- Each of 23 is composed of a series circuit of a plurality of resistance elements, but may be composed of a parallel circuit of a plurality of resistance elements. In this case as well, it is desirable to disperse and arrange the resistive elements constituting the conversion circuit 16 and disperse and arrange the resistive elements constituting the resistive circuits 21 to 23 therebetween.
- the heat generated by the conversion circuit 16 is transmitted to the resistance circuits 21 to 23, and the resistance of the resistance elements constituting the conversion circuit 16 is changed.
