Abstract

 強化用繊維束(長繊維強化樹脂ストランド)の連続的な引き出し作業を円滑に行うことができる長繊維強化樹脂熱可塑性樹脂ペレットの製造方法及び製造装置を提供すること。  使い終わりの回巻体の強化用繊維束Aの末端及び新しい回巻体の強化用繊維束Bの先端に対し、繊維量が本来の約半分となる繊維量半減端部A1,B1をそれぞれ形成し、これら繊維量半減端部の強化用単繊維同士をエアスプライサにより交絡した交絡部C1を形成するとともに、新しい回巻体の強化用繊維束Bにおける繊維量半減端部よりも下流側の部分の強化用単繊維同士をエアスプライサにより交絡した交絡部C2を形成する。
