Claims (5)
- 軸直角方向外側へ突出する球状の凸部が軸方向中央側において周方向に連続して形成される内筒と、
前記内筒の軸直角方向外側に配置され、内径が軸方向に沿って一定に設定される円筒状の外筒と、
前記外筒の内周面と前記内筒の外周面とを結合するゴム弾性体と、
前記ゴム弾性体の軸方向端面から軸方向中央に向かって凹む凹部と、を備え、
前記ゴム弾性体は、前記凹部および前記内筒の間で前記内筒の外周面を被覆する内筒膜部と、前記凹部および前記外筒の間で前記外筒の内周面を被覆する外筒膜部と、備え、
前記内筒膜部の厚み寸法が軸方向端部から軸方向中央側にかけて徐々に大きく設定される防振ブッシュにおいて、
軸を含む平面で切断した断面視において、前記ゴム弾性体は、前記内筒膜部の軸方向端部側の外周面を構成し、軸方向に対して傾斜する直線状の傾斜面と、その傾斜面に連設されて前記内筒膜部の軸方向中央側の外周面を構成し、軸方向における前記内筒の中央側に向けて凹む第1湾曲面と、その第1湾曲面に連設され軸直角方向に沿った直線状の直線面と、その直線面に連設されて前記外筒膜部の軸方向中央側の内周面を構成し、軸方向における前記外筒の内周面の中央側に向けて凹む第2湾曲面と、を備え、
前記内筒膜部の軸方向端部の厚み寸法は、前記内筒の外周面から前記凸部の頂点までの軸直角方向における寸法の4分の1以下に設定され、
前記傾斜面は、軸方向に対する傾斜角が1°以上3°未満に設定され、
前記傾斜面と前記第1湾曲面との接続位置は、前記外筒膜部の軸方向端部よりも軸方向中央側に位置することを特徴とする防振ブッシュ。 - 前記内筒の外周面から前記第1湾曲面と前記直線面との接続位置までの軸直角方向における寸法は、前記内筒の外周面から前記凸部の頂点までの軸直角方向における寸法以下に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の防振ブッシュ。
- 前記内筒の外周面から前記第1湾曲面と前記直線面との接続位置までの軸直角方向における寸法は、前記内筒の外周面から前記凸部の頂点までの軸直角方向における寸法の2分の1以上に設定されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の防振ブッシュ。
- 前記第1湾曲面および前記第2湾曲面は、軸を含む平面で切断した断面視においてそれぞれ円弧状に形成され、
前記第1湾曲面と前記直線面との接続位置から前記第2湾曲面と前記直線面との接続位置までの軸直角方向における寸法は、前記第1湾曲面および前記第2湾曲面の曲率半径よりも小さく設定されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の防振ブッシュ。 - 前記第1湾曲面および前記第2湾曲面の曲率半径がそれぞれ略同一に設定されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の防振ブッシュ。
