Definitions
- This invention relates to a fuel lid opening and closing device for opening and closing a lid of a fueling chamber provided in a vehicle body such as an automobile.
- Patent Document 1 As a prior art of this type of fuel lid opening and closing device, for example, there is a configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1.
- a link In the device of the document 1, a link is rotatably attached to a case, a cable is locked to one end of the link, and the other end is engaged with a stopper pin. Since it is such a structure, the apparatus of the literature 1 rotates a link in conjunction with the drawing operation of the cable, and retracts the stopper pin to the inside of the case.
- the stopper pin is disposed closer to one side edge than the center in the width direction of the front surface.
- Patent Document 1 Although the device of Patent Document 1 is not clearly described in Patent Document 1, it is necessary to incorporate each component in the following procedure in order to infer from the mounting position of each component. That is, a torsion spring is fitted to a support shaft that rotatably supports the link, and after the support shaft is assembled to the case in this state, one end of the torsion spring is bent against the urging force, and the stopper pin is moved in this state. It is assembled in the case, and finally, the holding state with respect to one end of the torsion spring is released and brought into contact with the stopper pin.
- a torsion spring is fitted to a support shaft that rotatably supports the link, and after the support shaft is assembled to the case in this state, one end of the torsion spring is bent against the urging force, and the stopper pin is moved in this state. It is assembled in the case, and finally, the holding state with respect to one end of the torsion spring is released and brought into contact with the stopper pin.
- the torsion spring assembled to the case is bent against one end against the urging force, and this state is maintained, and the operation of assembling other parts is complicated. There was also a possibility that the holding state was released, and there was a problem in the workability of installation.
- the tip of the torsion spring extends straight and the tip is formed on the head of the stopper pin. It is incorporated in a state engaged with the slit. If the cable is pulled strongly in this state, the stopper pin is pulled through the link at the same time, and at the same time, the link collides with the wall part provided at the cable outlet, and twists from the stopper pin head with the impact at that time. There was a risk that the tip of the spring would come off.
- the cable is connected to a lever provided near the driver's seat of the car, but there is no way for the operator to determine how much the stopper pin is pulled against the pull of the cable by the lever operation, Therefore, the cable may be pulled more than necessary, which increases the possibility that the tip of the torsion spring is detached from the head of the stopper pin.

- the present invention having such a configuration, by restricting the one wire portion of the torsion coil spring to the escape space, the restriction on the wire portion is eliminated, and the other wire portion by the torsion coil spring is removed. As a result, it is possible to improve the workability of assembling other parts to the main body.
- the escape space can be configured by a slit formed on a side of the support wall, and movement between the slit and the support wall is restricted to restrict free movement of the one linear portion. It is good also as a structure which provided the control means.
- the torsion coil spring is supported by the shaft portion of the link member in a state where the coil portion is compressed, with the coil portion having an elastic force that can be compressed in the axial direction,
- the escape space may be formed at a position where the one linear portion is moved against an elastic force generated by compression of the coil portion.
- the present invention can also be configured as follows. Abstract
