Definitions
- the invention relates to a pistol, comprising a pistol body containing a trigger device and a carriage containing a barrel and a closure, wherein the carriage is slidably guided on the gun body against the force of a return spring, and their trigger device in total it consists of: a firing pin unit with a striker acted upon by a spring, the firing pin lug protruding downwards; a horizontal control ramp in the carriage; a vertical-plane guide formed by a guide link and a guide finger cooperating therewith; a control spring fixed with its lower end in the gun body, the upper end region of which is deflectable transversely and projects up into the path of the control ramp; and from a hinged at its front end to a tongue and cooperating in its rear end region with the control ramp, the guide and the control spring trigger bar, which in turn acts by means of a catch nose on the firing pin flag.
- Such a gun is known from US 4,825,744, Fig. 27 to 29, known.
- the guide slot is punched out in the rear end region of the trigger bar, whereby this is weakened where it depends on strength and precision.
- the control spring is mounted in the gun body made of plastic and has at its upper end a folded flat stop surface for the rear end of the trigger bar. Their position in the gun body and the position of the stop surface are thus heavily toleranced. Especially the latter is problematic, because of the accuracy of the deduction depends.
- the rear end of the trigger bar slides on the stop surface downwards, for which purpose, moreover, the friction between these two surfaces must be overcome. This also scatters both the position of the pressure point and the trigger weight, both are not adjustable.
- the trigger bar has as Fangnase a very far back arranged, on a thin horizontal bridge in the middle and at an acute angle to the rear inclined tongue whose cooperating with the firing pin flag surface must be processed obliquely and yet precisely because of the inclination.
- the acute angle is very difficult to follow by folding due to the springback of the sheet.
- the trigger bar is structurally weak and difficult to manufacture and with sufficient accuracy.
- the parts of the trigger are generally expensive to manufacture and yet loaded by tolerances.
- control spring in its upper end region has a protruding in its rest position in the trajectory of the trigger rod disc whose contour in the plane of the trigger rod is round and that the trigger rod in its rear end region a substantially vertical catch nose and a has with the disc cooperating oblique trailing edge.
- This trailing edge only contacts the disc along a generatrix of its contour and therefore with less friction.
- the disc can be positioned very accurately on the control spring.
- the vertical catch nose can protrude without bevelling from the trigger bar. This avoids the always somewhat inaccurate folding and the nose of the nose can be processed at right angles. Also, this increased precision is achieved with reduced manufacturing costs.
- the trigger weight and pressure point can be selected or even adjusted when the disc is removably attached to the control spring and interchangeable.
- the invention is particularly advantageously applicable when the firing pin unit is a Einlegeteil containing the firing pin and, wherein the firing pin spring is disposed above the firing pin and the firing pin flag protrudes downwards from the insert near the longitudinal center of the firing pin unit. With this design, the firing pin flag can be placed further forward on the firing pin, whereby the trigger rod is shorter and the vertical position of the catch nose is easier to reach. If, as is customary in the prior art, the striking spring wraps around the firing pin, the catch nose must be at the very back.
- the trigger bar is a full-surface stamped part whose rear region has two right-angled bends with approximately vertical bending edge, the first fold being reinforced by a flap folded from the part of the trigger bar between the two folds to the horizontal and this Rag forms the guide finger.
- the two folds in alternating direction give the trigger bar seen from above a Z-shaped course. Thanks to the reinforcement, it can protrude far into the middle without bending under load, which increases rigidity.
- the guide finger is in the plane of the flap and therefore with little effort accurately produced.
- the freedom gained through the reinforced trigger bar also allows a particularly simple firing pin safety: the trigger bar has in its longitudinally centered Region a backdrop that interacts with an attacking on the firing pin hook, which forms the trigger guard.
- FIG. 1 shows a section in a vertical longitudinal plane in a tensioned state
- FIG. 2 shows a view according to II in FIG. 1
- FIG. 3 shows a plan view to FIG. 1
- - FIG. 5 the trigger bar enlarged, once from the left front (a)), once seen from right rear, - FIG.
- FIG. 6 a section in a vertical longitudinal plane, in a relaxed state
- FIG. 7 view according to VII in FIG. 6
- FIG. 8 a plan view to FIG. 6
- FIG. 9 an axonometric view to FIG. 6.
- a gun body 1 is indicated only partially and with a dot-dashed contour, as well as a carriage 2, which is displaceable in guides 3 on the gun body 1.
- the carriage 2 contains in the illustrated part a closure 4 and before, not shown, in the usual way a barrel and a return spring. Representative is a loaded cartridge 5 drawn. Furthermore, a deduction device indicated by 6 is present, which is actuated by a tongue 7 from.
