[0014] 更に、突起物の厚みが 0. 5mm以下であると、かつら裏面全面に頭部が当たってし まい突起を配設した効果が得られず、頭皮の違和感は解消されず、またずれ防止作 用がなくなり、 2mm以上ではかつらと頭部との隙間が大きくなつてかつらが浮いた状 態になり、被着時にずれ易ぐかつフィット感が得られない。

Ocm程度が好 ましい。それ以下であるとかつら被着時に蒸れ、痒みなどの別な違和感が頭部に発 生し、取り付けた突起によってかつらの形状が崩れてしまい、 3.0cm以上になるとべ ースに植設した人毛または人工毛の重みが加わり、突起に接触する頭部の総面積よ りも植設した人毛または人工毛の針足が接触する面積が多くなり、頭皮への影響を 排除して違和感を無くする効果が失われてしまう。また、各突起のうち頭部への接触 が弱い箇所で部分的なずれが起こり、被着時している間にかつらの変形が起こり易く なったり、頭部への接触が強い箇所では頭皮または頭髪が引っ張られ痛みを感じる 場合がある。
[0016] 本発明のシリコーン突起を配列するに際して、人間の頭部の形状は正確な円形や 楕円形をしておらず、力なりいびつな形状をしているために、規則性を持った配列に すると頭部に突起が充分に接触する箇所、あまり接触しない箇所、全く接触しない箇 所がでてかつらの被着時の違和感が残ることがある。また、長時間の被着あるいは長 期間の繰り返しの被着により、突起を取り付けた部分が盛り上がって線状になりかつ らの形状が変形し易くなる。そのために、突起の配列はある一定の規則性を持たせる よりもかつらの頭部被着面側の全面または所望部分にランダムに配列する製造方法 が好ましい。
発明の効果
[0017] 本発明のかつらは、頭部の表面に接触するベース面側に多数の弾力性のあるシリ コーン突起を配列してあるので、このかつらを頭部に被着したときに、かつらの表面 に植設された人毛または人工毛の針足部分がベース裏面側に突出、顕出していても シリコーン突起によって適宜隙間が生じ、この針足が頭部に接触することがない。従 つて、頭部の違和感や痛み従来のものに比して排除されて 、る。
