Abstract

Oksygen med jevn renhet blir produsert i en tosjikts luftfødet oksygen trykksving adsorpsjonsprosess hvori sjiktene opereres ut av fase. Trinnene med adsorpsjonssyklusen innbefatter et trykkpålegging/produksjonstrinn og et sjiktregenereringstrinn, der sjiktet som gjennomgår regenerering blir renset med en lavtrykksstrøm av oksygen-anriket gass fremstilt som det ikke-adsorberte produktet av prosessen. Oksygenkonsentrasjonen i rensegassutløpet blir kontinuerlig periodisk registrert, og maksimal oksygen-konsentrasjon i utløpet under valg av rensetrinn sammenlignes med maksimum oksygenkonsentrasjon i utløpet under et tidligere rernsetrinn, og forskjellen blir anvendt til å justere tidspunkt og varighet av et rensetrinn som følger det valgte rensetrinnet på en måte som reduserer forskjell mellom oksygenkonsentrasjon i de etterfølgende rensetrinnene.
