Abstract

 内筒12と外筒14の間に中間筒18を設け、内筒に球帯状の第1膨出部20を形成するとともに、中間筒に第1膨出部を取り囲む球帯状の第2膨出部22を形成する。第2膨出部の内周面を第1膨出部の第1球状凸面21に対応する第1球状凹面23に形成し、該第2膨出部を取り囲む外筒14の内周面部分を、第2膨出部の外周面の第2球状凸面24に対応する第2球状凹面25に形成する。内筒12と中間筒18を連結する内側弾性部26と、中間筒18と外筒14を連結する外側弾性部28とからなるゴム状弾性体16において、内側弾性部の軸方向寸法D1を外側弾性部の軸方向寸法D2よりも大きく形成する。これにより、ねじり方向とこじり方向におけるばね定数を小さくするとともに、軸直角方向における荷重入力に対してばね特性を線形に近づける。
