Abstract

本发明公开了一种连续纤维预制带的生产设备,该设备包括有纱架(1)、张力调节装置(2)、预加热装置(3)、挤出模头(5)、辊压装置(7)和冷却装置(8),其中所述的挤出模头(5)为单面设置,同时挤出模头(5)挤出处设有浸渍辊(6)。本发明的设备能够在加工生产中,保证挤出模头挤出的挤出料能够通过浸渍辊均匀涂在纤维层表面,这样有利于生产线的平稳工作、产品质量也得到了一定的保证。

技术领域
本发明属于连续纤维预制带生产领域,具体涉及一种连续纤维预制带的生产设备。
背景技术
随着材料科学的迅速发展,新型复合材料如连续纤维材料以其密度低且兼具优异的机械性能,如高的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、可回收利用、耐腐蚀等优异性能而倍受青睐。因此,近年来,连续纤维材料得到了迅猛的发展,技术上也有了重大突破。制备该材料的关键在于树脂对纤维的浸润,尤其针对生产中,既要可以连续化生产,又要保证树脂对纤维的充分浸润。中国专利ZL200810201216.9公开了一种连续纤维增强热塑性树脂复合材料预制带的制备设备,该设备中采用双挤出模头对连续纤维进行预制渍,该设备中,挤出模头直接将挤出料挤到连续纤维上,然后进入加热辊压装置,冷却后产出产品。该设备中,由于各种原因,挤出料通过挤出模头直接进入连续纤维上;此时,由于模头流道与模腔的压力不均匀,而为了提高生产效率,通过的时间有限,故挤出到连续纤维上的挤出料会出现分布不均匀的问题,这样就会影响对连续纤维的浸润效果,进而影响材料性质。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种连续纤维预制带的生产设备,该设备能够在加工生产中,保证挤出模头挤出的挤出料能够通过浸渍辊均匀涂在纤维层表面。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明的连续纤维预制带的生产设备,包括有纱架1、张力调节装置2、预加热装置3、挤出模头5、辊压装置7和冷却装置8,其中所述的挤出模头5为单面设置,同时挤出模头5挤出处设有浸渍辊6。该设备中的纤维进入设备的顺序或工作过程为:经过纱架进入到张力调节装置,调节好纤维的平整度,然后进入预加热装置,加热,再进入张力调节装置,然后经过挤出模头,挤出料被挤出到浸渍辊上,而后均匀涂在纤维层上,后进入加热辊压装置,最后进入冷却装置冷却即可得到产品。该装置中,挤出料挤出到浸渍辊上,浸渍辊转动,将挤出料均匀涂在纤维层表面,这样能够保证整个纤维层表面的挤出料均匀,利于产品质量的稳定。
本发明的连续纤维预制带的生产设备,其进一步的技术方案是所述的辊压装置7中设有4-10只辊压轮9,所有辊压轮9并列排布。若干辊压轮并列排布,纤维呈W型路线绕着辊压轮运动,辊压轮是经过加热的,辊压轮传动之间,纤维依靠张紧力实现辊压浸渍。
本发明的连续纤维预制带的生产设备,其进一步的技术方案还可以是所述的预加热装置3的前后均设有排纱装置4。该装置有利于将纤维纱展平,并排称一片,梳理整齐,使得最终产品不会出现褶皱。
本发明的连续纤维预制带的生产设备,其进一步的技术方案还可以是所述冷却装置8为3-5排对称冷却辊。该装置能够进一步起到辊压浸渍的效果,该辊不加热,也能逐步冷却,充分利用余热来起到辊压浸渍的效果。
本发明的连续纤维预制带的生产设备,其进一步的技术方案还可以是所述的预加热装置3为红外烤箱。红外烤箱能够平稳控制加热过程中的热量,不至于温度过高或者过低。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明提供的一种连续纤维预制带的生产设备,能够在加工生产中,保证挤出模头挤出的挤出料能够通过浸渍辊均匀涂在纤维层表面,这样有利于生产线的平稳工作、产品质量也得到了一定的保证。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对保护范围构成限定。
如图1所示,本发明的一种连续纤维预制带的生产设备,依次包括两排六组纱架1、张力调节装置2、排纱装置4、预加热装置3即红外烤箱、排纱装置4、张力调节装置2、挤出模头5、辊压装置7和三排对称冷却辊8,所述挤出模头5为单面设置,所述挤出模头5挤出处设有浸渍辊6,所述辊压装置7中设有四个辊压轮9,所述四个辊压轮9并列排布,纤维带呈W型运动。将连续纤维经过纱架引出后进入第一张力调节装置,然后进入排纱装置,将纤维细纱梳理展平,然后进入红外烤箱预热,加热后,再将纤维带经过排纱装置整平进入第二张力调节装置,然后经过挤出模头,挤出模头将挤出料挤出到浸渍辊上,然后均匀涂在纤维表层,进入到辊压装置,纤维带通过辊压轮呈W型传送轨迹,每一个转弯处都可以形成较大的张紧力,依靠张紧力来进行辊压浸渍,如果纤维带从红外烤箱出来后温度不够,辊压轮可以进行加热,增加辊压效果,进行辊压后,进入三排对称冷却辊,利用余热继续进行辊压浸渍,结束之后,基本纤维带的温度也就降到了要求的温度,进入后续收卷程序。
本实施例的有益效果:本实施例提供的连续纤维预制带的生产设备,不仅能够实现纤维带的连续浸渍,并且涂在纤维带上的挤出料分布均匀,有利于平稳生产,产品质量也稳定,辊压浸渍时,利用辊压轮传动使得纤维带做W型轨迹运动,能够产生较大的张紧力,浸渍更加充分。

1.一种连续纤维预制带的生产设备,包括有纱架(1)、张力调节装置(2)、预加热装置(3)、挤出模头(5)、辊压装置(7)和冷却装置(8),其特征在于:所述的挤出模头(5)为单面设置,同时挤出模头(5)挤出处设有浸渍辊(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续纤维预制带的生产设备,其特征在于:所述的辊压装置(7)中设有4-10只辊压轮(9),所有辊压轮(9)并列排布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连续纤维预制带的生产设备,其特征在于:所述的预加热装置(3)的前后均设有排纱装置(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连续纤维预制带的生产设备,其特征在于:所述冷却装置(8)为3-5排对称冷却辊。
5.根据权利要求1所述的连续纤维预制带的生产设备,其特征在于:所述的预加热装置(3)为红外烤箱。
