Abstract

　クラスター酸触媒を用いたセルロースの糖化分離において、セルロースの加水分解触媒であるクラスター酸の回収率を高め、純度の高い糖水溶液を提供する。 　擬融解状態のクラスター酸触媒を用いて、植物系繊維材料に含まれるセルロースを加水分解し、グルコースを主とする糖を生成させる加水分解工程と、前記加水分解工程において生成した糖の少なくとも一部が溶解した糖水溶液、前記クラスター酸触媒が溶解したクラスター酸有機溶媒溶液及び残渣を含む混合物を、残渣を含む固形分と、糖水溶液及びクラスター酸有機溶媒溶液を含む液分とに分離する第一の分離工程と、前記第一の分離工程において分離された前記糖水溶液及び前記クラスター酸有機溶媒溶液を含む液体から、化学吸着により水を吸着可能な脱水手段により脱水し、前記糖水溶液の糖を析出させ、前記糖を含む固形分と、前記クラスター酸触媒及び有機溶媒を含む液分とを分離する第二の分離工程と、を備えることを特徴とする、植物系繊維材料の糖化分離方法。
