Abstract

Verfahren zur Regenerierung eines Dehydrierungskatalysators mit den Schritten (a)-(f): a) Spülen mit Inertgas bei einem Druck von 0,5 bis 2,0 bar und einer Gasbelastung von 1 000 bis 50 000 h-1; b) Durchleiten eines sauerstoffhaltigen Gasgemischs enthaltend ein Inertgas bei einem Druck von 2 ist 20 bar und einer Gasbelastung von 1 000 bis 50 000 h-1 über einen Zeitraum von 0,25 bis 24 h unter stufenweiser oder kontinuierlicher Erhöhung de Sauerstoffkonzentration von einem Anfangswert von 0,01 bis 1 Vol.-% O¿2? bis auf einen Endwert von 10 bis 25 Vol.-% O2; gegebenenfalls Durchleiten eines sauerstoffhaltigen Gasgemischs enthaltend ein Inertgas bei einem Druck von 0,5 bis 20 bar und einer Gasbelastung von 10 bis 500 h?-1¿ über einen Zeitraum von 0,25 bis 100 h, wobei die Sauerstoffkonzentration 10 bis 25 Vol.-% O¿2? beträgt; d) gegebenenfalls wiederholte schnelle entgegengesetzte Druckänderung um einen Faktor 2 bis 20 innerhalb des Bereichs von 0,5 bis 20 bar; e) Spülen mit einem Inertgas; f) Aktivierung des Katalysators mit Wasserstoff; wobei mindestens einer der Schritte (c) oder (d) durchgeführt wird und das gesamte Regenierungsverfahren bei einer Temperatur von 300 bis 800 °C durchgeführt wird.
