Abstract

 下記の工程(1)および工程(n-1)を含む、微粒子分散ポリオール(I)の製造方法であって、微粒子(P1)の体積平均粒子径(R1)が0.01~1.0μmであり、工程(1)におけるエチレン性不飽和モノマー(b)の濃度(重量%)が7~40であることからなる微粒子分散ポリオール(I)の製造方法。 工程(1):ポリオール(a)中で、(P1)及びラジカル重合開始剤(c)の存在下、(b)を重合させて微粒子分散ポリオール中間体(B2)を得る工程 工程(n-1):微粒子分散ポリオール中間体(B(n-1))中で、(c)の存在下、(b)を重合させて微粒子分散ポリオール中間体(Bn)、または微粒子分散ポリオール(I)を得る工程(nは3~7の整数を表す。)。  ポリオール中に分散している重合体微粒子の粒子径が小さく、ポリウレタン樹脂に用いた場合の樹脂物性に優れた微粒子分散ポリオールの製造方法を提供できる。
