Abstract
任意の基材に対し長期にわたり高性能の反射防止効果を維持することができる光学用部材を提供する。基材表面に積層体が形成された光学部材であり,少なくとも一層が空隙を有する金属酸化物層27であり,前記基材25と前記金属酸化物層27との間に少なくとも一層の有機樹脂26を主成分とする層を含む光学用部材。金属酸化物層が,酸化アルミニウムを主成分とする板状結晶から形成されている板状結晶層であり,かつ前記板状結晶層の表面が凹凸形状からなる。有機樹脂が少なくとも一部に芳香環または/およびイミド環を有する。
