Abstract
Способ регенерирования катализатора дегидрирования, включающий стадии (а) - (ж):(а) промывка инертным газом при давлении от 0,5 до 2,0 бар и скорости подачи газа от 1000 до 50 000 ч;(б) пропускание кислородсодержащей газовой смеси, содержащей инертный газ, при давлении от 2 до 20 бар и скорости подачи газа от 1000 до 50 000 чв течение от 0,25 до 24 ч при ступенчатом или непрерывном повышении концентрации кислорода от начального значения от 0,01 до 1 об.% Oдо конечного значения от 10 до 25 об.% O;(в) в случае необходимости, пропускание кислородсодержащей газовой смеси, содержащей инертный газ, при давлении от 0,5 до 20 бар и при скорости подачи газа от 10 до 500 чв течение от 0,25 до 100 ч, причем концентрация кислорода составляет от 10 до 25 об.% O;(г) в случае необходимости, повторное быстрое противоположное изменение давления на фактор от 2 до 20 в пределах от 0,5 до 20 бар;(д) промывка инертным газом;(ж) активирование катализатора водородом;при этом проводят по меньшей мере одну из стадий (в) или (г) и весь способ регенерирования осуществляют при температуре от 300 до 800°C.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2002.09.06.
