Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de moulage d'un matériau composite thermoplastique renforcé de fibres, et un moule ainsi produit. Selon l'invention, l'appareil de moulage du matériau composite thermoplastique renforcé de fibres comprend: une pluralité de bobines d'enroulement sur lesquelles une pluralité de matériaux composites thermoplastiques renforcés de fibres de type ruban sont enroulés; des moyens de transport pour tirer la pluralité de matériaux composites thermoplastiques renforcés de fibres enroulés sur les bobines d'enroulement de manière à les dérouler; et des moyens de torsion pour tordre au moins un des matériaux composites thermoplastiques renforcés de fibres acheminés par les moyens de transport afin de les tordre et les lier. Selon l'invention, des matériaux composites thermoplastiques renforcés de fibres de type ruban sont tordus de diverses façons afin d'améliorer l'organisation des fibres de renfort dans les matériaux composites, ce qui permet d'optimiser les propriétés physiques de renforcement au moyen des fibres de renfort.
