Abstract

섬유강화 열가소성 복합재료의 성형장치 및 성형방법과 이에 의해 제조되는 성형품이 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 섬유강화 열가소성 복합재료의 성형장치는, 테이프 형태의 섬유강화 열가소성 복합재료가 권취된 복수의 권취 릴, 복수의 권취 릴에 권취된 복수의 섬유강화 열가소성 복합재료를 잡아당김으로써 복수의 권취 릴로부터 풀어내는 이송수단, 이송수단에 의해 이송되는 복수의 섬유강화 열가소성 복합재료 중 적어도 하나를 꼬아 복수의 섬유강화 열가소성 복합재료를 꼬아 묶는 꼬임수단을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의할 경우, 테이프 형태의 섬유강화 열가소성 복합재료를 다양한 방법으로 꼬아서 섬유강화 열가소성 복합재료 내의 강화섬유의 배열 구조를 개선함으로써 강화섬유에 의한 물성 보강 효과를 극대화할 수 있게 된다.
