Abstract

外部の駆動軸に接続されて、トルクが伝達されるシャフト部と、このシャフト部に複数のリブを介して接続されたリム部とからなるロータフレームにおいて、リブの径方向内方側端部をシャフト部側リブ装着穴に装着かつ固定し、リブの径方向外方側端部をリム部側リブ装着穴に装着かつ固定する。これによりロータフレームの構成が複雑化することを防止することができる。また、複数の非磁性部材の組み立てによりロータフレームを製作可能とすることで、製作に要する費用が嵩むことを防止することができる。ロータフレームを非磁性材により構成することで、通電時に発生する渦電流損失を低減して運転効率を向上させることができる。所謂永久磁石のハルバッハ配置による磁束レンズ効果により、ステータに鎖交する有効磁束を増大させることができる。
