Abstract

Les conditions de travail qui prévalent sur les décharges de déchets ménagers sont de manière générale extrêmes. La poussière, la chaleur et les odeurs dégagées rendent le travail à l'air libre fréquemment quasiment impossible. Il est de ce fait extrêmement difficile de procéder à un contrôle minutieux des déchets livrés, ce qui peut entraîner des erreurs au niveau du stockage, une taxation frauduleuse, etc. Afin de permettre d'effectuer un contrôle des déchets livrés, il est prévu un véhicule d'inspection (1) qui comporte d'une part une place confortable pour la personne chargée de l'inspection des déchets, et comprend par ailleurs tous les équipements favorisant un contrôle sans faille des déchets, ou peut en être pourvu.