- a designated overall with 9 firing pin unit is inserted and fixed, in the cavity 13, a firing pin 10 is added.
- the firing pin 10 has a downwardly projecting from the firing pin unit 9 firing pin flag, the front edge is relatively far forward thanks to a further inventive measure.
- a percussion spring 11 is provided, which is supported at the rear on a stop surface 15 and the firing pin 10 strives forward to spin.
- the striking spring 11 is thus arranged eccentrically.
- the gun is cocked and ready to fire.
- the trigger 7 needs to be pressed.
- a control ramp 17 which cooperates with the trigger device 6 in a manner to be described.
- a function carrier 20 is used in the gun body 1, which may be a plastic injection molded contemporary. It consists of a left and a right side plate 21, 22, whose upper edge is folded and each forms a guide 3 for the carriage 2. Between the two side plates 21, 22 is a connecting block 23, and as further connecting elements is an axis 24 about which the tongue 7 is pivotable, and a further pin 37 is provided.
- the function carrier 20 forms a unit containing the essential parts of the trigger device 6, which can be used fully assembled in the gun body.
- a window-shaped guide slot 30 is punched out. It consists of a front narrow part (see Figure 6) and a rear subsequent thereto high part 32.
- the foot of a control spring 34 is firmly inserted and clamped. If the connection block is made of plastic, it is injected.
- the control spring is indicated by dashed lines in its deflected state 34 '.
- the control spring 34 is to Longitudinal symmetry plane of the gun pointing a disc 35 attached. It is cylindrical in shape with the generatrix of the cylinder normal to the plane of the control spring 34.
- the disk 35 may be a cylinder of any layout, but is preferably a circular disk.
- a trigger bar 38 which prevents a lurching of the firing pin 10 with its catch nose 39.
- a tension spring 37 which is anchored via a pin 37 in the function carrier 20 and engages with its other end to the trigger bar 38, and this applied backwards-upwards.
- the trigger bar 38 is alone, once obliquely from the front (a)), and once from diagonally back (b)) to see. It consists of a single sheet metal punched part, which is folded several times in the sequence. In its front region, it has a hole for a pin 41, which binds them to the tongue 7. This is followed by a cranked part 42, through which a middle part 43 (the actual bar) in the function carrier 20 comes to lie completely on the side (that is to say directly next to the right side plate 22).
- a backdrop 44 for a firing pin safety is formed relatively far forward by twice folding.
- At the rear end of the long central part 43 is a first and a second fold 45,46, which takes place along approximately vertical bending lines 47, 48.
- firing pin safety can be seen. It is actuated by the gate 44 on the trigger bar 38. That is, it cooperates with a ramp 57 which continues upwards in a hook 59 fixed to a leaf spring 58 on the outside of the firing pin unit 9 and movable transversely. When moving the trigger bar of the hook is pushed aside by the interaction of backdrop 44 and ramp 57, so that the firing pin can move forward when it is released by the catch nose 39 in the sequence.
- the weapon In the position shown in Figures 1 to 4, the weapon is cocked and ready to fire.
- the trigger bar 38 is in its upper position because the guide finger 52 is held in the narrow part 31 of the guide slot. Since the narrow part is only just as high as the guide finger 52, the trigger bar 38 has no freedom of movement in the vertical direction, it can only be moved in the horizontal direction.
- the Züngeis 7 Upon actuation of the Züngeis 7 the trigger bar is moved horizontally to the rear, whereby the position shown in Figures 6 to 9 is reached.
- the striking pin 12 catches again on the catch nose 39 and moves it forward a little, while the guide finger 52 is pushed back into the narrow part of the guide slot 30 and so the position of FIG .1 to 3 reached again.
- Pistol comprising a gun containing a trigger device and a barrel and a shutter containing carriage, wherein the carriage (2) in the gun body (1) against the force of a return spring is displaceably guided, and the trigger device (6) consists of a total comprising: a) a firing pin unit (9) with a spring-loaded firing pin (10) whose firing pin lug (12) protrudes downwards, b) a horizontal control ramp (17) in the carriage (2), c) a guide lying in a vertical plane d) a control spring (34) mounted with its lower end in the gun body, whose upper end region is deflectable in the transverse direction and which projects up into the path of the control ramp (17) , e) one with its front end hinged to a tongue (7) and in its rear end region with the control ramp (17), the Fü Guideway (30) and the control spring (34) cooperating trigger bar (38) which acts by means of a catch nose (39) on the firing pin flag (12), characterized in that
