分線された際の最大負荷を前記分線強度として決定する工程とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸収性物品の製造方法。 - 前記分解強度の所定範囲は、25mN/本以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吸収性物品の製造方法。
- 前記測定方法は、
測定対象の弾性部材と残りの前記弾性部材束との間にフックを設定した状態で、該測定対象の弾性部材及び該弾性部材束の一方端を所定速度で引っ張る工程と、
前記測定対象の弾性部材が分線された際の最大負荷を前記分線強度として決定する工程とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸収性物品の製造方法。
