38 条約 1 9条に基づく説明書
請求の範囲第 1項は、 主に、 液泡生成工程の記載に含まれる容器の内容に関し て、国際調査報告に列記された文献に開示される技術内容との相違を明確にした。 引用された文献 1 . では、 単に脱気処理槽あるいはトレイに被処理液体を高速 で突入させて、液液接触界面で溶存気体を気泡化して浮上破泡させるものである。 一方、 本発明の液泡生成工程では、 減圧空間の多量の気体を被処理液に卷き込 んで気泡を容器の底部で生成させ、 その気泡群が底部からその内周壁を被処理液 と対向しながら上昇することで、 気泡同士が合体して拡大した気泡群と液体とが 重力の作用で分離されるため、 容器の上部域では気泡同士が接触して集合体とな り液泡が形成され、 非常に高いボイ ド率を実現することができる。 そして、 液泡 を構成する気泡が容器から溢流する時に破裂を生じるので、 文献 1 . の高速噴射 による破泡よりも、 被処理液中に溶存する気体の濃度をより効果的に減少、 ある いは增加させることができる。 請求の範囲第 2項も、 主に、液泡生成部に含まれる容器(4 ) の内容に関して、 国際調査報告に列記された文献に開示される技術内容との相違を明確にした。 文 献 1 . との関係も第 1項の記載と同様である。 請求の範囲第 5項は、 国際出願の不備として指摘された請求項という誤記を訂 正した。 請求の範囲第 6項は、 構成要素の符号の誤記を訂正した。 請求の範囲第 7項は、 国際出願の不備として指摘された請求項という誤記を訂 正した。
