- Devices of this type have become known in many embodiments and consist consistently of ruler bodies which are arranged between the roll stands of rolling mills and can be displaced relative to and away from one another above the roller table plane. As a rule, these are mounted on their own in independent or also on a supporting frame connected to the roll stand. (JP58157516 and JP3433304). The shift is effected via control devices with the aid of electrically or hydraulically operating drives (JP8066710).
